Cheap coffee and doughnuts, open into the evening and great, friendly staff.

On Monday evening the girl on the front counter was so welcoming and lovely I think her name was eleanor. Beaming with positivity. I’m 75 years young and her smile made my day. All the best.

One of the staff, keep the door open twice while my kids r freezing inside. We came to Greggs because of the weather and to have a warm drinks and light lunch. Not to be treated like we did something wrong. Greggs need to be careful with customers specially, if there is a kids.

Greggs is the perfect place for students and busy working folks bustling through the streets to pop in and grab a great meal at a good deal.

Worst people with lot of attitude charge extra and didnt give combo saying they missed to add with bill ..

Order vanila latte which was quite cold but the girl was more than happy to change it. Thanks

Food was dry sausages burnt and the two women behind the count was absolute miserable and rude

I had the pleasure of being served by Emily, a lovely trainee at Greggs, recently. She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and made my visit so enjoyable. Despite being in training, Emily handled everything with great professionalism and a positive attitude. It's clear that she's a natural when it comes to customer service. Staff are great but the place is packed with delivery drivers being loud and obnoxious, playing Asian music really loudly not the best place , I imagine the staff are out of their minds

Whats the point in having a opening time and not sticking too it half a hour late to open staff could see a big cue outside and said nothing not professional at all

Monday, 17th of July... 6:30am. Not open. And still not open at 7am.

I was having a bad day today and decided to visit Greggs inside the Merrion Shopping centre to cheer myself up with a hot coffee. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of encountering a young British lady at the counter who gave me a wonderful customer service experience. Her smile was infectious and instantly lifted my mood, changing my day for the better. As always, the coffee at Greggs was excellent, but it was the excellent customer service that truly made my visit special. This young lady embodied the values of customer focus, creating a warm environment, humility, integrity, and speed with excellence. She truly cared about her job and her customers, and her smile and positive attitude left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this store to everyone who is looking for a great customer service experience. The employees at Greggs go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their customers, and this young lady is a shining example of this commitment. Thank you, Greggs, for hiring such dedicated and enthusiastic employees who are committed to providing the best experience possible for their customers. And to the young British lady who brightened my day, thank you for your kindness and infectious smile. You truly made a difference and I look forward to my next visit to Greggs.

Was nice just to get a nice bacon sandwich and a coffee and have a little sit down and watch all the shopper's passing by

Visited today to buy 4 meals, I also wanted 4 sausage rolls, I was told they only had 1 cold pack of 4 remaining. Having tasted the sausage rolls, they tasted absolutely dreadful. Then as we are eating our sandwiches the staff member filled the counter with a fresh batch from the oven!!!! Had she said they would be some more in a few minutes, I would have purchased those. Poor customer service,

Rude staff and felt racially discriminated. Apparently you got to “pay extra” for seating or not eat at the store . It’s a common thing to pay for food and sit at a café. I have done it so many times but this has happened to me twice with the same lady. I literally never mentioned anything about take away while ordering and paying for my food and was not asked if I would be taking away.

Been in the UK for almost 8 years. Visiting all kind of cafe, restaurants and take aways. From London, to Leeds, to Edinburgh. This Gregg, particularly a staff, has the best greeting, welcome, smile, friendliness attidue, etc, I have ever seen. All F&B staffs should learn from this dude. If only there were more people like him, the world will be a better place.

What to say about Gregg's. Its an average sandwich shop and is priced accordingly. Nothing wrong with the food they offer if you want a quick cheap bite.

Excellent and friendly service. Always a pleasure and great to see cheerful staff who you can have a joke with. This is one shop in the Greggs Empire where i recommend people to go because you will definitely leave with a smile..😊
