Logma Restaurant in Manchester

I had a late lunch early dinner today there while meeting a friend. We order chicken and sea bass , Chicken was properly marinated and well cooked . It was so fresh from chips to salad every thing was well presented and freshly made. I personally admired taht neither fish or chicken had any part smell plus their portions size is real filling. Worth every penny.

I treated myself to a full chicken and rice. The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The accompanying rice was fluffy and fragrant. A truly satisfying meal!

Their food was not tasty at all, it had no taste at all. The shallot yogurt, the only thing it didn't have was garlic. The bread was dough. I didn't like it at all.

Came here with my family for dinner. The service here is below satisfactory. The al faham we ordered was initially uncooked and when we asked them to do again they basically burnt it and gave back. When we requested for return or the item, striaght up denied. We even had to request them twice for water, which is normally kept upfront. Very disappointing experience

We ordered full roast chicken which came not fully cooked and my son ate part of it. when we told them they took it and recook it then brought it back which was disgusting. Also we ordered two types of shawarma plates both were not good and has nothing to do with the shawarma. Shawarma wrap was okay and the lentil soup was nice. We were 7 people and we only got 2-3 spoons and when we ask for more they would bring us one. This was our first and last time to eat at this restaurant.

This is by far the worst "Persian" place to order food from on Deliveroo in Manchester. I spent £50 on what seemed like low quantity and terrible quality meat. The extra chicken skewer costs £10. You get 4 pieces of small dry chicken. The mix platter for 2 is over £35. It is just shawarma, and low quality wings and and lamb chops without the meat. Just bones. £50 can get you so much more on Deliveroo even at other persian kebab restaurants. The owner should consider changing professions for the sake of the customers and the chef needs to learn how to cook. Marinating and grilling kebabs are very simple tasks. If you can't get that right then you are 100% in the wrong profession. Take this as a positive criticism, as I've read your sensitive responses to customers on Google Review. Listen to your customers feed back and make a change.

Staff were very friendly, inside is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom is shockingly clean as well, very hygienic and modern. However, food is very much subpar and shockingly awful. Kobeda and chicken were okay, however the lamb chops were really chewy, the rice was extremely dry and bland, and the kebab tastes extremely metallic, almost like you were eating grilled kidneys. We ordered a grilled chicken as well, which was inedible. It tasted disgustingly old and just horrible. Would not recommend at all - much better alternatives on Wilmslow Road if you're looking for good Persian food. Beautiful interior and friendly staff are the only redeeming qualities.

The service and atmosphere are outstanding, creating an enjoyable dining experience. The chicken dishes and vegetables, especially the okra, are exceptional—definitely worthy of 5 stars. As a meat lover with a strong appreciation for meat cooking, I found the cooking commendable. However, the quality of the meat itself was a bit lacking. It's understandable that most Halal butchers tend to offer lower-quality meat, but sourcing from one of the few that provide good-quality, fresh meat could significantly elevate the dining experience.

The food was shocking, we ordered kubideh and we got something no where near kubideh. Won't recommend it at all.

Because dealing with a receptionist was very bad, he did not deserve a star. It was a very racist reception

Worst experience ever! Service girls seemed lost. Didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Took forever to take an order and takes forever to attend if you call. Food taking long to arrive during busy hours is understandable but when asked for the bill the restaurant was almost empty and the attending waitress said she will bring the bill and completely lost about it and started to clean a table along with 2 other staff who was already cleaning that table. I didn’t know that it takes 3 people to clean a table!!!!!! Ordered lamb chops and chicken Alfaham , mint mojito.Lamb chops were too dry and was served with a dry rice and salad , don’t know how to eat dry lamp and dry rice! Had to eat rice mixed with mayo so that it is less dry. Chicken Alfaham was okay! Mint mojito was literally store brought lime juice mixed with sprite and mint which tasted so sour.Asked for water which never came , tried to get attention of waitress but she took forever that I was done with the meal. Wont be visiting again. Thanks.

Totally lost service staff .. delay in everything

Not bad at all, the restaurant looks great. However the service can do with some extra work as well as the food. The student discount is generous which is good, but I ordered the half chicken with rice and the taste wasn’t the best and was a small chicken.

The most confused staff I have ever met. Always confuse people's order. Beent here few times and noticed people were served dry and cold food. Manager would not like people to sit upstairs. Unsure why. If you go upstairs you will be asked to pay in advance why ?? What if you server bad food so money will be taken in advance. Shameful won't go back

It’s better a lot better in terms of price with the new ownership than it used to be. Amazing food. The best Kobeda I've had in a while. Interior / Seating is incredible too very spacious and great for families. Paid Parking lot behind is ideal as well for easy access. One of the best restraints on Wilmslow road.

A good Persian restaurant with central & west Asian and Middle Eastern flavour.

