McDonald's in Glasgow City

Stood and waited more than 30 mins for my order to then find some of the items were incorrect. Staff too busy prioritising just eat orders instead of customers who are standing in the store waiting.

Placed order for delivery as a treat for my grandkids. Driver arrives. Wrong order, goes to car and brings in another order still wrong. Received nothing. Phoned and the male was extremely unhelpful. Shocking service all round. Never again!!

Didn’t get my right order instead I got 3 juices we didn’t order with no for for myself and my child I am absolutely appalled

They can’t read an order correctly constant missing and incorrect items .. shambles

requested plenty milk for tea, no milk in any of the 2 bags. so now tea going to waste. also no extra hash brown! never leave a review but this isn't good.

Didn’t send toys with minecraft meal for my son who was excited, forgot all the sauces, drinks were spilled and had a Big Mac was missing absolute shambles of a place.

Missing main burger from order! The rest was freezing cold and juice was just all ice! Waste of money.

It said 10-25mins when I ordered. But actually took well over an hour. The annoying thing was it kept just moving it by 10 mins every 10 mins, instead of telling me will be 80+ minutes. Quality was poor when it arrived as was cold

I didn't get the collectible figure

drinks was missing and food was damaged everywhere.

They didnt send the sauces I bought extra and they didnt even send any straws 😕 not only that but waited almost over an hour for a McDonald’s that is just down the road…

ordered my food told me it would be here in twenty minutes checked five minutes later said it would be an hour what a joke got the food then it was freezing the juice had leaked the fries were cold and half my juice was gone and there was barely any fries i order large for a reason.

It was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, but I received my order an hour after placing it. Also, I ordered a large chocolate milkshake but received a Coca-Cola instead.

Sadly I was given completely the wrong order.

There was limited edition collectible missing from the order.

Long wait, cold food and missing collectible which was paid extra for.

Juice was half full and no straws due to being spilled totally unacceptable

food was all stone cold and the bacon was so undercooked I was considering selling it back to the farm

food was freezing cold burger and chips were like absolute rubber and the juice when it arrived there was none left to drink out the cup as it was all over the bottom of my bag when recieved

mcdonalds definitely need to start including straws with delivery orders, especially for the little kids and their milkshakes

We both enjoy the food & it's got a happy relaxed atmosphere with really nice helpful staff.

I met john pork but sadly Tim cheese killed him I'm very upset but you guys made my day by cooking him and making me some pork thanks mcdonalds

The order never arrived I am very unhappy with this as it was a big order costing over £50 and nothing showed

food was absolutely frozen! waited ages even giving benefit of the doubt that its a saturday night so most likely busy, but very disappointed. food quality poor aswell but would say this may be due to waiting time/delivery

Just cannot get orders correct at drive through despite asking if its all there,when i checked before leaving carpark there was no chips with any of the meals ordered

Just received my mcCrispy meal and there wasn’t much filling in the burger whatsoever wasn’t happy with the lettuce and the sauce that was on it as there was hardly any on my chicken fillet which made my burger quite dry to eat sorry for complaining but never enjoyed my meal at all due to the lack of filling on it .

i keep finding that there double quarter pounder with cheese is very dry.if you dont have something they shouldn't substitute it.

forgot my syrup for my porridge! sausage mcmuffin was as dry as my Grannies sandals. Food was lukewarm ( even though it’s literally 5 minute away) . Usual from the usual, expect nothing less 🥲

driver cycled around everywhere apart from the street he should have been on , its pinned on the map and not hard to follow food was freezing cold

Food was a little cold delivery did take a while as the driver was waiting a while to pick up my order once he arrived at the store, no fault of the drivers just a little upset with the food being cold as it just ruins the taste and it’s not too enjoyable cold

arrived fast and on time but the food itself was totally cold, I had to warm it all up in the microwave so it's naturally lost its zing and impact that you want when getting it normally.
