This McDonald's is a horrible filth. Garbage everywhere, on all the tables. People don't respect anything. However, the service is super fast despite the late hour and the crowd.

The food is good, the service is efficient, the good thing they have is that there is a security guard, a lot of people pass by, the atmosphere is good except when night falls when there are stranger people, next to the Christmas market

There is no attention to the toilets at all, they are always dirty and smell bad

The tables were not very clean and the lift was not working so one of the staff had to assist me downstairs with the tray. Overall it was OK.

Went for breakfast, food was hot but the place was full of homeless people. Not thier fault I know, but they were asking for money. Also dodgy looking people, like they were on drugs. I'd avoid this branch.

avoid at all costs, tramps all outside and more like a branch in Africa

Regular McDonald's but can be very busy with queuing out the door regularly on weekdays at midday

This Mcdonalds is one of the busiest in manchester. But the pace in which they prepare and clear each orders is impressive.

Ordered at 7:31 the time was pushed back and pushed back till it’s arrived at 8:45 when the food arrived it was barely warm very unsatisfied

Prompt service, self service easy to navigate, the venue was clean and the temperature was conducive

A bit crowded but the food is great, as always.

Missed a whole 9 box of mozarela dippers in my order but gave me the salsa like what’s the point, ruined my meal

The driver was loud and embarrassing. He rang to let me know he was outside my flat building. The complete delivery message appeared as I was coming to meet the driver. As I was getting closer to the door I could hear him shouting my name and was quite embarrassing as everyone near looked.

I ordered large chips get them home n only half filled the box along with 2 plain cheese burgers and mozzarella bites the bites were rubbery n cold

Chicken nuggets had a piece of bone in it almost broke my tooth food was cold

It will kill you. Only eat as a last resort.

Delivery driver took 30 mins to get to my house when to get to my house from the place I ordered from is 10 mins he sat on a street no where near my house for 20 mins I got the food the drinks half gone and he handed me the drink bad ripped and soaking wet opened my food and it’s cold to also my mozzarella dippers missing with also non of the sauces I ordered and no straw

Driver dropped my drink and ruined all my food and my new shoes

My order was missing items and this isn't the first time this has happened.

My order was missing two out of the four items ordered. The delivery driver was late delivering the food as he was delivering other orders prior to mine. By the time the order arrived, the driver needed my help to establish which order was mine by asking me to check other bags. It seemed that he was new to the role! The two items were stone cold by the time we found my bag. I've requested a refund as it's not fair as I had tipped AND paid a service and delivery fee to not get what I paid for :(

The food is 'OK' - IE it's good for a snack - but NOT a good choice for a meal. The most disappointing aspect is that what is served bears no resemblance AT ALL to the photographs advertising their products. To be fair though, this is not unique to the Piccadilly branch - it's the same all over. I can't fault the work of the assistants. They ARE pleasant enough, especially when they have to field the comments/attitude of the invariably drunk (or drugged up) customers that are on the premises in the late evenings. I can only wish potential customers luck in making it INTO the venue without being accosted by the beggars and sex-workers in their small doorway!

Food was not delivered to my home address rather left in hotel sitting area without say for PIN Very bad as that was my last money left in my account £30 and have to sleep with empty stomach

When I am ordering food I would like a consistent time. The delivery time had changed THREE times! I had a 3 and a half hours meeting at 1pm with only 5 mins to eat the food is not convenient!

Standard McD's but notable for a very helpful member of the front of house staff, advised me on how to redeem a voucher that wasn't being accepted on the touch screens which wouldn't accept it

The food is cold and very the delivery was very late !!! Have to wait over an hour ordered at 12 food come like almost 2pm and I get no explanation why it’s late.

Staff are friendly and food arrived quickly to my table. However my customisations to the order were not followed. I asked for unsalted fries and no ice in my drink. Fries arrived salted and drink full of ice. Apart from that the place is clean with a decent layout

Ordered chocolate milkshake got given a small carton of banana flavoured milk.

Got a delivery order, and when we took a drink out of the cup holder it was delivered in, the bottom of the cup was dented in. We didn't realise this at first meaning when my friend put the drink on the table, it spilled everywhere. I have tried to contact through the phone but no answer. Also ordered the munchies cookie dough mcflurry and the pieces were not cookie dough but cookies so if that's what you want, perfect but we expected cookie dough pieces. The rest of the food was okay though, just disappointed with the condition the food arrived in.

