No dips included after multiple being requested

Place was clean,toilets were clean ,very nice employee's,parking available,tablets to entertain your kids . Very nice would recommend

The manager being rude with no manners ,not only having his back at me when he spoke, but to the point that he cared more about his pen and a clipboard. The food quality and service definitely going down hill. Especially milkshakes, lately been getting just a foamy mess instead of a milkshake. Not coming back to this place to spend my money anymore.

Drive through was one of the worst I've ever been to,

Was awful a waste of money delivery took over an hour…. I had to stay awake to accept the delivery and when I received it the food was so cold I had to put it in the microwave… so disappointed with this service. My milkshake was melted all of my fries and burger cold

The coffee had spilt everywhere, bacon rolls were cold and there was no ice cream either. Driver just said sorry it’s not my fault and left. Not happy and have not been refunded for anything - not the spilt coffee cold rolls or the missing ice cream.

Really busy and tiny carpark. Drive through is pretty busy and tightly spaced also. Great at off peak times.

Great atmosphere, good food. Great access full all locations. This McDonald’s has a very functional drive through with a turnover of over 600 cars/day. The meals come out fairly quickly so get ready to enjoy.

Took over 50 mins to arrive. The Coca Cola was knocked over so the bag soaked and went into the McFlurry. Big Mac and fries stone cold.

Its a mcdonalds. The same everywhere. Normally, very hot and fresh food. Not normally a long wait, although the car park can get congested, especially the drive thru

Just like any McDonald's really easy access for drive thru fast and no waiting large car park disabled bays also inside was clean and easy to order

By far the best McDonalds in the area, ive been to many mcds locally and none of them taste as well cooked as this one. There's definitely something different about these guys in terms of food quality.

Minus Stars for the manager. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning experience my family and I had at one of your branches on the 12th at 10:40 PM. We placed our orders and sat down to enjoy our meal, only to be abruptly informed by the manager that the store closes at 11 PM. We were told we could only take away or finish our meal within minutes, as half of our food arrived at 10:58 PM, and the rest of our order was forgotten. We politely mentioned that this information should have been communicated before taking our orders, especially since we were a group of ten celebrating my son's birthday. There was no feasible way to eat in our cars. Shockingly, the manager responded that it was also his birthday and that he needed to leave early. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was astonishing. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, the manager sped off in his car with loud music, nearly hitting us with his side mirrors. Such behaviour is both dangerous and unprofessional. If I were the owner of this branch, I would take immediate action to address this unacceptable conduct.

A very sold, very clean McDonalds. Never over busy from what I have seen so service is quick. But on the several times I have been the place is spotless & that gives confidence the food is the best it can be.

The order that turnt up was luke warm at best and was missing 5 chicken selects from one of the meals ordered, very very annoyed and disappointed.

I was highly impressed by the service of Jerome. He was polite, patient and most importantly very personable. He remembered when I asked for an extra cup to share the drink I bought and went the extra mile to delivery exceptional service by giving an extra straw when I forgot to ask for it. It's honestly the little things that make the restaurant more welcoming and pleasant. My friend and I would definitely recommend this branch to others because of the service and how promptly staff dealt with queries and kept the place hospitable and clean. Edit: we hope that you keep up the honest work and that one day you accomplish great things because of your proactiveness 😊

The staff is not friendly. I normally order fillet o fish coz I cannot eat anything else other than fish or vegetarian food on religious grounds. When asked, the wrap of the day was chilli chicken for £1.99 I asked then that I cannot eat chicken, is there a vegetarian substitute they said no if I want vege wrap I have to pay £3.59 which was not what I was not willing to pay. I would suggest that there should always be a vegetarian option considering we live in a multicultural city like London. Other feedback I would like to give is that if we fill out a survey (on the receipt) the price for the voucher was £1.99 which was fine now the price has been increased to £2.99 which I do feel is pricey and should have stayed at £1.99.

There was a fly in my drink. I informed a staff member, and they were very polite. They offered to get me a new drink, but I said I didn’t want one and just asked them to inform the manager. I overheard the manager’s response, as I was still nearby. The manager simply told the staff member to help with the orders and didn’t seem to care about the incident. I felt that the manager’s reaction showed a lack of concern for health and safety.

About the experience expected of a McDs no drama friendly staff ect.

Reliable McDonalds. I tend to use this via a food delivery service as parking can be quite difficult at busy times

The drive through is prompt and polite. Bit of a struggle with getting back out onto the main roads when the traffic is busy.

The first order was cancelled from Feltham after pre booking it 2 hours earlier for this evening. Re ordered from Hanworth delivered finally received at 23.35pm Delivery driver really nice and friendly. Sadly food is cold. Glad it wasn’t my first experience with ordering!!

