McDonald's in Northumberland

Absolutely shocking that customers at the counter come last. I was in 25 minutes waiting for a sausage and egg muffin. There was only five people in when I went in and was one woman still waiting when I finally got mine. By the time I left there was about 40 waiting. All the people that order on just eat are getting there food before people who are waiting. Never going back there

Delivered stale, hard, cold food past the 'discard' time marked on the packaging. Wouldn't refund. Terrible customer service and attitude.

Fries hard and cold, cheeseburger luke warm, haven't been for a good while and won't be returning...

Had a longer than usual wait but was very busy. However the screen for what orders where ready wasn't updating so very reliant on servers shouting out order numbers which is fine apart from background music playing so made it harder to know when to get food. We thought our number was called but not sure so went up had to q for several minutes just to speak to someone.

Every time I go here the fizzy drinks are flat and cold

Went to ashington mc Donald's on night shift district nurse hadn't had a break on a 12 hour shift got a coffee and meduim fries .the girl who took the order was lovely and kind I got my order and pulled up in the car park .chips were stone cold .so I went yo the window and a night manager came I said there stone cold .she took them of me and threw them in the bin .and walked away .so I had to drive back thew .and order hot chips

As a rule you can’t get moved for delivery drivers. That aside, Ashington are consistent. And by that I mean consistent in handing over poor quality tepid food, often with missing items and flat warm coke. When speaking to a manager to highlight the consistent problems, they just smile. I can only assume they know how bad they are and just accept it.

Toooo full of just eat drivers so unwelcoming. Wait too long to get Luke warm food. 8 and a half minutes to be given nuggets which only take 4m 55 seconds to cook. What happened to being served and seated in 90 seconds.

Very poor service tonight 10th September waited 20 mins for two items . They lost my order. Really not impressed with service 😒 think managers need to train there staff properly.

Quick meal that's all I use McDonald's for.

Wish they'd push party size orders around to the waiting bays, as it really holds up the queue, to the point of where your food is not as hot as it could be. Update Sept 24: For my last four visits there is always simple things missing from the menu - McFlurry, Coffee, No Mayonnaise to make a wrap. Also outside the place is scruffy with broken tables and soiled paths. And to cap that there was a broken toilet - Not impressed...

We liked the machine. You need to add tablets my kids are iPad kids th y need their entertainment or they will go crazy’s

Just to warn ppl with kids be carful when visiting sitting in as there is a worker there who often has a stare and look at kids av cought him twice looking and smiling at my kids he's done it a few times today I confronted him and he looked rather shifty and nervous it might be nothing but we go in there to Enjoy food with the family and don't exspect strangers trying to break knecks to see in the pram and also smiling at my 6 year old biggish lad glasses hangs round the bin looking at other kids av noticed and we WONT BE BACK

Don’t no what the managers get payed for in there bunch of clowns got no managing skills what so ever must just stand there and get payed for nothing employ absolute nuggets for staff want to get the place revamped and new staff in the place is an absolute shambles

Very poor and slow service. Always get moved into food bay in car park and wait ages for food. Order is wrong about 80% of the time. Last visit ordered a mcplant meal, received a chicken nugget meal.

estimated delivery was 7.20 to 7.40. just delivered 20.26. mc flurry is liquid and burgers and fries freezing cold. absolutely appalling

There was two half of cups of coffee since most of it spilled out but didn’t seem like it cus the bag wasn’t wet and they forgot a McMuffin which I would like a refund for. I would like a refund for the McMuffin that I ordered which I did not get. Thank you

This mcdonalds consistently and constantly forget major food items from orders.

I use you quite alot for Lattes, as they're the only ones I can seem to handle.. Food however, is a massive issue for yous. The food is NEVER as it should be... You really need to employ staff that know how to do basic counting and know how to fill the fries.. it is not hard to count to 4 for a kids chicken nugget happy meal, 1 of my kids got 2 nuggets, the other kid 3 nuggets, one of my kids got barely any fries, my burger had no onions, no salad, no burger sauce and barely even a measley cheese slice... Been to an appointment and it got late and my kids have a bed time so got them McDonald's to make sure they had eaten given the late time and still had to cook food anyways cause none of them got what they should have... HOWEVER.... Compliments do go to your staff member Barry, he is extremely friendly and genuinely a credit to yous.. maybe put him in charge of cooking and preparing and yous might get somewhere!

Entrance was crowded with" just eat' delivery driver/riders and their boxes.service was very slow due to "just eat' orders

Not happy with my order, the correct food came but when I opened the bag I seen 2 new items were added in the bag instead of a galaxy caramel McFlurry that we’re missing on our order.

Abit dissapointed with my order to , was missing and item and majority of the food was nearly stone cold, yes it may need to travel a mile or 2 but doesn’t explain why, there is a burger missing and the food is cold, it’s just not right!!

delivery driver could not understand basic directions i asked him several times to just drive round the square he became very rude and aggressive by the time he managed to drive round 2 corners my food was stone cold
