usually chicken fried rice is plain no suace this has a suace that wasn't very nice so spoiled my dinner they should tell you that there is a suace or not very disappointed as I bought curry suace for this so spent money for nothing and dinner went in bin

Ordered diced chicken curry, fried rice, chicken balls, prawn dumplings, beef dumplings and pork dumplings. Chicken was overcooked and tasted as had been cooked in a pan just used to cook a Thai dish. Beef and pork dumplings were both uneatable.

I was surprised to have Mt food delivered early. Everything I ordered was nice and warm. I do enjoy my chinese food. thanks guys. :)

nearly 2hours for a delivery if you can't make the stated time don't take the order,pure greed, could order else where, don't care now if food is great will not be ordering again.

food was excellent hot and sour soup especially was brilliant as was the beef with green pepper and black bean sauce very tasty indeed delivered early hot and fresh 10/10

Ordered a special curry never came with rice or chips witch is a disgrace a called them to see it comes with rice the woman dint know also got peking spair ribs an a can of juice £21 pound am still hungry pure disgrace and was cold also never again service was shocking Al be contacting just eat.

actually nearly 3 hours wait for chips and chowmein and chicken noodle soup actual joke of a place to be told its sitting there waiting on a driver coming back when I stated it better not be cold was told its not even made yet so what is it 3 hours to make the food or is it gonna be cold waiting on a driver

3 hours and still waiting. I understand it's strange circumstances tonight due to the weather but you have to stop taking orders at some point if you can't fulfill a reasonable delivery time.

Ordered at 7:30pm 9:30pm still no food, 10:30pm still no food, it arrived at 10:40pm cold and not very desirable, very unhappy at having to pay for food that’s has just ruined our full night

Due to storm they were backed up with over 40+ deliveries and my poor kids are hungry so they now staying up late tonight.

Food was excellent as always. Generous portions, fresh made and piping hot. Always my go to Chinese restaurant.

It was pretty poor. The food was cold but delivery was fast so not sure how that happened. The ribs were lovely but tiny. Gravy in the ribs was nice too. The chicken balls were in a metal container with sauce on them so they were horrible and soggy. Ham fried rice and chicken chow mein was so salty none of us could eat it. I wouldn’t order again unfortunately. Ham fried rice was very small and chow mein was three times the size. 4/10 unfortunately. Would not order again 😢

Shocking delivery time. Very rude when called to ask about order. Last time I use them.

One of the curry's had burst in the bag. All the other containers were covered in it and I now have stains on my clothes and the sofa. This curry (beef) had less than half a portion left in the container. The food itself was delicious though.

The food arrived well after the latest estimated delivery time, so it was nearly 2 hours from ordering to the food being delivered, which is very poor. Next time we order Chinese, we will try somewhere else, as the food was very average.

chow mein - noodles overcooked and chicken watery. sweet and sour - hardly any chicken and swimming in sauce. got a portion of chips curry with chicken balls - all was soggy the batter fell off the chicken and basically inedible - went in the bin. total waste of money and took over 2 hours for delivery. wont be back

Food two hours late, called to get an update only to be told can’t give me an update as they only take an order. Couldn’t even tell me if it had left the store yet. To be honest it’s my fault for expecting a takeaway to know what’s happened with my food. The food was cold and tasted awful. To be honest would expect better service when spending over 30 quid.

Food is cold order placed at 8.10 on a Tuesday night and arrived at quarter to 10. Only saving grace is it tastes fine. Absolutely will not be ordering again

Food 20 mins later than stated collection time. Meat extremely poor quality, Peking sauce watery and lacking any real flavour. Tofu was good as was prawn toast. But overall pretty disappointing.

Called restaurant twice for an update. Second time they rudely hungup! Wont be back.

food was half hour late .... and it said it was delivered when it wasn't I had to call the shop to ask what had happened and they said it was on its way. the food was Luke warm when I got it. clearly had been at the end of there delivery run.

food was 2 hours to be delivered and when it arrived it was cold and utterly vile! Ordering at 6.50 and getting food at gone 9 is absolutely ridiculous when you pay £4 for delivery! This place needs shutting down it's absolutely revolting!

Honestly can't fault a single thing. Everything arrived piping hot and fresh. Batter was absolutely perfect and crispy. Everyone thought the food was delicious, not a scrap left over. 10 out of 10

called the shop for updates and was told delivery was on its way although app had updated saying delivered. Food was cold when delivered and chips were like rubber

Food was absolutely rotten. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Chicken didn’t even taste like chicken, the box it came in felt like it had been dropped in a puddle on the way in. Chips seemed like they had been sat in a bath for a week they were that soggy. Curry sauce was that lumpy you’d need to use a spoon to put it on your food. Won’t be using again.

took 2 hours for delivery from time order was placed. I think this is unacceptable. Quite clearly more drivers are required. Updates were constantly coming through. My first delivery time was 8.30. even an hour and 20 mins is to long. Eventually food was delivered at 9.10 after order was placed at 7.05.

Food is usually good from here but find them to be far too heavy handed on the salt ..tonight was different story the food was inedible the chips and onion rings were soggy and cold as if the had been sitting for hours and had been reheated and the chicken balls were stone cold all were put in bin . i tried calling the shop with no answer it has really put me off ordering from here again

Great takeaway places our go to for Chinese food. Definitely one of the best around and quick service too, even through Just Eat! Food always arrives hot and we are rarely disappointed. It lost a star as my daughter wasn’t a fan of her pork noodle dish, but my husband ate it happily for dinner the following night 😂

The curry was quite bland I did ask for mild but I didn't think it would effect the flavour that much. Honey chilli chicken was fantastic as always best I have had from any Chinese takeaway. Chips were the real let down they were re-fried and not much potato left just crispy hard chip. I will be ordered again as I love the Honey chilli chicken but I do hope the chips will be better next time.

Nice food, piping hot. So glad they have Tofu on the menu! So few restaurants offer it.

The food was great quality and very tasty plus the portions are large which we were very pleased about! It was also delivered early however we were disappointed that we did not receive prawn crackers with our order which nearly came to £40

First order came. Poor quality. Called restaurant had to wait over an hour for replacement. Had to give the delivery driver the meal that was terrible quality which was in the bin, so had to give him it out the bin as he wouldn’t leave without it. Never had this problem before. Usually good meal. This has put me off.
