McDonald's in Lisburn

A disgrace food was dried out and stone cold yet it was on time . It must of left cold when given to the courier. Paid £ 24 for cold food!

there were no curry dips that I paid for

Unfortunately the drinks have somehow the drinks has been packed up side down so once ive been giving them the bag was soaking, so i thought it was just a small leak but once they been already brought inside it went all over my carpet and bed🤦‍♂️

Ordered a sweet chilli dip - never received it! Ordered the cheesy mccrispy and asked for no cheese slices and no picked onion chutney sauce but the burger also never came with crispy onions or the cheese sauce that is supposed to be on it!

Haven't received some of my food

my man was speedy. But got a cookie when I ordered a brownie.

My food never arrived it says delivered I have the code they didn’t call if this is checked the code won’t be enteted

ordered 3 mcflurrys, got 3 half mcflurrys. literally half filled. will never order this again

Ordered the mccrispy cheesy and had no cheese on it, completely pointless burger don’t understand why you employ staff who refuse to read orders on a screen correctly, especially when it’s in the name!

All burgers received were wrong how hard is it to put food in the right bags always the same with this place always an issue

this is the 1st time in months I actually got the dips I asked for . so I was happy

this is regarding and order placed on just eat which i was told would be 30 mins approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes later i was told they had still not found a driver and it would be another 40 minutes and then my order was cancelled. Not only this i have used the drive thru countless times and been in store and there is never a time where my order is fully correct, Nevermind the food being cold and low quality most of the time. Also I called 20 times and no answer as usual. Complete dump

Firstly I ordered from the Sprucefield McDonald’s but after a two hour wait I had to cancel it as it kept getting put back then I ordered from McKinstry road and it also got put back. Then the delivery driver went to the wrong address, phoned me but he couldn’t speak English so it was very difficult. I had to leave my house for him to see where I was and then he just handed me the food with no words even though I’d given him a tip. Won’t be ordering McDonald’s for a long time. Very poor.

Missing items that I ordered. Anytime you try to phone the store to talk about your order, there is no answer, almost like they have it unplugged. So instead of talking to someone from the store to possibly get your missing items sent out to you, that can't happen so you have to get a refund from just eat. and when you get the food it's cold. awful service.

I didn’t get my Big Mac I got everything else but that and a chicken mayo ur food is usual 10-10 but tonight it wasn’t the best at all chips were cold and nuggets were hard !! Also took money out from my bank !

Not sure if it was prepared and you were waiting on a driver to pick it up or if driver had a delivery to do before mine but my food wasnt the warmest. Plus i thought you may have thrown in some sugar sachets and a few napkins.

Horrible received wrong items! Items we got bone cold except for chips that were over cooked clearly the burger was burnt &22 literally went to give to dog who he turned his nose up at

The bun I got on my burger was completely burnt it was literally hard as a rock it crunched when I bit into it

McDonald’s didn’t remember the dip included with the cheese sides and burger had bits of lettuce in box despite saying no lettuce.

The food had everything that I asked to be taken off and was cold by the time it arrived.

Food was lovely and warm coffee was great and the delivery driver was so polite and wished me a merry Christmas such a nice touch. Over all well done guys I know how hard yous all work.

top bun of my burger was literally mangled and torn up, cheese bites cold and all hollow inside and items of course missing, horrible horrible horrible.

Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to, whether it is an online order or ordering in person. Somehow the orders are always wrong. Either missing items usually tge points items. I ordered today for myself and wife's lunch, I drove over as we've been stung so many times with deliveries, got home to another messed up order. Instead of a chili cheese burger and a triple burger I got two chili cheese burgers... side note 50% of the staff were swearing!

Whats the point of advertising the Grinch toys for the happy meals if you are giving out the old Halloween stock!! The reason we went tonight was the boys wanted the grinch stuff not the Halloween toys that we they already have..

Some management needs tell the delivery drivers to have the COLD drinks & WARM FOOD separately not next to one another!! Getting a cold meal & melted shake isnt good 🙄

I have no issue with quality of food or when food was delivered the issue I have is there either forgetting food or sending the wrong thing!

Every single time, this place either forgets items or packs incorrect items, a burger and chicken nuggets, how can you get that wrong? Well easily it seems, don’t send the nuggets, McDonalds McKinstry Road, a joke as always

Worst experience ever! Freezing cold food and it finally came 2 hours later! Most of the time was waiting for the driver; which I believe he had my order in his car and just sat there with his tracker off until he was ready to come to my door.

Alright but they forgot a burger though it's usually quite busy so i guess i can forgive it.

Absolutely fantastic delivery time but like always food was cold upon arrival and items missing, wasn’t a big order so it’s frustrating that items were STILL missing, how hard is it to read and bag an order?

No problem with the delivery but as usual, something was missing from the order. A cheeseburger had no burger in it. How do you get that wrong? Like you had ONE job. It’s quite funny actually 😂

Food was freezing lettuce was brown the meals looked like they had been drop kicked and everything was covered in sauce I mean it looked like someone put a whole bottle of sauce on the burgers everything was then soggy couldn't hold the burgers because the sauce was going everywhere and the baps were just splitting they were that saturated in sauce absolute disgrace the worker couldn't understand what we were saying and I had to ask 3 times for her to remove items she had added that we didn't ask for and ofcourse things were missing

Phoned the restaurant many times then didn’t give me my 2 packets of cheese bites! So disappointed !

MISSING ITEMS !!! I know they get refunded but the damage is done already lads I even tipped that guy to make sure and nope: how can a company that gets it so consistently right for years get it SOOOOOOO WRONG. This is a failed service. Get it sorted:
