McDonald's in Darlington

Giving this place a good review out of spite of others bad mouthing a restaurant thats always ridiculously busy. For real, was in early today and a guy kicked off that he’d been waiting half an hour. He hadnt been waiting that long, I ordered my food before him and Id been waiting 10 minutes. Also the guy was completely unaware the order number doesnt dictate which food comes first. Yea, can take a while for the food to come and orders get messed up but honestly with how much pressure the staff are under it’s not worth bagging on them for.

You put your order and you always get your drinks already melted as they are sitting on they're table for at least 30 mins and when you ask them to be replaced the employees are very rude and they argue as it's been preppared on that moment which is not right as you are waiting there and you seen it wasn't preppared in front of you,so as you pay for your order full price you expected to get your drinks not melted, every single time is the same issue VERY POOR SERVICE, totally dissapointed! SHAME!!!Morton Park!

Hardly ever get the order right, get the wrong item, or missing items quite a lot. If you like hot fries, avoid this one.

Excellent good food with quick service

To be honest, quite disappointing! My coffee didn't taste right, a bit of a strange taste and watery. My cheese burger was overloaded with ketchup, spilled out everywhere and completely overwhelmed the taste. This is at 4.30am, very quiet. This is itself frustrating, surely it would be better to be serving the breakfast menu, I would think in Darlington during the week there are more people getting up and going to work than those still up from the day before! I simply wouldn't go here if there was a 24hr alternative.

ORDERED MCRIB,IT WASN'T THERE!!!!

Definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. All my food and drink was as it should be from maccies. I sat in as I’m working away so had nothing better to do and noticed it wasn’t full of idiot teenagers like they often are, mainly just nice families! Service was decent as well, I had to ask for my receipt after it didn’t print from the kiosk and the manner in which I was dealt with was extremely friendly.

I was fed up of poor quality from North Rd so came here but they dipped the bun in cooking oil here see photo , so unfortunately not better, it would seem there are no good McDonald's in darlington

McDonald's food is a bit crap in general but this is miles better than North Road, finally a mcflurry that is actually frozen. Got extra pickles on big mac and usually you barely get any but was thrilled with how many i got. Staff really nice 10/10. Let down because it's overpriced and not particularly good, monopoly sucks now. Large milkshake costs £3 and no stickers but you get them on £1 fries. Barely win anything but free item with evm anyway might as well be less stingy MCD. Anyway 5 stars for the staff, lost one because of McDonald's itself but recommend this one over NR in Darlington.

Fries cold and soft. Wasn't sure if milkshake was vanilla (as requested) or possibly banana. Burger ok

1 complaint is when you ask 4 a toy in happy meal the lil un expects one not a book

I received my £20 order with £10 worth of food missing I am very angry will not order from here again.

Delivery delivery was very rude.

The food was stone cold and the driver was smoking a cigarette whilst handing over the order.The smoke was going in my face, on the food bags and into my house.It really put me off the food which was virtually inedible as it was cold and rubbery.

ordered a meal half of it was missing. rang McDonald's and they said there's nothing they can do despite it being their fault not making sure all the order was there.

yet again charged for items not received. contacted no response.

Once again part of my order was missing. The food I did receive was just to say warm and tasted stale. They now have 100% success rate with being the worst fast food ever eaten. Will never be ordering or eating this much ever again.

early however order must of been rushed it's all good getting an early delivery however not when half the food is missing and it's not like you can ask for you to resend so will just have to starve since you can't send the food I order and pay the delivery or I could re order but again will have to pay delivery charge absolute joke all of it

So I didn’t get my grimace shakes i want a refund

Been 4 separate times for the grimace milkshake and my local McDonald's never have them in however other milkshakes are still being done this is due to staff being lazy. This is disgraceful why have specials if they never have them no matter what time of day.

Food delivered by a bike. This was slow and resulted in cold food.

Having had to re order my order as delivered to wrong address for then McDonald's to not put any fries in the order just sent burger

A very busy McDonald's, so we'll run and immaculate. Very busy with delivery collectors, it was like watching a well-oiled machine as the manager organised the collections. Well done, sir. Service was quick, and the sugar, straw, and sauce area was spotless. Plus, all the screens were working, and I got a receipt.

Missing items had to file for a refund as they’ve now removed their number to call to resolve it leaving one child very unhappy, if they are too rushed they need to turn off just eat until they have caught up.

Disgusted listerally forgot most of my food. 10 chicken nuggets 2 double cheeseburgers and two small fries how is that even possible!!??? Two of our family members couldn't eat then there is no way of contacting anyone to see where our food was

This McDonald seems to always get orders wrong lately. Something missing, getting a different burger than ordered and so on. Delivery is spot on, but the food is wrong. Used to be a lot better.

they fixed the spilled drink problem i previously mentioned. i'm very satisfied!

Chips got loads black stuff on like rotten potatoes food cold not fresh at all and no Sauces when I added them on and wrote in notes !

The food delivery time consistently changed took around a hour to receive. And when it did arrive it was cold and sauces I paid for were not received….! shocking

What's going on at Morton Park McDonald's guys? The last 4 times I have been to this one there has always been an issue either cold food, wrong order or stuff missing from order, excessive waiting times for run of the mill stuff, and most commonly very poor presentation of the food. I mean am not expecting Michelin gourmet quality food here but come on. My biggest gripe is the way the food is presented in the bags/boxes chips just chucked in usually cold, the burgers just thrown together with probably the wrong stuff too. Now go to one at North road and none of these problems! Defo need better standards at morton park McDonald's

Courier was fantastic. The coffee lid came off he still came to my door explained what had happened and went back to replace it. Very impressed

hot food was cold, had to reheat in the microwave. Ice creams and milkshakes melted. Time changed 6 times, then when it said was on way, the car went to Haughton first, then came to us. No sorry from driver due to lateness and had several other deliveries in boot of car.

I’m really not happy with my order I have received, not only my food came cold but came incorrect I paid for extra cheese on the cheeseburger did not get this. Also Asked for no lettuce due to allergy reasons and got lettuce still on the mckicken. Really disappointed.

I ordered garlic bread dippers and received veggie dippers, no straw for the drink, no sauces when I ordered extra as well and the food was stone cold. Had to reheat it in the microwave .

I ordered a hot chocolate and that never came. also it said spend more than £10 for free hash browns that's the only reason I spent more than just the wrap meal. very disappointed.

Hatrick burger an absolute joke. Flung together with 1 slice of cheese stuck to the bottom half of the bun. Dry as a bone - pure garbage
