quick service and very generous portion size! well worth the cost

I paid for delivery and they said I had to collect the order the lady at the restaurant was unhelpful and rude

Didn’t received my order waited for more than 30 minutes. Didn’t receive any call or update about my order.

Large portion of noodles but not a lot of meat or vegetables inside. I paid £9 for a large box but had to dig around to find the very small pieces of meat.

Just had a very bad things experience from the services. I've been ordering from here for ages. Called to make ah order and lady just hanged up call on me without me finishing. Called again back 3 times and there was no response. God to the shop and she had prepared noodles instead of rice. I don't take noodles and she told me there's nothing she can do. Left the noodles and she didn't even give me my money back. Had to leave cause I was late for work. What kind of services is mcnoodle providing now? I'm really hurt by this. Now I'm on my way to work with no food and £8.50 short. This is very poor service and something needs to be done about it.

Didn’t state on website about collection only , had to do a 40 minute drive to pick up , the food was poor quality and was not what I ordered , I ordered 50 pounds worth of stuff and opened the plastic bag to see a small box of plain noodles and a dumpling , fuming !!!! 🤬 won’t be ordering from here ever again !!

After struggling to find some form of chinese staple. This little gem popped up on trip advisor. Bit the bullet and gave it a go. Mega impressed on taste, quantity and value for money. Been once already going again for tea. Well recommended 10/10

Very good I have been coming to this place for 4 years now and I’m never disappointed only thing I would ask would be for the broccoli to be included again on combo box but that’s the only thing thank you very much for the amazing meal and staff was very friendly as always

My rice was and dry no sauces we’re offered food was just dry in general.

Fast service and delicious, hot food

Booked to pick up at 21:05. Got there at 21:08 straight after work and was ignored by staff. Had to say excuse me (very loudly) 3 times before the lady behind the till acknowledged me at all. I explained that my bus home from work was at 21:15 and if I missed it I would have to wait an hour for the next one. She was very rude and then they started cooking the food. They’d not even started before I got there despite my collection time and prepayment. They then boxed the food and left it sat on the side for 2-3 mins until I said excuse me again and reminded them I was going to miss my bus. She then put it in a bag and said something in another language to her colleague. I left and of course, had missed my bus :))). I then had to wait an hour for the next bus as I spent the rest of my money on ordering the food as I get paid at midnight so now couldn’t afford an Uber. My food is now cold and so am I. Very unhappy, especially to say I regularly order delivery to my home from mcnoodleking.

Nice noodles from here, placed order online was told a time, I arrived on time but had to wait 10 minutes. Beef a little tough but other than that all fine.

Absolutely poor food and service. The cleanliness of the takeaway was disgusting also. Messed my order up and tried fixing it by adding more rice which wasn’t then reheated correctly. So I had over cooked food and barely cooked food. Didn’t eat the food, a real health issue. Also, don’t try anything wrapped in wonton paper, they covered the wonton papers with a tea towel that looked like it needed a wash a few years ago. Avoid this place, absolutely disgusting

My noodle box had no veg what's so ever other than a few sparse beansprouts. It was supposed to be black bean sauce but just tasted like soy. The meat was minimal, I basically ordered soy plain noodles for £6.50, disappointing. I had some noodles from wok to go last week and they were so much better. Won't be returning.

Red thai curry looks brown and tastes extremely salty. Doesn't look or taste like red thai curry

ordered twice from Mcnoodles in which I ordered large hot noodle box. first occasion was amazing hence the reorder. second occasion the restaurant gave me a small box for the same price. Went back in to state the order must of been wrong and to check in which my reply was yes this is large. THEY CHANGE THE SIZEZ DEPENDING DAY IT IS! stay away

I rang to make sure they had my preference and we agreed a specific time for order to be collected. It was ready and waiting for me. It was still lovely and by time i got back to work.

Food order was ready when I arrived. The seafood box was very filling, and the spring rolls were nicely crispy.

All three of the noodle dishes we ordered were dry and tasteless(lacking sauce). There was also food missing from the mixed platter and the prawn crackers were stale. Will not be placing an order again!

Delivery took up to 2 hours arrived at 9pm, when the food arrived it was poorly packaged and leaking and was very cold and tasted bland first and last time ordered poor customer service when called to check status no greeting on phone and told 30 minutes more. After the delivery time.

I used to order from another noodle bar who stopped delivering a while ago, so been looking for a new one ever since. Stumbled across Mc Noodle King last night and thought I'd give them a shot. I'm so glad I did!! The food was absolutely superb, will definitely be going here again. I only wish I had discovered them sooner. The delivery time was acceptable (within their estimate) but took about as long as I would expect considering the distance they had to travel. Delivery driver found me with no issues and was very polite. Great food, great service.

Took over 2hours to turn up and food was cold

The minimum price for delivery makes it not a place to order for one person. I got the Mixed Platter for the side order to reach delivery prices but nothing in it was nice. The tofu is shredded I would prefer cubed. The boxes the food comes in is a great size and the flavors are lovey.

Asked for a hot Seafood Thai Green curry. It hardly tasted like Thai green curry, was more like a chowmain with 4 prawns in it...