Worst table delivery service ever. 4 times back and forth with our order. Seemed to have his mind elsewhere. Luckily it's not our nearest McDonald's, just passing through.

Only downer is the size of the car park

Quick, efficient and predictable - you always know what you're getting. And the quality is, well McDonald's :) Also open "all"the times so there's when you need a bite as we did yesterday on our way back from holidays.

The issue is that the self serve screens are too near the door so people can't get in or you have to move constantly to let buggies and people past when you are trying to order

Awful food ruined by spilled drink

It looked like someone sat on the cheese burger that I was given. The fries where very plain and not like they used to be. The milkshake was lacking flavor. Speed of service was OK, but to be fair there was haldly anyone there. Still it was cleaner than burger king or kfc

I ordered a big Mac with no cheese no Big Mac sauce and what I resived was a Big Mac with only cheese and nothing else the person who the meal was for us allergice to cheese

Ordered breakfast online with order number confirmed. Went to busy drive in to pick up. Told by rude man there that he was cancelling our order because it was 11.02. I explained we ordered well before this and waiting in drive in car queue. He insisted on cancelling order. We left very disappointed. Poor service and disappointed children. Not kid friendly. He didn’t care at all.

Don't do Ma Donald's as a rule. Honestly, it doesn't appeal to me. But, when there's a blue moon, nothing else will do! Had a breakfast meal, and yes, it hit the spot!

This is a joke! The level of hygiene is zero, the trays smell like garbage, there are hairs in the fries, and the hamburgers taste like moldy buns. I've been coming here for 10 years, but what's been happening over the last few months is a disaster.

This is just like a normal McDonald's. It's always packed but it's to be expected as it's sat next to a motorway, also the parking is very close to the drive thru and even though I didn't go through the drive thru, many drivers struggled to exit through the one exit. In store, there are not a lot of self-service tablets but the wait times for food are very short, this may be because I didn't get a big order, a large burger chips and drink. Toilets are hygienic as well. Overall a good solid place with nice staff, good amount of seating, and low wait times.

This Tuesday, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at McDonald's, thanks to asian girl named Simran. From the moment I walked in the store her warm smile was so sweet towards me . Simran greeted me and my husband with genuine enthusiasm and made us feel like a valued customers . When we approached the counter to place order, she was incredibly patient and attentive. She listened carefully as I asked about different menu options and offered best suggestions based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive. What stood out most was her ability to connect on a personal level. Simran shared some fun facts about new offers on the menu and even made a light-hearted joke that left me laughing. It was clear she was not just there to take orders but to ensure customers had a pleasant and memorable experience. When our food was ready she brings to the table personally. She even checked backed to make sure everything us okay and to see if I needed anything else. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my satisfaction was truly amazing. That girl's kindness, intelligence, and exceptional customer service turned into a delightful experience. She is the good example of what great customer service should be, and I left McDonald's that day feeling not just satisfied with my meal, but genuinely happy by the customer service . It was a great experience and we look forward to my next visit.

i ordered a take away for the third time and the third time it had come with a missing item. Very not happy with this.

Spoke to the manager about an issue with my food order. Dry burger and hair in my child happy meal. Unfortunately, the manager (Asian fella) was very rude and condescending.

Quick place to grab something to eat or drink if passing by on way into or out of London. Drive thru here. Limited parking with electric car charge points.

Walked in to McDonald's to order breakfast to take away. Service was on point and lovely. That's where the good review ends. Placed an order for family breakfast: Bacon and egg McMuffin Sausage and egg McMuffin Pancakes with a side of sausage. Muffins were dry and not enjoyable and pancakes were less than yummy. This was very disappointing experience and will definitely keep us from going back.

Food was good, but food service wasn’t enough good. It was not busy but they took too much time to provide food. Everything is ohk.

I ordered a Hash Brown and waited 10 minutes for it!! Asked the guy behind the counter about it and he said ‘really’ like I was lying about waiting 10 minutes and he gave me the Hash Brown and didn’t have the manners so apologise for the delay. Just gave me the item without anything said. Not exactly what I call good customer service. It seems anyone can be a manager and lack some serious customer service skills!!!! I’m sure he’s the supervisor by the uniform he was wearing, but let’s just say it’s put me off going in there again. Looks like they are overworked in the kitchen on Saturday morning.

Probably the best customer service I've had from a mcdonalds ever. The manager there (which funnily enough is a white guy called Jerome lol) was particularly helpful and polite. There was also a really lovely ginger guy with long hair who was very polite

Just a total mess… from taking order that has to be totally corrected by the window then asked to park in waiting bay for 15min… and then food arriving cold as was sat waiting for that time… straight in the bin.
