McDonald's in Haringey

We have asked for a Minecraft toy and it was in the menu they made us wait for 30mins and said they didn’t have any even thought we saw it on somebody else’s table

Food got 😋 really good 👍 quality when you with whole the UK 🇬🇧 McDonald's shops , but inside restaurant slightly dirty and toilets 🚻 😳

The two double cheeseburgers were missing from my delivery order. It took a while to arrive behind my house and the package was poorly sealed. The delivery man stole my children's double cheeseburgers.

Ordered 1 caesar bacon wrap with no crispy onions and 1 katsu curry wrap and ended up with 2 katsu curry wraps with crispy onions. What's happened there then?

Crispy Katsu wrap came with 1 piece of chicken inside for £6.00 i had the same order yesterday and was full with chicken (4 pieces)... very bad

a place to see order because it said 26 minutes delivery but the delivery time kept going higher instead of lower and eventually took 45 minutes

No Syrup for Pancakes AND no milk pr Siugar for Large Tea. No straw for Large Fanta Drink. Disappointed

My apple pie wasn't with the rest of my order!

All was burnt fish inside was crunchy been left in fryer far too long fries must have been in same fryer as they were also very brown with burnt taste

I am so done with McDonald's Wood Green. every single time I order something is missing. is it so hard to find proper staff that know how to read?

In the morning it is a doss house. People come in, sit on the 4 seater seats, and when they are full the other ones. They don't purchase anything, just sit there and take up the space for paying punters. One guy is sitting drinking his beer. It's not a nice environment for morning coffee and I can't sit where I would like as someone is sleeping there or just taking a break from life.

Delivery took one hour and 40 minutes. Dip was missing, which didn’t matter because the food was cold and inedible. I was offered £1.92 as a compensation. What a joke. Do not order from here.

Food arrives 1 hour and 10 mins after I ordered. The delivery driver had dropped the Coke so half of it was missing, the delivery bag was soaking wet. Food was cold.

Nearly 30 minutes waiting for fast food then still have the cheek to give me fries half empty and a horrible burger. Not a great 1st experience. Oh and sort out the squeaky entrance doors it's horrible

Im not local to london but was passing through at 7am on saturday morning. not many places open. went for the easy option. Mcdonalds. staff were ok, food was ok. but. no where to sit. homeless people with burgers from bight before infront of them. all sleeping and on the floors. for one i didnt have anywhere to sit and eat. the place felt dirty and i just didnt feel safe at all. There was one person half asleep as when i looked round i felt like i was being watched. I can imagine its not easy for staff to address this but its also not a good look. I wasnt the only person thinking, where to sit.

Hot chocolate was just water. No taste and poorly packaged. I drank warm brown water.

Food was fine, take it easy with filling the drinks too high 🙏🏽

Driver kept going to the wrong houses dispute me giving him instructions food is cold and I ordered 1h and 10 mins ago and it’s just arrived

Eris the assistant manager was very rude , i was waiting to pay for 10 mins and he told me i cant pay . He was making himself look busy when he wasnt . not nuce of him .

the cook who can't cook was clearly working.. i don't know how hard it is to to toast a muffin instead of cremating it. absolutely vile.

delivery driver went to the completely wrong address and then said he was at the right address even though he wasn’t. made me wait outside my house for 10 minutes for him to figure out where he was going. my food was cold when it finally arrived and they put pickles in the burger we asked for no pickles in. i can provide screen shots of my chat with the driver if needed. but i would like a full refund instead of credit in my account as the order was 20 and the credit is only 5. very unprofessional

the workers are racist and they didnt let me go upstairs because they thought i was a terrorist, i ordered 1 drink and it was empty and it took 16 minutes to come, and the food had 9 hairs in it and they were grey.

Absolute joke.... Don't deliver the full order and when reporting the missing items. Just Eat don't care and do nothing about it. Be prepared to pay for items you won't receive. Absolute joke of a company!

We ordered our food nearly 2 hours ago and it only got delivered now even though we live down the road from McDonalds. About 45 minutes ago my husband had to walk to the restaurant as they would not pick up the phone, and he had to collect our food himself and we still paid for delivery + service charge. He said the food had been sitting there for a long time and when we opened it, it was completely cold and chips were stale.

the man was lazy and didn’t come to my doorstep he made me come all the way outside in the cold from my stairs to pick up my food. He had a attitude and was not very helpful as the delivery was meant to come on my doorstep I was not expecting him to keep on ringing my bell to make me come downstairs because he was too lazy to walk up the stairs. Altogether wasn’t a very good service but I do see myself ordering her again soon but maybe with a better service

Forgot half the items in my order and did not add the (paid for) dips.

I ordered cheese melt dippers and it came with no dip! That’s the best part of it. I am not happy at all
