McDonald's in Knowsley

Every time I go here the order is wrong. And now they are charging for condiments for that privledge.

Food is always a big wait no matter how big or small your order is, it’s always cold and most of the time something is missing. The drinks are always flat too. Fed up of being so disappointed every time. Not worth a penny.

Actual beef burger on the mcplant , no cheese or pickles !!! Fillet o fish had No Fish burger ! Just bun with sauce !!!

I'm not happy with the service I get did not get order it was wrong things was missing in it I waiting for money to go back in my account of McDonald's and it's not gone in yet

Over crowded, understaffed and service felt like what you'd see in an American sitcom in a soup kitchen. Fries were cold and burger thrown together like the assembling staff were blind.

Paired extra for the Minecraft movie meal only to not receive the toy. So they stole money from us because they won't refund the difference. Disgraceful.

Ordered 2 fries and only received one

The food was hot and good But gangs off kids blocking doors, my grandkids were upset by this

My driver was lost and walking around with my food when I got my food it was very cold and unable to eat.

Horrible 2 burgers not delivered and the one that did had a bite in the bread the bag was already open on delivery the drinks Wer poured out

Awful- food was stone cold and hard. Drinks spilt and flat. Delivery stated 15/30mins when ordering, took over an hour. Just terrible

Someones else order came to me. Not happy. I am a vegetarian cant even eat that loads minecraft mac and burgers.

Freezing cold, missing items and a piece of black and white paper/plastic in the middle of the burger.

I ordered 3 double sausage AND EGG Mccfins, no chesse. What came was 3 double sausage with NO eggs! I didn’t say no to egg, only to cheese, & all due respect clues in the name sausage AND EGG. Although we had to eat highly disappointed in this order

Wasn’t delivered I ordered. About 9.10 p m went To bed at 11pm I tried calling McDonald’s and went on app / waste of time . App just kept saying the courier is at the restaurant - it wasn’t delivered . I want a full refund and won’t be ordering again that McDonald’s even when they do deliver never get an order correct

3 items ordered food was cold no lettuce on Big Mac extra sauce which wasn’t asked for no extra onion or pickles. 2 sweet and sour dips no nuggets!!!

Food freezing however they didn’t forget anything which is a first, offered £5 back for a £40 order and half wasn’t even ate🤣

Food was absolutely cold when arrived and looked like it had been sat there for a while. Delivery was well over 30 minutes late which wasn't the driver fault. Ordered a chocolate milkshake to receive a coke want a refund as the food went in the bin.

Food arrived hot, well prepared, followed all instructions for no sauce etc

Some customers were waiting 25 mins for their breakfast, I waited 15 mins for a single coffee. No staff , no managers to apologise and just horrendous customer service ! Avoid at all costs

Went through the drive through and I was asked something unintelligible and asked the lady to say it again, it turned out that I was asked if I was using the App today I said no and she took our order, we had to wait 6 or 7 minutes, as the delivery people always seem to get priority over everyone for some reason. The burger was as flat as a pancake but my granddaughter seemed ok with it. The only problem with writing a review for Mac Donalds is that they never, ever reply to any reviews good or bad. Very poor place.

every single time they get the order wrong, forgot 2 chips and a white chocolate and raspberry pie, basically over a fiver down the drain, snotty service too get it sorted

I ordered at around 4:45pm, and the time of delivery kept increasing. Just before 7pm, it changed to "delivered at 7:20pm" even though there was no update or notification, and there is no way that it could have been delivered. nothing at my door either. I'm absolutly livid
