Bun was burnt , cold food , disappointed

food was cold it's always cold from this McDonald's

when I ordered the waiting time was supposed to be 19 min. I got it after 35 min. everything was cold, no sauces and no straw for coke. Everything its cold !!! Refund - £2.5 - thats the joke !! Poor service

I ordered 3 McFlurrys and mangle smoothie and instead got 4 flat cokes. Also no sauces or straws

Ordered at 10 received after 12:00 food must of been sat waiting for the full time cos it is stale and freezing will not be using this app ever again !!

Fries cold and tasteless, cheeseburgers the same, mcflurry tasted of little except for the smarties. WHAT has happened to McDonald's it was never five star cooking but at least it was reasonable. Never again.

Food was cold and some of the order was missing. For some reason all the milkshakes had a minty taste dispite being chocolate and strawberry. The receipt on the bag did not have everything we ordered on the app. Have requested a refund for the missing items.

Ordered for delivery 2x double cheese berger's and large fries only to receive 2x cheese burgers and small fries. Driver drove 10 min down the road with my food to Middleton St George. He sat around for a further 5-10min then came to deliver it. Food was cold and soggy so I just bind it. Just don't even bother going here or ordering.

Not my local McDonald’s but we visited while staying in the area. It was clean enough but the toilets were grim and had a disgusting aroma. Table service was slow but it was very busy and the food was hot and fresh. Not sure I would return unless desperate.

McDonalds, Morton Park, Darlington. 9.28 pm. Ordered one Philly stack meal and one BBQ bacon crispy wrap meal, one banana shake and a fresh orange. £12.38. We live three minutes away, opened the package, chips, not even warm, Philly Stack was obviously not freshly made, clay cold, and the wrap was luke warm. Horrendous. Granted the staff were pleasant on ordering and serving, Food totally unacceptable.

Absolutely horrendous, somehow when i order your system changes my adress so my deliveries go elsewhere. WHY ???

Food is freezing ! Large big mc meal chips are less than half full ! Ordered mozzarella dippers not sent them need sacking when you can’t do your job wouldn’t give yeh self’s that scruffs

both wraps had questionable coloured eggs in, were poorly made and the wraps themselves tasted dry and stale. No syrup for pancakes and the 80p extra I paid for bacon was the smallest piece ever. The delivery driver was however lovely

Ordered from this McDonald’s as North Road let me down with nearly all my order. Missing this one obviously missed a breakfast wrap.

Ordered online, item is missing from the order and it is happening order after order. Driving to pick up the missing items for a simple “sorry”… Can you change your attitude towards the customers?

Ordered 2 meals and only 1 came don’t know if driver ate it himself or what, scandalous that I never got my money back for the meal that I didn’t not have 🙄

Food was freezing cold there isn’t much point in ordering a takeaway if the food is cold and you have to heat it back up yourself, the milkshake was awful as well and the burgers were dry

A very busy place but got a lot of experienced staff orders arrive very quick and hot good parking around the building

Yet again, order wrong, no hash browns with 2 meals , and cheese on wrap when asked for no cheese, even the sticker on the wrap states no cheese. Never get an order that is correct

How do you feed a family of 4 when half of the stuff wasn’t there £33 it cost me for that meal I didn’t receive most of it. I want my money back not happy at all.

The manager of this store should be sacked,the staff here are not getting trained it’s either under cooked chips or cold chips cold burgers and to top that you get more chips in a medium then you do a large 🤦

3 hours late , stone cold & no sauce

Burgers was just flung together and way to much tamato source and very cheesy

other than the fries being cold the order was good, and for the first time it was correct, thank you to whoever put that together this time.

Delivery guy was nice and sweet

My ice-cream was literally milk i did drink it. Requested a burger woth no bbq sauce my burger and absolutely nothing on it no salad no carlic ranch no crispy onion nothing. Food was all really cold what a big waste of money

Ordered at 4. Time said 10-25 minutes. Received at quarter past 5. The food was cold, my chips were half empty and the McFlurry was melted. Recent orders have been shoddy too.

Full order did not arrive (item missing), and remaining food was cold, the courier did not have the lid on the just eat bag sealed.

So we ordered food at about 1:15 said food would be delivered between 25 past and 45 past then the times kept changing every time I came back on the app and food was still preparing then but the time the food got delivered it was all cold no straws 2 chips missing no sauces and my smoothie was half full

Without a doubt the worst maccys in the country. Consistently gets orders wrong, chips are cold or taste like they went cold then got shoved in the fryer for 30 seconds to warm them back up. Asked for a cheese burger happy meal with no sauce and added lettuce with carrots as a side. Received a slice meat in a stale bun with no cheese and also no side at all. Missing dips, missing entire items from set meals, just absolutely useless at this site. I've tried to give them a chance but every single order there is an issue with something. I'll just drive the extra miles to another site from now on. useless!
