only 3 girls know how to cook in there. depending on who's behind the counter depends on the level of food hygiene and something decent to eat. if its debbie, helen or sam your okay but wouldn't visit any other time.

The two ladies working at the Ground Expresso Bar were very polite and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Would definitely recommend this place very some nice food and a reviving tea 😊

A busy service station on main road from Ballymena to Antrim. Limited parking. Visited Ground. Limited foods on offer, all exposed and sitting all day it would seem. 4 other people in cafe, service slow and inefficient. New cafe yet no plug sockets or phone charging points. Tea is freshly made with tea leaves. Could be good but attention to detail needed badly.

Our coach stop on this service station for toilet. We are amazed that there were great choice of restaurant being offered. Our coach driver was given a free meal card. A staff went to our bus and offered hot water as one of the passenger needs a cup of hot water and the staff did not let the girls carry them to the bus but she bring it to the bus herself.

Excellent service station with excellent restaurant inside. I had Chopped for myself and my wrap was served beautifully. Ground coffee shop serves proper coffee, and the Abra burger are to die for.

As soon as we walked in the place seemed to be run by children.. staff were shouting accross the service station to each other all swearing and talking about their weekends filled with drink and drugs, continued their conversations to each other while serving and even got annoyed that I had dared to make a purchase and interrupted their pointless conversation. Followed by staff members jumping and sitting on counters and honestly just the most childish behaviour I’ve ever seen from a bunch of brain dead morons.. and I work in a nursery. Wouldn’t bother wasting my time or money in here again, disgraceful service and I would seriously rethink staff. Wouldn rather go to the apple green on down the road any day, at least you don’t have to deal with a bunch of delinquents 👍🏻

Clean, with good choice of food outlets, this is a handy stop off point between Belfast and the north coast allows you a quick bite so you can speed on your way. Very helpful staff

Great to have a big service station for the drivers on the main road to Antrim from B'mena. Great stop for whatever it is you need whether it be ciggies or lottery or a brew and a nice bite to eat. Definitely worth the stop here.

This is the new pit stop on the dual carriageway to Antrim from Ballymena, first impressions from the outside, it looks good and inviting but when you get inside you can easily see the food that's being served isn't to cater to everyone's tastes. When in the seating area while eating, a staff member asked us to move tables just because he wanted to brush under the table. The toilets in this pit stop aren't that hot on it either especially with the floors being a complete mess despite the cleanliness roster being checked off. I'll likely only visit again if it is absolutely necessary. Disappointed.
