McDonald's in Leeds

Could be a great one but a place open until midnight inside a train station block the tables and chairs before 10 it’s very lazy

Great service just a shame they have no working wi fi

Waited 15mins to get some fries which I never got because I was going to miss my train the slowest service I’ve had with fast food and I never got my money back

It's a train station McDonald's, do not expect it to be clean or the service to be good

Wasted so long trying to get the ordering machine to work and then the service being so slow that I did not have time to collect my order before my train left. So paid for my lunch, but got nothing. Thanks a bundle mac'ds 😡😡😡

You can sit and watch the inebriated weird and wonderful lying on the streets of Leeds city centre while enjoying your fries.

Not toilets, limited seating, no bins and quite dirty.

Manager very rude and unhelpful when the app wasn’t working

Been to this McDonald’s on two separate occasions in May before catching my train; perfect meal both times and service. I worked in a McDonald’s for 2 years which had low standards, Leeds train station is ran properly and the food is cooked the way it should be.

Very very busy was madness in there will not go again anytime soon

Decent and normally fast service, although prices have gone up and my orders aren't always done right, even when it's quiet.

Very busy! Short queues to order but because they're so busy it can take a while to get food and you have to watch people who ordered after you get their food :,) but that's no one's fault. The staff are a bit quiet calling numbers but really nice!

awful! food was completely cold drinks were totally flat and everything looked like it had been left out all day. nothing had any flavour & delivery drivers were rude and intimidating they turned up wearing balaclavas!!! tracked them on the map and they were driving round town for 2 hours stopping at various locations before eventually coming to us 2 hours later than the time displayed on the app. not happy at all I won't ever be ordering from justeat again completely put off by this experience

Usually very busy - order ahead on the app if you can. Staff are nice. Try sit inside if eating in, as outside is quite cold. There are no toilets in this restaurant. Nearest are spoons or the main concorse.

Today i get cappuccino but doesn’t look like feel like juts hot water

Not a great experience, the food was ok but definitely below McDonald's usual standard. The member of staff calling (bellowing) out the order numbers was unfriendly and unapproachable and looked like they would rather be anywhere else , the staff seemed to be arguing amongst themselves at times and the atmosphere was not great as a result...

Used twice and messed up the order twice. The food is generic to the brand but the inability to follow basic customisations means that this is one of the least competent branches I’ve used.

The food arrived cold and wet. Delivery time was horrific

We waited 2 hours 10 mins for the food to be delivered and when it finally arrived it was freezing cold

Never turned up so it was stolen was waiting over 45 minutes for fast food , phoned restaurant and they said all food was out so someone hasn’t messed up a stolen my food

I've eaten here before with 0 complaints but the staff on shift tonight have changed that. The staff were so slow we had to abandon our half-ready order. We watched our order number disappear from the screen, and when we asked about it got a shrug and told it was probably getting ready. When I ask if we could just have what's ready as we were in danger of missing our train by then, I received a blank stare. Managed to just make the train but without the food or even the waiting coffee. I understand nights can be busy & there may have been training happening, but none of the staff, including the manager, where moving with any haste. We did originally have adequate time to order & receive food, and may orders before and after our number were given out

the driver spilt the hot chocolate allover are food. it's all soaking wet. had to be thrown in the bin as we could not eat it.

I just got coffee... which is always good! The staff are friendly and it's a great place to wait for your train!

I did not receive my order, he said he was outside three times, he must went to the wrong location.

Fast efficient and cheaper than other places.

They charged me almost four pawns for delivery and it took a long time.

The delivery was not outside the location given and make me walk about 5 minutes to meet him as he was refusing to come meet me and the original address. Then he was rude to me and also made to go into his trunk to get my own food out through this just eat bag. I would like a refund of the service and delivery

Just don't bother. I've only ever been here twice whilst passing through in the last couple of months and both times the self service tills wouldn't print a receipt, so I had no idea what my order number was (since the screen doesn't even seem to show the number on screen despite displaying that there's a problem with the printer). I only ordered a hot chocolate, and asked the cashier what the order number was. He informed me, but nobody read out the number after the drink had been made.

We visited here on a Monday night with 20 scouts. It was busy, however our leader made themself known to the till person and explained the situation. They then got a supervisor to assist them. We were dealt with extremely well and moved through the process quickly, which was great as we had a train to catch, we were in Leeds for an evening ice skating, so we bought and left. The food was up to their usual standard however the issue was we were short of 4 drinks, 1 meal and several portions of fries, which we discovered on the train as it was pulling out of the station. Come on McDs do better at large orders.

Food arrived at the latest possible moment, already cold. Our 2 drinks had half spilled into nothingness. Not worth the £20 paid.

Food was flat cold, it was bagged up at 13.32 and arrived at my door at 14.40, I completed as was offered £4.18, this is a disgrace, my order came to over £13 and this is all I get for been a so called valued customer, it's shocking.

I had a couple of days in the office, and this place was in easy reach. Being situated in the train station means it does get a lot of foot traffic, but the service was fast and the food tasted ok.

If I could give lower than one star I would. They wait for a good hour knowing your train is coming before even deciding to start making your food then refuse to give you your money back.

Dropping marks on atmosphere down to the customers not the staff. Busy little spot and unlike most McDonald's these days is not over run with deliveroo and uber mcdeliverys wait times are minimal and service always good

Unlike Wetherspoons in the station, the prices are as expected. Tables cleared and cleaned up all the time, a lot McDonald's could learn from this place.

The delivery was rather quick, but for some reason the app stated that the driver was at the restaurant for about an hour, and when i received my order it was cold. I dont think I'll be using this service again, I'd rather go myself.

Its maccies, what more do I say? Food and drinks came out quick and hot, both at breakfast and dinner time (yeh I went twice 😂) An older gentleman helped us clear the table. Looks like there aren't many bins but tbf it is a pretty small place compared to other maccies I've gone to, and still quite hygienic.

Food still just hot. Ordered the chicken combo, when it was delivered it came with no dips even though dips were selected. Ordered ice cream, had to wait so long the ice cream had melted. Also their was no straw or napkins.

It's a maccies. nothing too special aside from the absolutely lovely man that was cleaning, he was so sweet and kind.

Several times I have had incredibly slow service for what should be a high trafficked stores. Many times key items such as soft drinks unavailable during peak times periods. Dips are also often forgotten

U can order on your app before you get there and pick it up

Ordered from Just Eat and they didn’t deliver the food, we called them and they said it was on its way. They marked it as delivered when it hadn’t been and then they were closed so there was nothing we could do.

Ordered and received delivery over an hour late to completely wrong items that I didn’t order!!

Ordered a Mcplant. They delivered a burger bun with lettuce and no burger but instead, swapped it out for dippers inside the bun. Deliberately wrong and they know it.

Never came I would put zero rating and never turned up if that was an option
