McDonald's in Belfast

Brutal service. Called today to get two simple burgers. The self service desk never printed my receipt had to then go to the counter to wait to speak to someone to get my number. Which then took 25 mins to collect as they forgot about it. To round it off the burgers were freezing. Last time I'll ever use the place

the food was freezing and my granddaughter fell asleep as it took that long to come one of the chips was almost empty the other half full sorry but I will not be recommending you to anyone

Cold, no sauce, no straws, no toy in the happy meal

Extremely bad customer service from both Mcdonald’s and the delivery driver as he refused to drive to my house to give me my food. He instead sat at the top of the road rang me and once someone was walking to him he drove off.

Said it was delivered and it was not delivered i waited outside the hotel for the order, i got a phone call, said i was at grand central hotel and then the order showed as delivered. Its not been delivered

Food is stone cold and no dips, fully dressed double cheeseburger + poor delivery.

worst mc Donald's ever stone cold by time it arrived food was rotten Clearly was left sitting there so more orders could be cooked and brought out ended up in the bin as couldn't eat it

The tea had spilled over and only 1/3 was left and the food was freezing!!

Ate today and think it has to have been the worst MD's. Half a portion of chips which were cold and a wrap half wrapped with the filling hanging out the bottom of the packaging and it was stone cold also

Absolute joke. Ordered at 11:08pm. We waited for an hour for delivery, it never came. We had to leave otherwise we wouldn’t get back to our accommodation - bearing in mind it was now gone midnight. I was then woken up at 1:45am with the delivery driver calling to deliver the food. In what world is that even a thing? Why on earth would we still be waiting and wanting our food over 2.5 hours later?? Crazy. If I don’t get a full refund asap there’s going to be a problem.

Anything less than 1 star no,,arrived at 11:27pm opened till 1:45 am wouldn't let us in and other people but let women in no problem two pig headed men on the door don't know cause we were gay or we don't drink wouldn't let us in along with others but only girls STAY AWAY

I ordered my food at 4.13 and it’s now 6.34 and I haven’t received my order. It has just been put through as delivered on the app however it never came!!

I was told the order arrived at half past 3 but didn’t receive it until 39 which meant when i got to my room my food was cold. The driver said he was outside the drop off point but I had been walking up and down the street looking and he was nowhere to be seen. My previous order came with no straw and this time I have no dips.

Disappointing as well as disgusting. We began our intrepid adventure being greeted by a tree of food scraps, papers and wrappers piled even on the ground. You go up to order and they run away in your face even though you warn them nicely. Ten minutes later, a person appears showing me how to eat a piece of gum, ruminating about which cow. Edge, unpleasant, looking at you as if life weighed on him. I understand that being in front of the public is not easy, but man, you have the know-how. We mention that we have a problem with a machine, he looks at us and leaves without saying a word. Another boy appears, we explain to him what is happening to us and he gives us a vague explanation. We try to follow the instructions the kid gives us and nothing. We give up. Already waiting for the food you can see them looking at the customers and looking at each other, making faces and laughing. Let's see, I don't need to be a scientist to know what's happening. Horrible experience and let's not talk about the bathrooms... the Fabrik ones at 6 am are cleaner than that.

Ordered a feast of food for myself and friends and they decided to just not give a lot of the items to me. Absolutely fuming as the final bill was over fifty pound. The food we did get (which wasn’t a lot) was stone cold too. Shocking bad.

To long waiting for order of just 2 drinks, the girl who gave me my order was nice ,apologised and had a good smile , other than that it was a nightmare lots of people waiting on orders ,ended up throwing the drink away didn't taste right

My delivery driver was quite rude and as I was stood at my door wouldn’t get out of his car to hand me my delivery he was too busy on his phone and my brownie that ordered is out of date from yesterday. None of this is acceptable

We had a great time in Belfast, the 2 days we stayed, the only bad moment we had was when my asked to use the bathroom 1am Friday. We ordered takeout, the bathroom was being used by clients , but when my wife went to use it she was refused by 1 security guard for no reason. She asked why, he said don’t care and don’t have to give you an explanation. A young Belfast couple couldn’t apologize enough to my wife, they were in complete shock what they had seen, My wife has a Dublin accent and we believe this was the issue.

Food was cold and had to be heated, originally told between 8.30 and 8.50, keep changing and didnt arrive till 9.05 so an hour from ordering it was delivered, didnt have the choice of ordering from mcds boucher road as this would be closer just doneg

Lovely lady called upon arrival for me to collect. Very polite and gracious while waiting. Only downside is food was almost cold when received.

food arrives with courier on bike food freezing cold on opening backpack to receive my order the bag burst and drinks were burst in his carrier he proceed to lift out the contents spilled on to my pathway do I didn't receive my full order the teas were spilled both cartons empty the food was soaking through bag missing items I mean sending warm food hot drinks by bike you are never going to receive in perfect condition he took the empty contents with him he did apologise

Not a great place in my opinion, staff seem to be on their phones, chatting without getting work done quickly. Managers also seem to not care about the negligence from employees. Food is alright, although you often might get cold fries.
