Cafe in Casar de Cáceres. You can have churros and porras for breakfast and some delicious toast. Varied menu of toasts. Reasonable price. Very good service, very friendly waiters.

Not great full of homeless people staff so unfriendly and unhelpful food was cold would not recommend

In these places you can choose whatever you like. This chain is made directly on the quickie. This McDonald's is mostly like any other. It's like a train station here, the concentration of people is huge. Even so, the staff worked like a locomotive.

Ordered a drink here once. Took about 10 minutes for a medium Cola. It was fine and the lady was very polite about it. Just try not to get stabbed in the most dangerous McDonald’s in the western hemisphere!

Very busy when I visited with hubby and kids- travelled from Tamworth so not sure if it's always this busy or just busy at this particular time ( 2pm ISH ) restaurant was clean, staff very polite and friendly. Ordered food at counter not the app- order correct,food hot- bonus points for extra seating downstairs, toilet facilities in good condition too.

I’d avoid at all costs. The fights and people in there is enough to put anyone off. Walk to Oxford Road McDonald’s or St Anne’s square

There are a lot of people, but orders are processed quickly. I have never received an order so quickly before. And all very tasty.

Even if it was too crowded, the service was really fast. I appreciate the staff who told us about the underground sitting / basement with nice space. As always i like chicken burger and i am not fan of fries in MC Donald…. Will Definitely visit when i go to Manchester City center

One of the slowest McDonald’s franchise in terms of serving food and online deliveries at the rock bury but ambience is nice and clean.

Great place to hang out. Lots of space. There are seating arrangement on the ground floor and -1 floor. The toilet is on rhe 1st floor. About 10-12 self order machines help to order quickly. The staffs are very helpful. Really love this place.

Many homeless people hanging around inside. Some asking for money.

The breakfast was perfect, but at lunchtime, the oil used to fry the chicken strips was dirty, and the chicken had a bitter taste because of it. The staff was very unpleasant, even when we didn’t need their service. I simply won’t be coming back, even if it’s the only place in Manchester.

The food looked like it had been thrown together from a distance

A female blonde staff member verbally humiliated me while handing me my food, shouting at me in an extremely RUDE and aggressive manner. She then angrily threw my drink onto the table. I was so overwhelmed that I had a SERIOUS panic attack and couldn’t even speak. I don’t know if McDonald’s is deliberately tolerating such behaviour. This was beyond rudeness—it was completely unacceptable and downright abusive. No customer should be treated like this.

Staff or not good behaviour not good with riders

the workers there are generally nice and friendly, love angie shes so sweet:) food comes out quick and is usually good, its mcdonalds so you know what youre in for yk

Why are McDonalds giving discount codes on receipts that have already expired???????? Very strange!

The food can be a hit or miss, service is always faster than a normal maccies no matter how busy, have lots of seating and unusual but cool have couches.

It’s a McDonald’s, could be better but it’s ok

We went for a holiday to Manchester and decided to get quick meal in this location. The stuff was very obnoxious and our food missed chicken nuggets in both kids happy meals. My caramel frappe also had hair in it. Overall very dissapointed. Will never come back.

Esperó 20 minutos mientras el café se sentaba a un lado y las papas fritas se rehicieron dos veces. Nos dijeron que se olvidaron de nuestro pedido, ya que fue sacado de su pantalla antes de que lo hicieran y luego nos dieron el café que había estado fuera durante 20 minutos. Durante esos 20minutos el personal estuvo de pie charlando yendo lo más lento posible hablando de lo buenos que son en su trabajo 🙃

The delivery is absolutely horrible The delivery man 'Robel' put in the wrong location I've told them and made me walk around my street and house and then told me he was at a totally different location and instead of cancelling my order or anything like that he put it as the order has been delivered meaning I paid 30£ and walked around my neighbourhood for 30 mins for absolutely nothing And keep in mind I put the location correctly so it wasn't my fault I dont know how he managed to mess it up and in the end try yo blame it on me I genuinely hope this doesnt happen to anyone else because it's really frustrating, and what's more frustrating is that this happens to people quite often too and 90% of the time we can't even do anything about it because wither they take too long to answer you back or they say they can't help you or other lame excuses.

