order freezing app time kept being pushed back every 5 mins

Probably not the fault of the delivery guy, but my food was incredibly stale. I know delivery doesn’t always guarantee perfect quality food, but this was really stale and cold. I ended up binning my fries but because I needed something to eat I accepted the cold nuggets and ate those. The drink was fine though. Order was definitely quite late as well.

You did not bring my iced coffee I don’t recommend you buy one I was excited for that!😠

Wrong sauces were delivered and the food was so cold and dry that it was inedible

Order did not arrive. Delivery driver argued with me that he was at the correct address when I was literally standing at my front door and could see that he wasn't. Order was then marked as delivered and I did not get my food.

Food arrived quick and the delivery driver not sure what his name was, but he was really friendly and kind when delivering our order.

we were not given any of our 4 large fries or a bottle of water

Tried to ring no answer. the boys got no dips to eat with there chicken nuggets . so they didn't eat them because to dry without dips .

I ordered a cheese burger that never came with it I was charged for it it's on the receipt but not in the bags

Once I got my food I noticed that the bag was opened and it looked like my chips were ate as well

McDonald's in the very heart of Belfast is incredibly busy, and the crowds here are always huge. Surprisingly, despite the rush, things move quite efficiently - even faster than in some smaller McDonald's locations. The place has two floors with plenty of seating available, which is great, but unfortunately, this seems to impact cleanliness negatively. They should really put more effort into maintaining cleanliness, as it often feels quite dirty. Also, mistakes are more common here - I've experienced issues like very cold fries or extremely over-salted burger patties. There's definitely room for improvement.

I made an order and then waited half an hour to get it, I ordered a cappuccino and a burger. In the end, they brought only the burger, they completely forgot about the coffee, the burger was naturally cold. The coffee was brought later. The employees worked very slowly and sloppily.

got here at 1:15 and they are closed 💔terrible service since they’re closed a whole 30 minutes before they’re meant to.

ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only sent 1 burger and it isnt even a double cheeseburger food is freezing cold chips are soggy

If I could give this a 0/5 stars I would. Food came an hour late, soggy chips, stone cold food that we had to throw out. (Would you eat cold food? I don’t think so) and they forget straws and dips, not that that matters because we threw it out. Will never be ordering from here again.

delivery driver I could not be happier with, quick as always. it's why I always tip. but the food, nope never again, chips cold, 3 burgers where as if someone had stood on them and just threw them into a bag for delivery.

I got the completely wrong order again! Absolutely ridiculous service and the order was freezing cold! No point complaining as it is never answered but horrible service and completely wrong order!

I didn’t receive my order ! The delivery driver shouted at me over the phone. Whilst on the phone he clicked order delivered and blocked my telephone number so i could not contact him as he had obviously taken my order

Our bag was ripped open when it got to the door the double cheese burger was missing and our mozzarella share box was missing as well the delivery time was awful too. The time kept changing longer and longer I want a refund of what I did not receive!

It was stone cold by the time I got it and I live just up the street from the outlet. They also can’t read an order. Strawberry milkshake somehow was translated to Vanilla… jokers. Back to avoiding it like the plague.

chips were HARDD AND UNSALTED. also very bad service... they had me waiting 22 minutes on a large fry and a medium coke. i am NOT HAPPY MCDONALDS. as a matter of fact i am appalled. this has disgusted me in numerous ways and the fact that this is labeled as a FAST food restaurant is insane given the fact i could cook a steak with a few chips in the airfryer in the time it took them to make my SMALL MEAL, a snack if you will. appalling mcdonald's, will not be back.

My drink had leaked and was only half full and there were no dips with the mozarella dippers. This is two orders in a row from this same McDonalds that have been missing items. Unacceptable. Absolutely will not order again

The chicken roll has no sauce at all.
