McDonald's in Richmond upon Thames

My delivery guy I got well respect for, needs keep up the good work

Was rude drove his Moyer bike to my front door when there is kids I have a picture, was on the phone and took a picture of me

Took an hour and a half to get delivered and my food come freezing and soggy give me my money back now

Half of our order has been missed.

Delivere never come to my home house

The food took ages to get to me and when it did all the food was cold

Some time the food cold and the Big Mac always looks messy when you get it

Absolit horrible went to order using the mcdonalds app today and had both drivers tell me they are closed.... this is very disappointing as they dont stop you from making an order...

My drink was spilled so I lost half of it, the chips were very cold, and I had tomato and relish in a wrap in which I asked for neither of these things.

Ingredients are thrown into the box. Got a £100 fine for parking more than 60 minutes in the McDonalds while I was eating

we were missing both our fries and a drink, the drink we did recive was half empty because it was all over our food and bag.

Wouldn’t normally leave a review for McDonald’s as they have so many but was super impressed that our food was hot…have noticed recently at other places the food has been lukewarm & had almost got used to that being the norm but this was delicious and hot 🙌 plus the staff were friendly and smiled…overall a great experience 🍔

The driver obviously had more food left or ate it? So why am I writing this if you are a competent site , more than half order was missing so I should been refunded without me writing this

Delivery driver was good and kudos to him but the length the restaurant took was shocking

Got a takeaway. Awful, sell old dry nuggets & cheese burger from the previous opening. It used to be good. Expect a bit too much I guess.

Not my nearest 24hr drive-thru Mc-E-D's, but my nearest one that serves Iced drinks & Ice-cream day AND night! No complaints about this branch whatsoever. The staff are courteous and serve you with a smile all the time's I've visited. 😃 🍔🍟🧋🥤🍦

didn’t receive the nuggets or chips only apple juice and some burger which i did not order

drinks come all spilled only half the coke gone left tissues all wet bag soaked chips were cold

No bbq sauce and none of my Grill orders no extra mac sauce and no extra pickles and onions

Was no sweet bbq sauce that I paid extra for and the dip for the cheese bites were missing too therefore I didn’t eat those as part of the offer was missing and I only personally like them with the dip. My refund for those 2 items was then declined. Please provide me with the refund for those 2 items.

The only criticism I have of all McDonalds are, their meals are now extremely expensive.

Unfortunately once again my order is partially ruined because of 2 things; 1. Whichever staff member made my hot chocolate did NOT put the clear plastic cover inside the lid, which caused it to leak all over my food! 2. Driver did not secure the bag

Quick service: The food was nice and hot, and most importantly, it was correct! Service would have got an extra star, but the guy serving was a bit grumpy! Atmosphere was lacking as quite a lot of foul mouthed youngsters were hanging around the premises....not really ideal to take young children.

One item missing and drink was wrong

Poor design of Drive thru causes utter chaos at the car park and surrounding roads during peak hours. Also they NEVER get takeaway orders correct.its like they deliberately give you the wrong food, ask for extra onion/pickles they don’t put any in, ask for no sauce they put double sauce. Such poor service should be ashamed.

Eat hash brown before McMuffin or after?

Asking for my lost order several times, after 20 minutes, they just ignored me about 10 minutes. The order was prepared next to them but one guy just ignored me and hand order after order💀🚧❔️❔️❔️

A little slow considering it wasn't that busy at about 11.30. Chilie cheeseburger was nice but fries a bit cold.

Standing around for 15 minutes whilst being ignored in the restaurant.. Whilst people just walked past. I had to be sharp and say excuse me.. even though these people saw me. Wasn’t worth the wait as it’s just coffee.. terrible service.

Visited with my kids on a busy Saturday. Had a fairly good time, went to the counter three times to get extra fries and an ice cream. The service was a bit slow, but we thought we were OK with it. That is, until I got a parking ticket two weeks later! Turns out their car park has a max 60 minute stay, and us staying for 77 minutes was too long. Way to go, McDonald's, we've learnt our lesson, won't ever visit again.

Extremely disappointed with @McDonaldsUK Customer Service. I placed an order at McDonald's Twickenham (Hanworth) for 6 people, but fries were missing, forcing me to return to the store. When I got home, the entire meal was cold and ruined. I reached out to McDonald’s Customer Services for a fair resolution, but they refused to provide full compensation and ignored my concerns about poor service and order accuracy issues at the store. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered only 4 meal vouchers (not even covering all affected people) and refused to outline any actions being taken to prevent this from happening again. Took absolutely ages with my order. Ordered my food at around 00:45 and got delivered it at 1:40.

Don't do Ma Donald's as a rule. Honestly, it doesn't appeal to me. But, when there's a blue moon, nothing else will do! Had a breakfast meal, and yes, it hit the spot!