It was ok. Your basic McDonald's really, popped in to get my son something to eat for the train journey back home. Staff didn't really seem to want to be there, none of them smiled. The self service machine didn't print out my receipt so one of the staff members was reluctant to give me my happy meal until I showed them the payment. The place seemed like it needed a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Was serviced by a young man called Emmanuel. Everywhere would be a better place if all we're as kind and helpful as him . Well done emmanual

Since home delivery has taken priority.They have become a messy, unclean and very unpleasant fast food restaurant. The service has really suffered. I know it is only a fast food restaurant but they have gone downhill. I don't blame the staff they are just overrun.

There is no attention to the toilets at all, they are always dirty and smell bad

This McDonald's is a horrible filth. Garbage everywhere, on all the tables. People don't respect anything. However, the service is super fast despite the late hour and the crowd.

The food is good, the service is efficient, the good thing they have is that there is a security guard, a lot of people pass by, the atmosphere is good except when night falls when there are stranger people, next to the Christmas market

The tables were not very clean and the lift was not working so one of the staff had to assist me downstairs with the tray. Overall it was OK.

Went for breakfast, food was hot but the place was full of homeless people. Not thier fault I know, but they were asking for money. Also dodgy looking people, like they were on drugs. I'd avoid this branch.

This Mcdonalds is one of the busiest in manchester. But the pace in which they prepare and clear each orders is impressive.

Ordered at 7:31 the time was pushed back and pushed back till it’s arrived at 8:45 when the food arrived it was barely warm very unsatisfied

Prompt service, self service easy to navigate, the venue was clean and the temperature was conducive

A bit crowded but the food is great, as always.

Missed a whole 9 box of mozarela dippers in my order but gave me the salsa like what’s the point, ruined my meal

The driver was loud and embarrassing. He rang to let me know he was outside my flat building. The complete delivery message appeared as I was coming to meet the driver. As I was getting closer to the door I could hear him shouting my name and was quite embarrassing as everyone near looked.

I ordered large chips get them home n only half filled the box along with 2 plain cheese burgers and mozzarella bites the bites were rubbery n cold

Delivery driver took 30 mins to get to my house when to get to my house from the place I ordered from is 10 mins he sat on a street no where near my house for 20 mins I got the food the drinks half gone and he handed me the drink bad ripped and soaking wet opened my food and it’s cold to also my mozzarella dippers missing with also non of the sauces I ordered and no straw

My order was missing two out of the four items ordered. The delivery driver was late delivering the food as he was delivering other orders prior to mine. By the time the order arrived, the driver needed my help to establish which order was mine by asking me to check other bags. It seemed that he was new to the role! The two items were stone cold by the time we found my bag. I've requested a refund as it's not fair as I had tipped AND paid a service and delivery fee to not get what I paid for :(

Food was not delivered to my home address rather left in hotel sitting area without say for PIN Very bad as that was my last money left in my account £30 and have to sleep with empty stomach

The food is 'OK' - IE it's good for a snack - but NOT a good choice for a meal. The most disappointing aspect is that what is served bears no resemblance AT ALL to the photographs advertising their products. To be fair though, this is not unique to the Piccadilly branch - it's the same all over. I can't fault the work of the assistants. They ARE pleasant enough, especially when they have to field the comments/attitude of the invariably drunk (or drugged up) customers that are on the premises in the late evenings. I can only wish potential customers luck in making it INTO the venue without being accosted by the beggars and sex-workers in their small doorway!

When I am ordering food I would like a consistent time. The delivery time had changed THREE times! I had a 3 and a half hours meeting at 1pm with only 5 mins to eat the food is not convenient!

Standard McD's but notable for a very helpful member of the front of house staff, advised me on how to redeem a voucher that wasn't being accepted on the touch screens which wouldn't accept it

The food is cold and very the delivery was very late !!! Have to wait over an hour ordered at 12 food come like almost 2pm and I get no explanation why it’s late.

Spot on well organised clean and service was good. Food was great, pleasant staff as well.

Food portions was a joke. Large chips wasn't even a small. Food freezing. Delivery driver spilled the drinks everywhere. Never again
