Masala Tandoori Wishaw in North Lanarkshire

First time getting anything to eat from this shop and let me tell you it will be my last . What they expect people to eat that kebab meat . One word is disgusting. Pizza is burnt, chips are freezing due to over an hour wait . Phoned up to speak to the manager but guess what he is to busy to answer me . As I said my first and last time getting anything from this place . #AVOID

I phoned to order food with friends and the order was taken no problem, we waited 2 hours and was then told our food was no longer being sent as they were “too busy”, We then asked why and they continued to tell us that they cannot help us.They had a rude tone and was definitely taken advantage of because of how young we sounded, a contact number was given which should have been used to inform us if there were any problems.Will not be ordering again.

Placed an order through the phone, took the order with no problems. When phoned a further hour and a half later to ask where the food was, were told the order was not being sent due to being “too busy” along with a disgusting attitude. Completely unacceptable - a contact number was given and should have been informed instead of the order not going ahead with no explanation.

During lockdown got a delivery from here more than 1s and i have to say not worth the money , hardly any chicken Tikka , chips or cheese which is rather poor. The delivery women is very friendly and the food arrives Quick but presentation and amount is poor.

Ordered a meal via just eat while watching ant and decs sat night take away. Sponsered by just eat. After cancelling the meal at 22:00 it turned up left on my doorstep at 23:15. Now I understand that we are all in a pandemic but a delivery after 4 hrs is a joke. Also the restaurant posted via just-eat that said delivery was made at 21:00 pure and utter lie

ordered vindaloo and came an orange coloured basic curry sauce but made extra hot. was not a vindaloo . was dissapointed with my first order. the service i have rated higher because was delivered ok. the value i have rated higher because i got a meal deal. but not a vindaloo! x

Went for a takeaway from here. Tandoori chicken with rice and also some mince samosas. Both were very good. One of the best things I like here is the staff. Very friendly and happy to help with any questions you may have. Very convenient location for me as it is within easy walking distance. Definitely worth a return visit.

This place does do great food...........most of the time...... but I feel that some standards have slipped since they started their own Website. Delivery times are a joke, as soon as you place and order, you get a text saying 'Your order will take an extra 20 mins....' what an extra 20 mins over and above the hour I have already had to wait?? If you order from them, don't use their own Website which you get 10% discount on, use Just Eat, the food comes much quicker. Also watch if you order pakora, we fancied them as a starter to what we were having for our dinner that night and order them at 4.30pm.......they came at 6pm.............90 minutes to cook pakora? The guys in the shop are lovely as is the food but also some of the delivery drivers could do with some training on manners and should also have change with them when they come to delivery your order, they also should not expect you to accept coppers and odd fluff covered change they root around for in their car whilst your foods going cold on the door step and then STILL leave you several pounds light on your change..............I stopped using them for a while after this happened but their food is tasty even if their delivery times and drivers are not............
