McDonald's in East Ayrshire

Quality of food in all McDonald's and not just this one has fallen really badly

Dropped in for quick takeaway midweek 9pm, busy carpark with grassy area to walk dog. Fast service, good food, clean toilets, friendly staff.

Has gotten very very slow recently. Still nice people working there so not sure what the issue is.

Quick easy mcds just if the motorway

Go every Saturday morning, have someone with me who can't see very well and staff almost at times won't use their till to serve or have to moan to get someone

Took grandkids for a treat. Not too busy. Staff very helpful.

Too many delivery drivers hovering about

Food was not very fresh , had to reheat everything No straws given and large juice only filled half way would not recommend

Watch this place. They regularly short measure the hot drinks. I bought a large white coffee this morning at the drive through. When I got to my destination I found they had only given me 3/4 of a cup. Don't know why I keep going back its not the first time it's happened. I will be reporting them to trading standards today.

As McDonald's go, this is one of the better ones. Staff are friendly and helpful and more importantly, actually do their job. The food is usually always of a high standard. Wish this was my local one.

Every time you go to the drive through you have to wait in the car park for ages no matter what you order. Supposed to be fast food, no it’s not

There’s always issues with this restaurant. Caant do simple instructions line out a straw in the bag for the drinks!!!! Sort your staff out!!!!!!!

Below par, even for the typical McDonald's. Rarely do they get your correct order &/or satisfactorily heated. Also, be prepared to wait for your order, no matter how simple, typically at least 15 minutes, minimum, on almost every single occasion regardless of time of day. So much for fast food. Many of the staff, but not all, are particularly arrogant & rude

Absolutely terrible. Food is delivered over the latest estimated time, cold & inedible (not delivery issue). The order doesn't leave the restaurant for a long time after it's been prepared. Seemingly they don't have enough drivers. Try phoning - the line will go dead after a certain amount of rings. Unacceptable - feel conned out of money & left me still hungry & having to order from another food outlet. Item also missing from sealed bags. Nothing nice to add. Terrible.

Can’t understand why dips are never put in with orders. I have never placed an order from here and and ever received the dips. Food stone cold, fries not salted.

Once again half the order is missing, this is a common occurrence from this place, avoid!

Absolute disgrace of a service. I ordered 2 large colas with an Oreo McFlurry and a Smarty McFlurry. Colas came without straws and only 1 mcflury came with nothing on it?? clowns.

Normally order from the one in town, but they've been garbage recently. So gave this one a try....what a difference ! The food arrived on time (almost), hot and everything that was ordered arrived. Can't see me going back to the town McD's again.

Lovely driver as always, delivered food quick with no hassle and food was still piping hot.

Ordered a breakfast wrap and genuinely had to spit it out straight away, it tasted rancid like the eggs were off or something. Not the usual experience honestly but this was concerning.

Order had almost no heat in it, I'm probably not going to be able to eat half the order because of it being ice cold and was offered a 4 pound refund on a 20 pound order, disgraceful getting now

As usual, items were missing. It was only a McFlurry and one of the meals had 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6 but it’s annoying and someone had to do without their McFlurry. It never fails with this MacDonalds.

Chips almost empty and each portion has a different amount in it. No napkins offered or put in take away bag, no salt and pepper, continually have to check order and ask for missing items. Stevenston store never reply to reviews either!

Got wrong order. Contacted McDonalds and they said to contact just eat. Waiting for just eat to send email as I have proof it wasn’t my order. Spend £50 and received an order worth £20. Truly devastated. Won’t be ordering again. Anytime I order, something is wrong.

Food was cold, missing items from the order . Tried to contact the store multiple times and was no answer.

Delivery time was 10-20 mins. Called after 40 mins and they said the food had been sitting waiting for the past 20 mins but no driver. Driver picked it up 10 mins later and took 10 more mins to deliver. So from the time the food was cooked to being delivered, was 40 mins. Was told a fresh order would be made, but shock, that didn’t happen. Sent nuggets instead of cheese bites too. As expected, all the food was cold & binned. Ridiculous. Just eat are pathetic too, didn’t let us cancel the order
