McDonald's in East Ayrshire

On 14th December went to McDonald’s with my husband and daughter and a very rude staff member in customer care , came up to me saying that I couldn’t sit on the seat beside door because it was for health and safety matter they couldn’t reach the bin and told me I’d have to move , I told her I was happy at the seat and didn’t want to move she then slammed bin door was talking with other staff about me and keeped making rude eye contact with me and making me feel very uncomfortable she then came up and said their seat at back of shop and by this point I was beginning to get upset she then moved her yellow jacket and wasn’t happy this was at bellfeild interchange at Kilmarnock at 5 ish her name was JENNIFER SHE HAD HEARING AID IN EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MADE MY DAUGHTER FEEL VERY UNEASY AND TRYED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BUT THEIR WAS NO WAY OF DOING SO USED TO BE YOU COULD UPLOAD YOURE RECIPT AND LEAVE A REVIEW BUT NOT ANYMORE BUT THIS IS 2 occasions and im getting a bit annoyed so pls speak to your staff and if it is indeed health and safety matter then pls remove chair from door and no one will sit their as all 4 employees was standing around the bin area chatting and the reason they was upset was because they had to remove jacket but on entering the building asked the tall girl and she said it was fine and I said you can leave your jacket she said no she would move it and couldn’t be any nicer but then 5 mins later this little madam thought she would pester me not once but 3 times telling me to move and making rude faces at me not happing Jennifer you need retrained in your customer care and your body language is needing attention and just a little advice blue cloths are for chairs etc not tables health and safety pink spay and red cloths tables , blue cloth blue stay chairs bins anything that you don’t eat from bare that in mind young lady if your preaching health and safety matter

What can you say about a food outlet in an out of town venue attached to a major filling station? I query the quality of the meat used in their pate`s .... I won't be cruel and comment on the appearance of the manager but for a food outlet hmmmmm. Won't be back!

Every time I’ve ordered from here some5ing has been missing and when we call to see about getting it rectified they do absolutely nothing. This order they left out the burger from my meal. The burger is literally the point of the meal so all I had was fries. Called to ask for it to be sent out and they said they couldn’t. Ridiculous.

all items were wrong. would have been ok if any of the incorrect items were hot. at least that way someone could have ate. just eat won't refund and the teenagers at the shop don't care.

Being able to read must not be required in that branch as they never pack the condiments I pay for

Ordered a Big Tasty with Bacon meal, they failed to deliver the actual meal, and delivered the drink spilled at the bottom of a bag.

Everything was cold except the ice cream. That had melted.

Delivery time kept extending was just looking for a quick McDonalds delivery and took much longer than it should off driver also took a weird and long way to get to mine what meant it took even longer for it to get to me

wrong food was sent and what we received was cold. no refund given. they can send anything and you have to pay for it.

Only got 2 out of 3 chips for meals

when looking to order said 20-30 mins. when order placed said 40-50 mins. then kept changing times eventually arrived 1 hour 40 mins after order placed by which time 2 members of the family which the meals were for had had to leave for work. utter joke and complete waste of time and money and on arrival complete order was stone cold !!!! joke

Disgrace . Constant delivery issues and very very rude delivery drivers who expect you to take and eat something you haven’t even paid for . Constantly messing up orders and you can forget getting your money refunded because you will never get it ! Have no idea what they are doing even that it’s so simple . Joke of an app

order was 30 minutes late on a 30 minute delivery. also no chips came with the order.

All drinks 4 coca colas and 1 white coffee were all spilled inside bag and everyone only got half a drink also food was stone .I previously complained about cold food but gave it another chance however I won t beusing just eat or macdonalds again

It's very quick, even at busy times. The downside is that there is usually something missing from our order.

our food was delivered COLD! Usually the driver brings the food to the door in an insulated bag. but there was no sign of the insulated bag tonight. probably why our dinner was soon cold. not happy.

Food wast cold and this clearly wasn’t due to driver as got notification on it being on way so it’s obviously been made up befor driver got there was also missing my McFlurrys

Everytime I order I don't get everything I order and they haven't been answering the phone

Placed an order at 11:53 today, still preparing and the delivery time gets pushed back every 2 minutes, shambles

Shambolic, ordered at 11:53 and it was preparing for 2 and a half hours and then they just decided to mark the order as delivered but obviously didn’t!

I ordered, the order time changed multiple times and did not come until an hour and a half later.

just received order 6732 of 2 mcmuffins and a latte. on arrival both bags were soaked through and the latte appeared to be tea, of which there was a tiny amount left and no milk. as a regular customer this is very disappointing and I will be reconsidering where I order in future.

remember to put in the dips, it's not that hard.

Stone cold. Clearly the driver went round the houses before turning up at my house. Take some pride in your work! Pathetic

Never seem to be able to read a receipt properly, missing half our order.

This is the second time in a week that my order from just eat has had missing or wrong items, I paid nearly £30 for mine and my kids dinner, we were starving after a long day and had to wait even longer for something to eat, not happy at all!!!!!

No straws for drinks. A classic McDonald's mess up. How hard is it to put straws in an order. Driver was miserable looking. Always seems to be somthing with McDonald's. If its not no straws it's a wrong order or parts missing. Unreal

I ordered 20 piece nuggets and 0 sauces came!! I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and I got a single quarter pounder!!! Chips were frozen!! I ordered a salad and no dressing sauce came either!! Ridiculous!!

Missing food. How hard is it to follow simple order instructions. This is what we're used to at the weekends when the school weans take over the place. Service goes down waiting times go up. Customer satisfaction is lost in McDonald's. Train you young people better. They don't care.

Thank you for delivering on time, the chips are hot and the correct ketchup added. Unfortunately you only gave one straw for two separate drinks.

second time I've ordered and not gotten the extra onion or mustard and in fact this time there was no sauce at all. I also order without a bun to make it gluten free and whoever boxed it put it in the box with the cheese on the bottom so essentially just paid for burgers with no cheese, no sauce, no onion and there's no pickle either. Really bad service. if I was ordering in person in the restaurant I'd ask them to remake it

Very impressed today with delivery time and food. Food items were delivered 15 minutes after ordering and the fries for once were still hot !
