McDonald's in Lisburn

Now.. McDonald’s, you must be having a bloody laugh now. No sauce, AGAIN?! First Sprucefield.. NO SAUCE, now Mckinstry.. NO SAUCE! I mean come on, now McDonald’s. We even asked a worker, ‘Are the sauces in the bag’ she responded ‘Yes’. So she lied to us. We were so excited to try the new nether flame sauce, and obviously we didn’t get it. Another thing, could you make ur cups.. leakproof? I was trying to go home and my coke was leaking everywhere! This is some wee joke. Please McDonald’s GIVE ME MY SAUCE. When I say IS THE SAUCE IN THE BAG! Instead of lying.. put the sauce in the bag it isn’t hard at ALL. Now, also on the board as I had a little peek at the board inside the McDonald’s, and it said ‘don’t skip the sauce.’.. they skipped the sauce. This is some shambles because the audacity to lie is crazy. Thanks, Give me my sauce x

They do NOT pick up the phone for a start ... The food was cold Half of the order was not there An absolute disgrace

Had to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast wrap and a hash brown , drive through orders never have dips.

I wanted to try the new Minecraft sauce and we didn’t get it neither ketchup luckily we have ketchup In my house we didn’t check it until we got into my house and the coke was leaking everything else was good and we had to get our food delivered outside of the McDonald’s I’m a Plain Dude but still I wanted to try the Minecraft sauce. (GIVE ME SAUCE NEXT TIME PLS MCDONALDS)

shame I can't add pictures. my big mac had 2 slices of cheese instead of a pattie. the cheese in the cheese burger wasn't inside the burger it was next to it. this mcdonalds is the worst of them all. never had a good experience

Food was Cold and the sugar doughnuts were stale, couldn't eat them. It's as if they can't get a warm or fresh order out the door anymore

The man who delivered my food was absolutely lovely, polite and friendly.

Driver incredibly rude, shouted at me because he spilled all of our drinks over all our food and the food was crushed, wet and cold

Driver took a very long time to get to me got lost, I even messaged him moments before it was meant to arrive just if he needed help to contact. Then he did reach out, was trying to help him with instructions but was very confused. I got the order in the end but had to leave my house essentially walk down the street. And state my appearance, this lead me to being locked out. As rushed out as he said he was outside but wasn’t.

Don't accept the order if you have no intention of fulfilling it

Always something wrong with my order, have to ask for dips every time at the window as they are never in the happy meal box, just home from drive thru and again a problem…. No chips in a happy meal, how can you possibly get that wrong !! Ordering from just eat is even worse but again it’s the staff that pack the food !!

Freezing even though it arrived on time. No dips. Bought the new Minecraft meals for the kids for the toys. But they didn't bother sending it them. Just disappointing.

Driver drove past my house several times despite me flagging him down. No straws and spilled drinks. Double cheeseburger was a disgrace, one of the pattys literally ripped in half and just thrown on top of each other.

we waited 2 hrs on this to be delivered and some stuff was missing and the food was cold, my daughter went to the restaurant to try and get r order and was told we could not do this we had to wait for it to be delivered. absolutely disgusted wit the whole order and the fact we waited 2hrs for it

Never arrived, I waited 3 hours for it to tell me that it apparently arrived liars.

It is showing order delivered but it has not been received. This is not the first time this has happened. The driver went to the wrong address and when they contacted me I gave them the correct address and also texted the address to them on the number they rang from. absolutely disgusted by this behaviour from your drivers.

Delivery driver complained to me about putting in the wrong address, and leaving my order at the delivery instructions address next time. Kept saying he has customers waiting and rang twice. This is disappointing and aggressive behaviour. I want to put in a formal complaint as I’ve ordered from your branch before and had plenty of different drivers that have never spoke to me like this. I unfortunately cannot help that my address is down a lane hence the instructions to get to it

Bloody disgrace payed a fortune for two burger meals and some chicken nuggets to not be given my chips with one meal, find a hair in one of the burgers and the nuggets where burnt beyond beggars belief absolute waste of money and outright disgusting! 😡🤮

Wasn’t good half of my order wasn’t right was missing the burger and mozzarella dippers and it was replaced with 3 chips and 20 chicken nuggets

Asked for the burger to be plain. It came with cheese. I ordered 3 sweet and sour dip. Instead I received red sauce, BBQ and curry!

Every time I order something missing, but tonight I ordered chicken selects got chicken nuggets, sweet and sour dip instead of sweet chilli, and came cold, I'll never order a delivery ever again better service in store

Absolute shocking service I ordered my food at 1800 and at 1930 still nothing absolute joke and had to drive into the store to collect my food and then they took ages and forgot my drinks, didnt give me any straws for my drinks absolute clowns in that place never again !

this is the THIRD time this has happend with my order. Either you order from here and they forget something or you get the complete opposite of what you ordered. It’s ridiculous and use never answer the phone so anyone can get there order fixed. When going through the drive thru there no issues whatsoever staff are lovely, but this is shocking like. That will be last I’ll order from here again as the order was fro three people and all of us got the wrong thing.