Service! The total was £25.5 I asked for bill and paid in cash , she went behind bar with cash and then said £10 is short I am sure I paid the right amount ? I had to pay extra £10

Terrible food, dirty hygiene I found one off the workers playing with there nose before handing the food out to me, i definitely don’t recommend going to here 0/10.

Absolutely blown away by the atmosphere! We tried four different foods, and each one was delicious, tenderness of the meat to the aromatic spices. The baklava ice cream is a must-mention; one portion is perfect for sharing between two. The staff were very friendly, and the service was fast. Will visit and recommended.

The worst customer service ever. The waitresses are so aggressive and rude. Do not ruin your day at this restaurant. I don’t think anyone would like to be treated like that throwing the food on the table without considering about people’s feelings. It was such a horrible experience I never had before

After a long time we find some place where they have absolutely wonderful taste and selection of dishes , especially the Abe gosht , amazing food with original taste of Persia .. A recommanded and must visit place in Manchester for good foodies

Amazing food, service, prices and excellent portions. If you come on weekdays at a certain time mains are 20% off which makes for an extraordinary price for a great lunch or dinner. The mains were exceptionaland the dessert was the best I have ever had.

I recently visited Logma Restaurant with my family and was sorely disappointed. The food, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The dishes seemed ordinary, lacking the flavor and finesse we anticipated from a restaurant charging 5-star prices. The portions were also on the smaller side, further exacerbating the value for money issue. We were shocked by the exorbitant prices on the menu. It felt like we were paying for a luxury dining experience, but the quality of the food was far from it. I would strongly advise anyone considering Logma to reconsider and seek out more affordable and satisfying dining options.

Its my favourite persian restaurant in rusholme me and my family always go here as the food is very tasty and the service from the girls are excellent

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to check it out and omg it didn’t not disappoint. Had such a great time the food was magnificent and the ladies that served us were really nice.

It was the first time I went. 1. My food was extremely salty. 2. It was very expensive compared to other Iranian restaurants. And charge me too much 3. When they bring the payment receipt, they politely ask that if we want to tip 10, 20, 30%, no any restaurant asks anyone like that. They already take %20 tax. I was not satisfied at all.

I had a food last night and i was very disppointed .. i invite my friends they came from abroad .. the service was nice ,dinks was nice but the food was smelly (lamb chops and lamb shank) i was embarassed infront of them i couldnt even complaine about it because they didnt want to .. I pay over 200 pound for a smelly old food and one of my guest had a problem in stomach because of that .. everytime the quality is dropped ..

Absolutely rubbish the owner or is it the manager wearing chain very moody food taste is not as it’s expected they just can’t take it the fact theirs other places better than them go somewhere else instead where you find bigger portion and cheaper they give more rice and less meat obviously it’s gonna fill you up where as other places gives you more meat

Food is okay, better places on the same road in my personal opinion. Had the kobedah which was decent but the Lamb fillet is below par I thought. Just doesn't taste of anything. Inside it looks like it's setup to give a more premium vibe but I have to say the tables and chairs look tacky and cheap. They look better in the online Pics. Staff are friendly and very prompt. Overall I wouldn't come here again especially for the pricing

Food was ok not too bad food did take a little while considering we was the only ones there as it was lunch time. Everything was cooked well seasoning not so good. Defo worth a visit so you can compare it to other gaffs round wimmy road.

We came here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The staff did a great job of disguising his cake beforehand and took it out at a perfect time after the meal with a tune playing birthday song. So this is already showing great signs of exceptional customer service. Foodwise - for us it was 10/10! The Persian food served here was very authentic and the prices were very reasonable. Portion sizes were big and i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat authentic iranian food! Thank you guys!

We had family dinner. Very clean and beautiful restaurant. Waiters are very kind and they took time to explain us very well the dishes and how to eat. They treat us and especially the children very nice, mi kids enjoyed this dinner more than me. Food was fresh amaizing well presented and delicious, and also is affordable. Highly recommended.

Étant aller uniquement avec mon frère, le personnel a été vraiment accueillant même si nous étions mouillé jusqu'au cou. Ils nous ont offert une soupe excellente pendant que nous commandions. Les plats sont servies en quantité plus que généreuse et mon frère et moi qui somme de bon mangeur n'ont même pas réussi à finir notre repas. A la fin, ils nous ont offert le thé. Gathered with friends to enjoy a nice meal, unfortunately it turned it as one of our worst experiences at this Restuarant. Terrible food with hair inside!! Slow service and had to wait too long for our food as we were the only table to serve in the Restuarant! And staff was rude. I recommend you go elsewhere if you just wanted to enjoy a nice meal with good atmosphere!!

They have spent quite a lot of money for the decoration but I wish they did the same to the chef and the floor staff. The food was cold and too greasy it made me feel disgusted and couldn't eat the food! When I commented about it the staff was rude and was unable to handle the situation properly we ended up paying for the food we couldn't eat! Horrible experience definitely do not recommend if you want to enjoy your food don't go Logme!!!
