Courier was fantastic. The coffee lid came off he still came to my door explained what had happened and went back to replace it. Very impressed

no sauces, no straw , milkshake was melted and less than half full , both chips supposed to be large both less than half full . Food was cold

hot food was cold, had to reheat in the microwave. Ice creams and milkshakes melted. Time changed 6 times, then when it said was on way, the car went to Haughton first, then came to us. No sorry from driver due to lateness and had several other deliveries in boot of car.

I ordered garlic bread dippers and received veggie dippers, no straw for the drink, no sauces when I ordered extra as well and the food was stone cold. Had to reheat it in the microwave .

I’m really not happy with my order I have received, not only my food came cold but came incorrect I paid for extra cheese on the cheeseburger did not get this. Also Asked for no lettuce due to allergy reasons and got lettuce still on the mckicken. Really disappointed.

Order a strawberry milkshake and got sent a bottle of water?, don’t actually know how you can get that wrong but here we are

Honest the staff at this place must be missing brains. I can understand a few mistakes now and again but COME ON MAN! 2 wrong drinks, 3 missing burgers, wrong sides, wrong toppings, chips with zero salt! Get back on the dole, you are useless! More than happy to donate my taxes towards you living on benefits to keep you away from making an from of decisions in society! Just quit!

this must be the worst McDonald's restaurant in the world. 3 meals ordered with 3 mcflurrys. 2.5 meal received, 1 missing Fry's. all the foods cold. all 3 mcflurrys missing. really disappointed again. should of known better 😔

driver has not delivered, has not called me and food is no where to be seen! however its saying that the food has been delivered!

Ordered food to be delivered to where I work for 1pm in advance which is when I go on my dinner and lost my whole break waiting for it. When it arrived I noticed the condiments I had ordered with it were missing. I have ordered for 1pm several times now and never once has it arrived on time. Today was especially poor.

driver took food to wrong door but did bring it to us the driver was smoking when he handed food over to us food was cold.

I only recieved one part of my order, i contacted the resteraunt directly to be told they could not do anything and to go through the just eat refund procedure. Disgusted that we have not recieved the food we have paid for and to be told that we could not get the rest of our order sent out to us. The food we did recieve the chips were extremly over done and were stone cold.

Food took 40 minutes to come. When it did come it was freezing cold and tasted awful. There were poo marks on the cup and the burger had sauce covered all over the outside of the packaging. There were flies all over the floor and the dining staff kept staring and licking their lips at me which put me off my food .

I had to wait 35 minutes for a happy meal and a cheese burger.. staff were also very rude. What has happened to McDonalds it's so sad.

Missing burger, no dips, no straws

Never seen to be organised with what seems no leadership and have had my order lost on several occasion and had to fight to get it after waiting 45mins on one occasion. Seem to focused on dealing with delivery orders than deal with order from costumers that have come inside to eat and order.

absolute worst mcdonalds ever, half the order missing as usual, didn't even bother trying yo ring up as all they tell you is 'you'll have to go to just eat/uber eats' no, they just do the delivery, the making and packing of food is down to YOUR staff! literally less use than a chocolate teapot!

Just the worst Big Mac of all time. Stale as. Like eating cardboard. No sauce hardly. Chips dry as sticks and to make matters worse no chicken nuggets in bag even though I paid for them at time of order. Got home to find half the order missing. How hard is it to make sure everything that’s been paid for is in the bag.
