McDonald's in Darlington

Once the food left its location it appeared the delivery driver made a long stop at what appeared on the map to be another food outlet. Our food arrived barely luke warm, and hot drinks not hot at all. Disappointed

Took ages, freezing and drinks missing

Food was cold, the driver didn’t even have the food in a bag to keep it warm, food and drink item missing, would have been zero stars, don’t know how you can get one order so wrong

Absaloute shambles order food and tiny bag comes missed out chips burgers pure joke!! Haven’t ordered in a while thought might just try wouldn’t bother wasting my time

All hot food was cold 1 milkshake was warm and the other never turned up

My ice-cream was literally milk i did drink it. Requested a burger woth no bbq sauce my burger and absolutely nothing on it no salad no carlic ranch no crispy onion nothing. Food was all really cold what a big waste of money

Ordered at 4. Time said 10-25 minutes. Received at quarter past 5. The food was cold, my chips were half empty and the McFlurry was melted. Recent orders have been shoddy too.

So we ordered food at about 1:15 said food would be delivered between 25 past and 45 past then the times kept changing every time I came back on the app and food was still preparing then but the time the food got delivered it was all cold no straws 2 chips missing no sauces and my smoothie was half full

First and last Mcdelivery that's for sure, one portion of fries almost raw. All food barely even warm. I'd have asked for a full refund if I was on site

Without a doubt the worst maccys in the country. Consistently gets orders wrong, chips are cold or taste like they went cold then got shoved in the fryer for 30 seconds to warm them back up. Asked for a cheese burger happy meal with no sauce and added lettuce with carrots as a side. Received a slice meat in a stale bun with no cheese and also no side at all. Missing dips, missing entire items from set meals, just absolutely useless at this site. I've tried to give them a chance but every single order there is an issue with something. I'll just drive the extra miles to another site from now on. useless!

The most useless McDonald’s I have ever ordered from. They didn’t even add one dip. They gave Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke and without a straw. The manager used the excuse of ‘new staff’, clearly these new staff should not be starting on Boxing Day

Food was fine but just wanted to point out that I got given some weird fruit drink instead of the Diet Coke I ordered. It’s purple and smells like blueberry so I’m assuming someone made me a drink with the Grimace milkshake mix 😅😭

after placing my order at 1730. my delivery time started as 1750_1810. I rang the restaurant at 1915 after logging a complaint with just eat to be notified my order although confirmed had not been sent to the restaurant. I received my order at 1935. the food was luke warm at best and the drinks order was incorrect. I was unable to cancel the order on the app which I would have done from 1845 onwards. I am very angmy about the way this order has been mishandled and the lack of communication

It's beside the point that I use to work in a McDonald's however... the food is what you'd expect nice if you like fast food, this restaurant is 24 hours so it is always open. However remember that in the mornings on a Saturday there's a good chance folk from Amazon are crowding it, grabbing a burger and the first decent sit down they've had in 10 hours. This restaurant has a decent atmosphere, it's far enough away from town to not be overwhelmed by the "street folk" and close enough a quick drive out is all it takes. The car park is large enough for almost any vehicle. Staff seem friendly, the restaurant is always well kept and the ice cream machine seems to not be "broken" as often here. You can eat in or takeaway, delivery is a thing too and they have a drive in to grab a mean or drink on the go :)

All drinks missing and apart from the nuggets the food was cold. Can’t blame the weather because it took the driver 10 mins from leaving the store to giving me it, so it was not snow causing delays and snow doesnt cause drinks to vanish. Driver was not remotely helpful when I asked where the drinks were

Placed an order and through no fault other than my own, I used the wrong address, tried to contact the courier about changing the address and he asked for me number then the chat was closed. Haven’t received any food.

Only thing that was warm was the chicken nuggets everything else was cold!!

We used the drive thru on this occasion. They staff were very quick and efficient for taking our order and payment and very friendly. They forgot to give us our happy meal and then bought the wrong one (gave us nuggets instead of cheeseburger), but it was all rectified quickly and with no issues. I always check my orders anyway as I've been caught out quote regularly in the past for missing food. Food was fresh and hot and we all enjoyed our meal.

Giving this place a good review out of spite of others bad mouthing a restaurant thats always ridiculously busy. For real, was in early today and a guy kicked off that he’d been waiting half an hour. He hadnt been waiting that long, I ordered my food before him and Id been waiting 10 minutes. Also the guy was completely unaware the order number doesnt dictate which food comes first. Yea, can take a while for the food to come and orders get messed up but honestly with how much pressure the staff are under it’s not worth bagging on them for.

You put your order and you always get your drinks already melted as they are sitting on they're table for at least 30 mins and when you ask them to be replaced the employees are very rude and they argue as it's been preppared on that moment which is not right as you are waiting there and you seen it wasn't preppared in front of you,so as you pay for your order full price you expected to get your drinks not melted, every single time is the same issue VERY POOR SERVICE, totally dissapointed! SHAME!!!Morton Park!
