Absolutely dreadful. Cold. Rude staff. We got a delivery. We called right away to say food was stone but they just put down on us

Ordered food, sadly terrible. Fried rice cooked at least 100 times. Very bad. Stomach upset. Meat also very old. The most fresh thing was the bag.

I placed a large order the driver dropped all my food one the way up in my block it was damaged and uneatable so disappointed The Restaurant just apologised but wouldn’t refund my money or redeliver

Food was hot but the chicken was dry and stale. Usually the food is 10/10 but I was let down today.

Got sweet and sour and shredded chilli beef. Both of them tasted like they were fried in very old oil. Not really appetising. The place used to be much better now it tastes metallic, old and overall appalling.

I enjoyed the food very much and will definitely order from this restaurant again.

Favourite Chinese place, consistently good

Usually love the food here but it’s all changed and the quality has dropped a lot. The chips are dry, no potato inside as if days old. All food was over cooked.

15 mins later still waiting…. Punctuality really has to become real at some point. Enough is enough

I am a regular order from Mays. Usually the food tastes very fresh and good but the last two occasions it’s not quiet the same. Not sure what’s going on. Hope they sort it out soon as they are my favourite Resturant usually.

A lot of my food was missing. A set of chicken balls and wings were not in the bag that was given. Such a waste of money . Never again will I order from here.

Today’s food was really really bad, odd and salty. I won’t order from here again. Crispy squid was way too salty. Their Pad Thai was way spicy and also it wasn’t an authentic Pad Thai way of cooking at all. Their Thai green curry was not creamy curry, which I expected, but it was some kind of green gravy with odd taste. It was huge disappointment today. I won’t order from here again.

Delicious as usual! Szechuan Chicken with rice was great, Vegetarian Spring Rolls delicious too!

Chips were old and reheated which is a pity but otherwise everything else was good!

Perfect as usual, my new favourite Chinese and they also have a vegetarian menu which is amazing as my Daughter's veggie 5*+ for the food and the service

Found May's Chinese Cuisine on Just Eat this evening and I'm so glad I found them I just had to come back online to leave this review. Amazing food, the best Chinese food we've had in a very long time. Decent sized portions, perfectly cooked and Delivered on time, by a delivery Man that was extremely pleasant and courteous.Perfect in every way 5*+.. Thank you so much xx

The best vermicelli noodles with chicken, lovely bbq spare ribs, lots of meat, decent sauce. Really enjoy this place, quite expensive, but really good.

Really disappointed, I've ordered from May's quite a few times, and it's been getting later and later with delivery each time, with a noticeable drop in quality. But today was the worst. The times were changed by the restaurant, putting delivery back 10 min. Then the app said the driver was on way, 15 min later the food was marked as delivered. After calling the restaurant I was told 2 min until delivery. A further 20 min later the food arrived. I don't mind waiting if I know the truth. Or if its worth the wait. This wasn't. The food is generally okay. But this time it was just bad. Everything was very greasy and they had used plantane instead of banana in the desert fritters, which were very undercooked/ uncooked. Will think twice before ordering again.

Very slow deliveries, food doesn't come warm. When you call to check what happened to the delay of the delivery they say is coming and never does on time, awful customer service overall

Flavourless food, i understand there is some sort trend in not using salt in food these days, but this food wouldn't have been saved by it, even if it was added, The BBQ Ribs were disgusting, no BBQ flavour whatsoever, just a bland gloopy sludge, the Beef curry was so tasteless, it dried up my taste-buds completely. And the Chow mien was also NO flavour at all, the whole meal was terrible, even though the soup was ok and the chips were fine, i definitely wouldn't pay for this level of tasteless food again, maybe it was a bad chef, i am leaving this feedback, because i felt the need to let others know how bad it was, and to save you money.

Curry was so greasy inedible. Rice was dry like it had been reheated and chips were half cooked. I would not make the mistake of ordering from here again

Yet again May's delivered delicious, hot freshly cooked food. The delivery driver was polite and friendly; and my text notification 'my food is on the way' was received whilst I took my delivery. Another 5 stars for May's Chinese Cuisine!

Even though the food was hot on delivery the food was not up to the usual standard. The ribs where dry despite being in sauce, The duck came with out two important bits i.e. the spring onions and hoisin sauce, The pancakes where also on the dry side so much so that thay where curling up on the outside edges and the fritters where totally tasteless.

An ok king prawn curry, if a little bland. Not as good as my previous one from this establishment.

This restaurant simply has the best rice and chow main in London incredible spice to flavour ratio ,always come hot and has generous portions and not oily. Simply perfect

First time ordering from here, food was tasty and fresh.

Told via app delivery would be between 18:00-18:20, so planned my journey home accordingly. The driver turned up 20 minutes early shouting down the phone that I’d better have a big tip as he’d been waiting there 5 minutes- making the delivery 25 minutes earlier then originally told. Did not appreciate his tone and attitude!!