This particular store seems to have a very high staff turnover so service varies greatly! Due to that, food quality and accuracy also varied greatly. Eg. Today I ordered amongst other items, a galaxy latte. I received a galaxy hot chocolate instead. Didn't know it till I left as it was a takeaway. Previous encounters .. -Soggy chips. -Uncooked chips. -My fish was completely out of the burger bun. -Hot drink lid fell off as soon as I tried drinking but this time I was in the car and hadn't left yet so had to go back in to change the lid. So good luck!

I mean, you don't come here for fine dining, and you feel dirty for hours after. But sometimes you get the craving for salt, fat and sugar in ways you know your body is going to hate you for.

Fast, open late. I wouldn't go at busy times, it is not massive so it can get rammed easily.

Sausage McMuffin meal. The sausage patty was cold, and seemed to be burned when they prepared it, or it was a patty from last night that was used. Not impressed this morning with McDs

Stopped in on my way to Sainsbury's. I had the £5 combo meal and it was good. I had the cheeseburger minus cheese, onion, and mustard. A side salad which was wonderful, 4-piece chicken McNuggets with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce, and i ordered a three-piece mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were tasty but not melted cheese since they weren't fresh out of the fryer. The dining room was clean and actively dining room attendant doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean. I recommend this McDonald's!

Chips aren’t even cooked, nothing is even warm, driver was rude and disrespectful, I can’t even eat my food! Completely wasted my money and time

All good food and service good. Staff very efficient. Toilets need checking, one toilet hadn't been flushed which was pretty awful, but the staff were not to blame as apart from this it was clean and they can't be everywhere.

Went there on new year's day. Had to park up and wait for my order. Someone bought the food out. Wrong receipt and no milkshake. It was chucking it down so I had to wait at the drive thru window in the rain. Not impressed!

This is the best McDonald’s ever. Food is always really well-made, always comes hot and arrives literally within minutes. The order is never incorrect despite making changes and additions.

Food is cold every time. The main issue is you allow drivers to do multiple deliveries and food ends up taking longer to reach you.

This place is a complete pain to the surrounding area. When it gets busy, traffic trying to get in blocks the exit road from the adjacent busy roundabout which then blocks the exit from McD's to the roundabout resulting in complete gridlock, and McDonalds staff do absolutely nothing to control it. Why they were ever allowed to put this drive through right next to a very busy roundabout is a mystery.

Mcdonals on Hanworth is terrible! I paid for a Large meal and only received HALF a CHIP BOX of Fries! Is this my moneys worth? Half a box? ordered a Hot chocolate but my drink is cold. Absolutely despicable considering the restaurant is 5 minutes by car?

mcdonald’s walton.. i’m disappointed. when i arrived i was bewildered by the images of rusty tin cans on the wall? very unappealing. we got delivery from my home. (0.209, 0.509, 2.412) we were appalled by the lack of speed by the mcdonald’s delivery driver. watching him on the map was quite stressful. half way through the journey i recieve a message from the driver saying “i crashed”. i was outraged with mcdonald’s for giving their delivery drivers unsafe equipment. he still decided to bring the food due to my request and when it arrived it was in a state. i ordered a coke but the cup was empty with no lid and straw but i later found the substance leaking from my rucksack. how did mcdonald’s do that?? my chips were too hot flat with a tire strip imprinted on them. they burnt my tounge and i had to remove a piece of tarmac in a fry. i have an airborne allergy to road and this could’ve killed me. i decided to take a minute outside when it started raining. mcdonald’s timed this delivery awfully! my nuggets didn’t contain any meat but just the batter. my mc flurry arrived melted and a bite mark in it! who takes a bite out a mcflurry! my happy meal wasn’t so happy and had a frown! it came with a squashed up toy which traumatised by young son! i had to take a minute as i’m airborne allergic to frowns. my sauce tasted like colours and had another bite mark in it - along with saliva. it tasted great! the salad didn’t come although i didnt order one. the apple pie tasted more like a pair! the pair sauce fell out leaving just the shell when it was picked up. it stunk! my cat ate it and had a seizure? i’m allergic to seizures so had to go outside in the rain. i’m allergic to rain so had to go inside where i found my cat in purrfect condition! 😂🥰 anyways don’t recommend deliveroo! (ps walton not feltham)

Constantly gets orders wrong. Said to the lady 5 times no sauce in bacon roll. Well what a surprise did she listen. Its like she done the total opposite and drowned it in ketchup. Also ordered the marshmallow latte which was a standard coffee. Been here a few times in last few months but everything its either rude staff or order wrong!

The manager being rude with no manners ,not only having his back at me when he spoke, but to the point that he cared more about his pen and a clipboard. The food quality and service definitely going down hill. Especially milkshakes, lately been getting just a foamy mess instead of a milkshake. Not coming back to this place again.

Good if not in a rush. It’s busy, you’ll generally find and so are its local road exit singular sliproad.