Don't know about the restaurant service because I ordered online for delivery. Delivery time was excellent, the delivery man was nice and polite, food was excellent - I would deffo order again and deffo recommend people to this place. Excellent all round.

We have ordered mcnoodleking 10 times in 8 months and I am normally their biggest fan - introducing everyone to their normally amazing, delicious take away noodles. However today I ordered the KT noodle box and most of the noodles were still a little hard/undercooked and there were so many chilli seeds, even though I know it's a hot dish and I do enjoy really spicy food, the sheer amount of chilli seeds made it completely inedible and most of it has been thrown away. The black bean noodle boxes, luckily for my visitors tastes great so a mixed review today.

Normally the food is amazing, I am mcnoodleking's number one fan but today my KT noodle box, the noodles are still kind of hard and undercooked and there is such a huge amount of chilli seeds that it made it inedible and has now been thrown away :( the black bean noodle boxes however were delicious luckily for my guests.

Took 1 hour and 50 minutes to be delivered.... was cold on arrival. Restaurant didn't help whatsoever. Not happy at all

Its just a joke. Ordered food at 16:10- delivery is available from 17:00 now is 18:30 and Im still waiting for my order. Spoken with women from Mc Noodle about 30 min ago and she told me the driver in on his way, after that time im still hungry... Im not recomend it.

Took 2 hours to deliver the food! The delivery driver had apparently left 5 min before I called yet took another 40 min to arrive! Beyond a joke! And to top it all when the food was eventually delivered there were items missing!

The food received was delicious. Although the delivery was a little late, they also missed an item by only sending us one order of paper prawns instead of the two we ordered. Tried calling the restaurant but a woman just kept saying "hello?" I know it wasn't a problem with my phone as I could phone my housemates perfectly. Had to request refund via JustEat.

Only just eat takeaway we keep coming back to, easily the best noodles iv ever had, delivery time was a little longer than usual but worth the wait!

I order from here quite often and the food is always tasty, but really the delivery time is far too long. Each time I've ordered recently, 25 minutes has been added.

Extremely poor attitude from the restaurant. This is the third and LAST time I will order from them. Food took almost two hours to arrive, when you call the restaurant they just shout at you "It coming. It coming". It didn't frickin come for TWO HOURS and that was after I had to stand in the cold to give the idiot driver directions. What the hell do I provide an address for?

Food took exactly 2 hours and 2 mins to get to me, when it did, it was cold. My Nasi Seafood box had exactly 1.5 prawns in there and like two other things that are barely seafood. I basically paid £6.30 for a bowl of rice Everytime I called, just got told my food was on its way and I'm sorry and 20% off next time (but made no attempt to take my details in order to give said discount) Doesn't matter anyway, I won't be ordering again. Extremely disappointed, needless to say.

Contacted the restaurant directly after waiting a long time with no sign of delivery who replied with little response in to how longer it would be. Finally, the order was delivered after about 2 hours of waiting from contacting JustEat who seemed to kick them in gear. However, the food was delicious when it finally arrived... would not recommend getting the food delivered but instead collecting or perhaps going to the restaurant in person.

Took just shy of 3 hours and every time I or Just eat contacted them they said it was on the way. Not happy one bit, get more drivers or be honest on time frames before people order. Has put me off ordering from here again.

I'm not happy with the time it took for the food to be delivered, and I've also been charged for the deliver when it says that orders over £12 would free delivered.. The food was tasty 5 stars

In general - i ordered a food at 19:05. My order was accepted at 19:52. I can't really believe that there was so many people that restaurant was not able to make a one single click to accept my order for 50 minutes. My delivery time was pointed for 20:30 but actually i was forced to call at 21:00 to ask about my order. Besides the fact that restaurant suppose to provide a minimum responsibility about their customers and inform them about any delay - i had to make a call and ask about my food. Food was delivered at 21:30 which is after 2,5 hour after i ordered it. I just had 25% off for my next order from this restaurant which is a JOKE. Will definitely not order again.

great tasting noodles at a great price

Ordered and had to call them 3 times as it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. On my message from them it said delivered at 6.30pm but didn't come till 7.15pm even though ordered at 5.30pm

Very disappointed to have to wait 1 hour and a half for my order. Also when the delivery came the driver rang to make me come onto the street!? Which was weird

The driver claimed he had come but nobody was in although we were sat downstairs next to the door the entire time then when we suggest we just come and collect our order the lady on the others side tells us to wait and he will come in the end we told them we were coming to collect although she didn't seem best pleased by the idea. When we got in the car to drive down the delivery man finally shows up and more than an hour later the restaurant is calling me shouting about out food order. Very very bad service and communication between the two and the food was cold and needed reheating.

Apparently my food was delivered at 20:00 Puzzled at my lack of noodles I called mcnoodle king who didn't even offer a cursory greeting just a brusque request to "call back in two minutes" Wow.

We ordered some rice, noodle and a coke. Order was supposed to arrive at 9,35. We first recived the wrong order. I decided to call the restaurant and a girl shouted at me that my order was on the way. I called again twice and she shouted at me again to do not worrie. I got my food 45 minutes late. There wasn t any coke and there were peas in my food, wich i wrote i was allergic to. I will get a refound but i will never call again. Not recommended.
