Mazza Takeaway in Crawley

After our usual Indian takeaway closed its doors we have tried some others but with little success! This takeaway was recommended by a friend and we weren't disappointed! The service, the food, the complimentary bombay potato, delicious!! We'll be back for sure 5*

Yet again , another amazing meal cooked and delivered within the hour!! It can't get any better, always full of flavour and a good size portion...

Love this place. Staff are always very polite. Are happy to work with you by changing the dishes a little way if needed or will make you something not on the menu. Food is fair priced. Always get a lot in each dish and always get a side dish for free. We don’t use anywhere else for our curry takeaway.

Average at best describes our takeaway - very oily/greasy food. There are far better options in the area for Curry.

30th August made a order online. I had already paid. I wondered what was going on as i havent heard anything from this company, then finally get a message rejecting the order! I rang up asked for a refund and why my order was rejected, the person I spoke too was nice and to ring the 3rd party as they took the money. I then get a phone call back I will get refund by end of day. I recieved nothing, next day I phoned up he was nice again told me that he will get in touch as soon as he knows something and apologised, My partner went to the shop without knowing I had already called. This man showed a WhatsApp message that havent been seen by curry hunter which I throught is very unprofessional. I phoned up again on monday he said can I get back to you. Tuesday this time it was the brother of the other person. He was very rude he made me cry down the phone, told me that his brother told me partner that I will get a refund in 2weeks which was a lie, he was shouting at me wouldnt letting me get out what I had to say he. I then get a text message from the person I was talking to before saying it's not for them to give me the money that curry hunter needs to sort it out not them. I then had a phone call from the manager from curry hunter manager very nice and understand they told me how things are meant to work and how mazza has dealt with me and this situation is very wrong. He told me I will receive this refund tomorrow if not to call. I got nothing I wouldnt rate this company at all never had a problem until now will not be going back EVER!!

Best Indian takeaway in Crawley. Very polite guys when taking phone calls. Never had any issues of food being cold or missing items. These guys always go above and beyond.

Just had a takeaway, I had the chicken tikka roll, the other half shared a Chicken Bhuna, rice and naan with onion Bhajis with our youngest son and we all enjoyed it. Quick delivery too, will use again.

We used these all the time but the food has gone downhill so had to find somewhere else. Would have recommended a little while ago but not anymore which is a shame

I just wanted to leave a quick note about Mazza.Their customer service is fantastic, the guy I place orders with, Abs, actually takes an interest and knows his customers its fabulous.Their food is delicious. We usually order vegetarian dishes from takeaways as meat is often dry but Mazza make the juiciest chicken we love it. If you were a restaurant we would dine in too. We always recommend Mazza if someone is after curry takeaway :-)

This is the first time we have ordered from Mazza, the delivery time was good for a Friday night and all the food was hot when delivered, all the sauces where nice and thick and spiced just right, the meat was tender and well cooked, all the dishes where delicious.I think we have found our go to for a curry takeaway, well done Mazza on delivering on time and a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

We aren’t big Indian food fans. However, we wanted to try something different for a change and it was well worth it. We had the vegetable samosas and paneer tikka for starters, with the garlic chicken chilli masala and chicken sizzler. From the moment we got the delivery the smell was amazing. Even though the garlic chicken was a bit hot I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, when I placed the order I was told it would be about an hour, but it arrived in less than half an hour. Will definitely order from Mazza again.

I love this place. I finish work at an unsociable hour and all I need to do is give them a quick call and they have my food ready when I get there. They know my order before I say a word which is a great personal touch. Staff there are quality and the food yummy.

this take away does delicious pizzas, good deals on meals, very delicious duck, not so easy to find, could make a take away with seating area

a tasty menu from curry to burgers and pizza well presented but its takeaway thats fine for me as I live locally

I have to say it is with some shame that I have to give a 1 star rating to our take away that we ordered as it never arrived! We ordered through Just Eat and were only notified an hour later when we were expecting the delivery that there was going to be no delivery at all. We did think that they could have let us know sooner than an hour as we then had to find an alternative. It's a shame as we usually love Mazzas but were sadly let down in this instance. Would have been better if they had let us know within half an hour rather than the whole hour. Disappointing to say the least

Food always good always hot and delivery is always quick. Portion sizes good and friendly service. We use here a lot for takeaways.

