Maya in Elmbridge

We regularly frequent Maya. Lovely pastries, delicious sourdough sandwiches and the best coffee in Weybridge. Strongly recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been coming for some good coffee for a while. We recently felt like we had to give in to the amazing smell of freshly baked croissants. Without doubt the best I’ve had - ever. I even persuaded my French friend who has complained about the lake of good bakeries in Surrey. She also said these were the real deal. Friendly staff, lovely chilled out music, also definitely try the basque cheese cake. Do not ignore if you like pastries!

It's amazing how often a high scoring establishment contains comments about simple, short menus done well. This is precisely what Maya's sets out to offer and they do it really, really well. Great coffee, superb sourdough bread and croissants, terrific cakes. Coupled with charming service it's just right for late breakfast or lunch. Highly recommended. Yes it's a bit pricey, but so is everywhere in Weybridge. This one is worth the money.

This is NOT a bakery! I am French and this cafe has no idea how to bake croissants. They also bake bread and it is uncooked inside and burned outside. It is obvious whoever making them are definitely not bakers. Probably getting their recipes from Youtube videos! Do not waste your money on any of their food. And their coffee. Their service is rubbish. Small place full of furniture. Avoid it and find better cafes.

The sourdough is out of this world. You can understand why they sell out within minutes of opening on a Saturday. All the cakes and pastries are incredible. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and you feel your custom is appreciated. Well done Maya

we love this cafe-the sourdough is perfect! I'm fussy about coffee and think this is the best in Weybridge too. you can order your fresh sourdough in advance as they sometimes run out. cakes and other baked items are baked on site and are fresh and really great quality

This is the place to go for a good espresso based drink (note they use square mile coffee). The sandwiches are delicious as is the bread they make and use. Sourdough is tasty and chewy — what more could you want!? Tip: they run out of loaves fast so pre-order to save disappointment.

What a fab little cafe, they do everything so well! The sour dough was insanely delicious... cooked in house and the proper stuff - could have eaten it on its own! I had a hot chocolate and it was a PROPER hot chocolate, not the horrible sweet Cadbury’s stuff! My husband had the Red Brick coffee and ended up buying a bag. Needless to say we Will be going back!

The service, coffee and homemade soda bread is exceptional. Always a great start to my day. I always go for the flat white.. Maya did a great job supporting the local community with soda bread since opening.
