McDonald's in Glasgow City

Foods always luke warm. Online orders are given priority. Everything seems like such a hassle to the staff. Don't think I've ever been through drive thru and not had to go take a space... Never served at window so they can meet targets. 9 times out of 10 I then have to go into the store from my car as something is wrong or missing.

Driver took his brake with my food n it’s freezing, not one bit hot what a joke

Food cold as usual, had to get it made again and then that was the wrong order. Hopeless

Both of The fries were missing from the whole order and one was part of a meal and the other was separate. Not good to receive half a meal

Driver decided to go 2 different journeys about 15 mins away from my home food was freezing. Had to give the kids somthing else to eat.

my mum opened her chicken rap and there was nothing init so what are yous doing to do about it.I get McDonald's at least three times a week my mum is 81 years old and she doesn't ask for much so I am very disappointed 😞☹️...

asked the delivery driver to take tea back,his bag was covered in liquid as it burst accepted breakfast was a bad idea as that was soaked aswell

Two nights ago I order from this restaurant only for it to get here with the drink burst, destroying most of the order. I put this up to mistake and order again today, and it's not even the correct order that gets delivered. Horrendous delivery service, needs immediate review.

Food NEVER ARRIVED. It was to be a 15-30min delivery, ordered at 1.17pm, changed to "Delivered" at 2:41pm despite not arriving at all. Ridiculous.

Order was set to delivered but never showed up? Sat round corner for 10 minutes and then received a delivered notification. After an hour and 10 mins of waiting for a 10-25 min wait time. Shocking and submitted a refund request.

Good has came well over an hour from original time of first delivery time. Plus it also came from a dofferent shop I ordered from. The courier came from McDonald’s trongate when I ordered it from McDonald’s in parkhead. Also all the food is stone cold and been sitting for ages. The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich is soggy and wet from the condensation and the double cheeseburger is solid. I don’t think it’s even safe to eat as it’s been sitting for so long

Great McDonald’s love that it’s open even for sit in 24 hours. Can be slow to get your order because so many Uber eats and Deliveroo orders.

The cheese burger has cheese on it when states NO CHEESE! There was all the sauces missing! CHICKEN NUGGETS ALSO MISSING. Plus only juice with no oreo McFlurry! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Chips freezing. Big mac had no sauce. Quarter pounder had everything on it when i requested plain. Not the first time either but will be the last.

Didn’t think it was possible for this place to get any worse but it dose with every single order. All the food is freezing there’s more juice over the bag than in the cups couldn’t be bothered to put the large chips in a bag so they where emptied all over the happy meal still sending out Halloween books with a Christmas happy meal box in the middle of November. Train your staff !!!
