Hello I have not received my order

They didn’t even turn up to deliver my food and when called they did not answer my calls

Didn’t even arrive driver needs to be fired

it was so disgusting undercooked i found a bug in pizza which is so nasty i will never ever buy from this place again, their hygiene is so disgusting and the pizza is even more disgusting. I'm absolutely appalled by this they should not be allowed to serve food

BEST PLACE IN CANNING TOWN. BEEF BURGERS, WRAPS AND PIZZAS ARE THE BEST. BEING A FOOD VLOGGER, I HARDLY GIVE 5 STARS TO ANYONE . BUT THESE GUYS DESERVE A++++++++

Some of the genuinely most vile, undercooked food I've ever had. The kebab had such a odd smell, I took a bite of it only to realise it was FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE! And the wings were so nasty, half the skin was gone as I'd someone had picked at them, and the fries were cold. Not to mention every day I wall past the atmosphere is horrible. Boxes on tables, bins always full, and there is NEVER a worker at the counter, the place looks barron! It's a shame as it never used to be VERY bad, it used to be decent but with a dirty atmosphere, undercooked food, and lazy staff who are barely there, disgusting!

The chicken fillets and chips were very dry and poorly cooked, probably leftovers. The burger was acceptable, and the cake was fine, but nothing special. Chips exceptionally bad!

The worst fried chicken I ever been. I order a filet burger meal and I ended up getting a steak burger! Which was hard as a rock! The service was utter rubbish, staff were very rude! please don't be fooled with these 5 stars fake reviews and avoid this shop at all cost!

Mostly hot however the lasagne was inedible, extremely mushy and tasteless, sorry to say. Just eat are rubbish with refunds, didnt even ask for photos and kept my money. They have done it before too with food that was stuck to a paper bag, very bad.

Staff are very nice and friendly as always. Food very great chips and grilled chicken peri mayo highly underrated, I recommend everyone to give it a go👍

Went to get an eggless cake for a friend and the owner, Aakash bhai suggested us to buy a pista cake which was indeed flavourdul, soft and fluffy. They serve an array of milkshakes and brownies and pastries. Must try!

Eaten here before maybe a year or so ago, food quality has gone down extremely. The menu and pictures are extremely misleading compared to the quality of food. Honestly most of the food inedible and tasted extremely processed and likely reheated. Very disappointing

I really should have read the reviews before ordering. My food never came but they claim it was delivered, i called the restaurant 3 times no answer! Don’t waste your time or money here

Worst place ever. Used there own delivery drivers with no live tracking. Never delivered my food and marked it as delivered then never answered the phone when I tried to call multiple times. Avoid this place at all costs if you want your food.

The smell of the meat its like old food wings smell sometimes, undercooked food most times place is unhygienic for food to be around

apparently they never have drivers. Oh but they don't inform you and let you know they just leave your order for 3 hours then cancel it they don't bother phoning you to tell you they don't have drivers you just wait around instead for hours and when you phone them it's useless trying to speak to whoever it is they have to take your call ..

I requested they make the pizza more on the thin side which they didn’t. They also didn’t give the chilli sauce that I paid for however the delivery driver was nice and respectful

It came really late, food was cold and hard. Spicy burger was drenched in chilli sauce which I could have done myself. Portion size small for the price.

Not happy at all. Ordered food at 10:45PM & was supposed to have come between 11:25-11:45PM EVEN THOUGH shop is 10 minutes away. I called the restaurant and asked where is my food and they said it is 2-3 minutes away, I was waiting for 45 minutes and only received it at 12:30AM and items were missing after that long wait! I called the restaurant back and was told they packed everything when they did not because I can see what is here and it looked like they rushed because it’s sloppy and cold.

Was over an hour late, food very cold , items missing and the drinks where leaking in the bag ( must have been dropped by delivery driver) ..

Worst Pizza ever! I selected chicken, mushrooms, onions and green chillies as my toppings but there was no sign of chicken in the pizza. The dough was not fresh and was sour. Tried to call the restaurant 4 times but no one answered then I raised this with Just East and asked for a full refund!!

Never ever ordering from here again. I placed the order at 10:39pm! Estimate delivery time was 11:15 - 11:35. At 11/35 the food was marked as delivered however it was not. So I had to call the restaurant and ask where my food was. She said it would be 10 more minutes, the food came at 12:00. Not only that. The chicken was undercooked the kebab was burned and there was sauce put in it that was not asked for and salad that was also not asked for, the bread was soggy due to the salad being put on the bottom

Food is all cold the desserts that was ordered was put in with the hot food and melted the Tuna salad was off none of the food is edible

Horrible customer service, staff spend too much time talking to each other and making the customer wait instead of doing things properly, like serving fresh fries and burger bread. The bread in the burger super stale and fries very oily due to the double dip in the fryer. Absolute joke, I will only go there to wait for the bus.

Absolute joke. These people are a joke and are scam artists. My food never came and the lady lied to me on the phone that my food was on it's way. I have just read the reviews and they are also bad reviews of people complaining that their food also never came. I will make sure I not only get my money back but I will also make sure I blacklist these people. Edit: Food came almost two hours after I made the order and I had to re warm it in the microwave. Absolute joke.

Waited and waited and the food never showed up. Phoned restaurant and they said it was on its way she would phone the driver. Then stopped answering the phone when it still didn’t arrive.

Chicken wings were good, if I was to return I would probably just get them. And the service from the staff was helpful, I rang up about salad and sauces in my kebab and they took my request. I did eat the kebab but it was unpleasant, I can just eat anything, they must’ve ran out of pitta, so it was in a folded wrap instead, would probably avoid in the future. And delivery did take a while, but I’d say that’s out of their control this late, is likely due to courier availability

What we ordered was out of stock and instead of contacting me they swapped it for something we don’t eat. I contacted the shop who rudely told me what do you want me to do. I said we wanted something we DO eat, which she agreed to send and we could swap. We waited 50 minutes for the items which when did arrive it was one box and not the two boxes. Disappointing and I wont be using these again
