McDonald's in Knowsley

Not the worst McDonald's I've ever visited but the service is consistently slow. This is the third and last time I've stopped here and I don't think I've had my order in less than 15 minutes once, none have been big orders either but there just seems to be no urgency to get orders served in a timely manner.

Fast food is at least a 20 minute wait and might be cold. Maybe it's called fast food because it's fast when it comes out the other end... It was better years ago, now they are too busy doing deliveries to care about the store. Should leave deliveries to the independent businesses.

Walked out and went across the road due to the rude staff who ignored and actually turned there back in myself When I was politely asking for assistance Needless to say I will not be giving them anymore business.staff have a terrible attitude

Genuinely shocked they allow pet dogs in with no leash collar or even a harness. Dog was walking around the place with the occasional shout from the owner to get out. Although the dog did not listen and stayed by their feet for a few minutes, the manager/supervisor did not care as they clearly knew the owner personally. I love dogs Although I'm allergic and don't mind them most of the time but to walk around a food place as people are eating with nothing in the form of a collar or leash, truly shocked.

It was late and they closed the doors after we placed our order. Unfortunately both of us was ill all night after eating here. We both had burgers that tasted fine but was barely warm.

Worse McDonalds ever food always cold after waiting 45 mins aswell then burger missing a bun like wtf an no nuggets in happy meal never been here an had a nice hot complete order

This has to be the filthiest McDonalds. Bins over flowing with waste, rubbish piled up everywhere. Local kids running around like feral animals and the staff seem to be OK with that !!! I ordered a coffee through my app and selected to collect it from counter, wish I never bothered, it took 25 minutes to get served my coffee and when u got it, it was half a drink, I couldn't get and sweetener as rubbish was stacked up in this area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I'd give zero if I could the staff are rude in the drive through I get it can be busy but no excuse for the way they are and the food is always awful got a burger that looked like it had been bounced of the wall and everything was cold even after parking up for 30 mins

Every time I go to this McDonald's, there is at least a 20 minute wait. Food is always terrible or wrong.

This mcdonalds is a play center for the local children,l. They don’t care about serving people in the drive through or the restaurants, it’s just the delivery drivers, generally 30 minutes wait + for food here.

If I could give this no stars I would. Simply the worst mcdonalds ever. Always freezing cold food fast food ha that's a joke slowest turn around ever.... wrong order 90% of time they need to close.

Why is this McDonalds down as a 24 hours as I have been here 4 different times at 3am when I finish work looking forward to having a nice McDonald's and I am told there not doing food now will go to the one by the copper pot wish I could give a minus 1 star .if not open all day and night don't advertise 24 hour service .

15 minutes for a large chips and a double cheese burger without a bun

missing happy meal no sauces as requested for my 9nuggets. food was freezing.

I ordered my food at 5pm and didn’t get it until 6:30 time just kept on going up, straws was missing chips was soggy and cold, burgers and nuggets was cold, really poor quality for over £40

Delivery was fine but was missing the syrup for pancakes and also two McMuffins and two hash browns so not really a point

an order of a mcflurry, a pie and a large fries took nearly two hours. ordered at 6.39nand arrived at 8.23. the fries were stone cold.as was the hot pie. the mcflurry was half melted. Appaling from start to end

Would strongly advice no one to go here the order is never ever right, uts always freezing even if you spend 20 minutes in the que and ask for it to be double checked before they gobe it to you. Customer service of the manager is shocking she was not remotely bothered. All the customers in there had had their order wrong its a disgrace...... Staff need serious training

Dry burger, cold chips, 25 minute wait.

I ordered at 1730 and up to 2000 it stated food being prepared then it suddenly changed to being delivered at 1845 which is an outright lie. You should either order from one of the other local McDonald's, or go and pick it up. Just eat used to have a chat option which provided fast results but that has now been removed, I wonder why?

Arrived an hour late and was cold..the driver ignored my delivery instructions and went to the wrong address

It never arrived and as the chat function is no longer on your systems we are unable to complain and get our money back. Look's like I will be using your competitors in the future.

ordered at 6:50pm got told it would be here for 7:10-7:30. It’s now 8:52 and I have still not got my food. The app says it was delivered at 7:15pm but no one has came to the door and no food has been delivered the cheeky sad delivery driver has probably decided to eat it for himself the little fatty.

Yet again the chicken selects we ordered are missing from the order and another item Kirkby Mac Donald’s is terrible I’ve had enough I spend a lot of money on. Just eat this needs to be changed