Tenía un par de tiendas de este lugar. Por desgracia, la primera vez que conseguimos llevar a este lugar se olvidaron de traer el pilau arroz. Cuando me llamó me pidió disculpas y envió un conductor a llevar el arroz junto con un poco de cebolla bajis. Cada vez que la comida de aquí ha sido caliente y llena de sabor.

Regularmente un orden Mazzadar desde aquí. . Es una pizza muy especial, muy jugosas., . Muy bien hecho. .

He sido un cliente habitual de este lugar por casi un año y medio y puedo asegurar a cualquiera que esté pensando en ellos que no necesitan buscar más. Un buen servicio al cliente y la variedad de comida, pero la India en particular es mi favorito. Espero que se cree algún tipo de programa de tarjeta de fidelización.

Primera vez ordenar desde aquí, me encantó el hecho de que atienden a los que no les gusta la comida india. Pollo Tikka masala aún estaba muy caliente cuando llegó, gran sabor y muy bien preparado. Yo pedí un pollo burger para alguien, y que aparentemente era muy agradable también.

Post work party stumbling home last evening I was following my nose as I could smell all sorts of incredible delicacies which led me right in to Mazza.

The meal deals are excellent value for money food is really a good quality the curry meal deal for two is amazing and tastes so good, staff are friendly and polite

delicious pizzas, not many variety for other foods, they do good deals on pizzas sometimes;staff are ok, sometimes they struggle to understand the order;place is not hard to find but it is in less know part of end of Crawley centre

I come here every week while I'm visiting on a layover and the service and food is always outstanding. The staff are super friendly and food is amazing and fast. I usually get a side vegetable dish with some rice and they throw in some mango chutney and salad too! They accommodate their dishes to be vegan if they aren't regularly as well! Highly recommend, and they also deliver! Prices are unbeatable, and made fresh to order!

Havent used Mazza before and wasnt sure if they delivered to my address. Called up and spoke to a very friendly chap on the phone, said he would deliver to my area but minimum order of £20. Not a problem as was ordering for 3 people. Rang back to place my order at 21:00 on a Saturday night and food arrived 40 mins later. Food was excellent, arrived hot and we even got free onion bahjis and popadoms with the salad too! Excellent, friendly service and great food. Will definitley use them again.

I ordered from Mazza via just eat using my laptop as no battery on phone. 2 hours later food still hadn't arrived so I cancelled the order. The person on phone makes no apology and in fact blames me that they failed to provide any food. Terrible customer service and unlikely the food is any good if that's the effort they put into providing it. Best kebab in ifield road are much better at food and service

The food arrived quickly and hot. Good value for money. The curry had lots a big chunks of moist chicken very happy will order again

Pizza from here isn't the best. The bases always seem frozen. The service is fantastic staff very friendly and will cook any flavours on the menu. They do a great curry menu!!!!!!Which I rate as a 4.5 to 4.8. Pizza is a 2 maybe a 2.5.

Good indian food good burgers great pizza'ss and all at a very reasonable price. Freindly staff and great delivery service, highly recommended

Reasonably quick service, if you are friendly they may throw in some extras! Staff were nice so no complaints and it's quite local... To us anyway. Definitely recommend a try though.

The staff were unfriendly and not warm to customers food was ok. Takeaway was a bit dirty too which made us feel uncomfortable.

By far the best item on the menue is the Mazza chicken burger, marinated and cooked to perfection. Really healthy too as it is not fried. Phoning order through is fast and even during busy periods on a Saturday night the phone is answered prompt and polite. We have ordered previous so our details come up when we phone. We have never had a late delivery always before the time quoted and food is always hot. By far the best take away in Crawley.

Mazza is situated near the level crossing on Brighton a few steps from The Railway pub (previously named the Rocket - the venue where the Cure started their musical career).Oddly Mazza's marketing and publicity highlights pizzas and burgers and yet the best food they produce, in my opinion, are their Pakistani type kebabs. I've had these frequently over the the years and found them comparable to what one would get in Pakistan and Northern India.Sheekh kebab made with spicey minced lamb is excellent served with a fluffy paratha, lemon slices and yoghurt - simple but enormously satisfying.I've suggested to the staff that they should put chaapli kebab on the menu - this is a regional kebab from the tribal areas of northwest Pakistan and Afghanistan and made from minced beef and tomatoes and and instead of being grilled or cooked in a tandoor is fried in animal fat: I've yet to see it appear.The premises are clean and the staff cheerful and helpful. Home delivery is possible.

I went twice for take away and they were all perfect. The food was good, the stuff were smiling and helpful and the service was nice. It was clean and comfortable there. Recommended.