Avoid this dirty place ,We visited mcdonald's at piccadily gardens ,27th July 24 ,as we were waiting ,for 11am for the dinner menu to start we sat upstairs for 10 mins ,this woman jumped up screaming there was a mouse running around ,I couldn't believe my eyes ,disgusting place ,we told the staff ,which they didn't seem bothered ,we just got out ,definitely never eating there again .

The order come to late. The bags are wet more than médium drink are outside. The bags are broke and the food is very very cold. This is incredible.

There was a security guard at the entrance in broad daylight. That's not a good sign for the area. Once inside it was a well oiled machine. A huge kitchen churned out our relative large order in short succession. People calling out the orders were loud and clear. Ample seating. The toilets were in a fair state considering the volume of customers.

Fat guy was thrown out for being friendly and one of the most frequent customers. Good to see.

Ok it was 1.30am Sunday morning on the weekend of Parklife but never had to wait so long for food before although that wasn’t all the staffs fault as they were flat out, was more the crowd that security was trying to keep back from the counter. Utter madness never seen a McDonalds like it before. Although loads of staff working as fast as they could they were getting overwhelmed as there was a large queue of food delivery guys as well. Quite an experience that I enjoyed but the wait for the food was my moan as food was fine once I finally got it.

Safe bruv, let me tell you 'bout this McDonald's ting, yeah. Man rolled up to the spot with the mandem, feelin' peckish. You know how it is. Man's belly was chatty, needed that munch. First ting, we hit the drive-thru, init. Man's gotta say, service was peng still. The gyaldem on the mic was on job, quick with it. Man ordered the Big Mac meal, large fries, and a Coke, standard. When we got the food, bruv, it was peak. The Big Mac was stacked proper, like, cheese melted nice, patties juicy, bun fresh, the lot. Fries were crispy, seasoned just right, none of that soggy nonsense. And the Coke? Refreshing like a cold shower on a hot day, you get me. Mandem were munchin' like there's no tomorrow. Even got a cheeky McFlurry after, Oreo one, sweet and creamy, hit the spot perfectly. All in all, McDonald's came through for man. Safe place to grab a quick munch with the mandem. Food was nang, service was on point, and the vibe was calm. McDonald's, you did your ting. Bless up!

ordered in plenty of time to be delivered before I had to leave the hotel. order accepted with delivery time. only after the delivery time had passed did the order say it was then due half an hour later. obviously I was no longer at the hotel to take the order and need a refund.

Went to McDonalds this morning for some breakfast just before a long a day of traveling Was greeted by hordes of smackheads sleeping off the spice they took the night before almost every table was full and not single one of them was a customer(forgot this was a homeless shelter) Ordering my food and the self service and one of them had the audacity to just straight up ask me to buy them a coffee no please or thankyou Staff clearly didn't care they was just happy to clean the tables around them and not kick them out to make seats available for paying customers

Took my great daughter for a McDonald's treat! Got the 3 for £3, which she really enjoyed. Service was really quick.

Acceptable food, rude staff. Today when I was about to get my food, the staff seemed ready to hand it over to me. However, after looking up at my face, she withdrew the food and asked me to show my receipt. I don’t know what was wrong with my face, but unfortunately, the machine was broken today, so I couldn’t get the receipt. I believe she should have been aware of this since it happens often at McDonald's, and she did not ask anyone else besides me to show their receipt. Then, she asked me what food I had ordered. After I told her, she didn't even recognize the product name and arrogantly said, "What?" Later, after repeatedly confirming my name, she finally gave me the food. The whole process made me very uncomfortable because it seemed targeted at me, and no one else was waiting for this meal. Her attitude was as if she owned the entire restaurant, and I had to be subservient to her. You should train your staff to respect customers, otherwise I would say to everyone that if you have an Asian face, be prepared to be treated unfairly when coming here.

Food as expected from a McDonald's. Situated at Piccadilly Gardens it's usually fairly packed with groups of high school aged kids at the weekends

Ordered burger and happy meal with fish finger. Fresh and taste good. When ever we visit picadlly garden we use to visit this place. Too crowded still very quick to get our food. Value for money. Card payment accepted. Rest room also available and free to use it.

The Men's toilets are vile! No toilet paper, feces splattered on the seat, and I'm sure the man in the cubicle next to me was playing with himself. Burger King across the road, you'll thank me later.
