Great friendly place, very good selection of food, nicely presented and great taste. Once you've been there a few times, the lady remembers you, highly recommend 👍👍

Popped into Martock on route to Wiltshire on the off chance of finding a place for a coffee that wasn't too far off the A303 and found the 'Coffee Pot'. Charming little place with very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Liked it so much we made a point of returning on our journey back to Devon. Would suit anyone who likes a bit of piece and quiet and doesn't want to pay the exorbitant prices charged in main road service areas.

Great find in Martock just off the A303, which as a main route is generally lacking in nice places to stop for a break. Owners were very welcoming and friendly and we'll certainly remember it for the future. .

A lovely little coffee shop serving excellent coffee. The ladies are very welcoming and helpful. I didn't get the opportunity to eat but it is clearly popular for lunch!

Recommended by a friend so decided to give it a go. We booked to make sure that we had a table as not to be disappointed. On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly member of the staff and we placed our order. The choice of food would suit anyone. We were served our meals which were home-cooked and it was very enjoyable we had the accompanying dessert which was again to a very high standard, followed by a pot of tea. All this for a bargain price. We will certainly be returning and when I see my friend I will thank him for his recommendation.

We popped in for lunch and had two courses for approx £7 per person - we didn't even realise we'd paid for a dessert until the waitress reappeared with the dessert menu. This is a quiet place mostly favoured by older people (at least, that's how it seemed the day we were here) and both staff and other customers were friendly.

Service was friendly. Setting was relaxed. Shame I had to wait an age ( especially considering I was the only customer ) for an expensive ' full' breakfast that was an egg, two sausages and two pieces of bacon 😕

Everything you could ask for in and off the beaten path small town pub. Great service and delicious food...a pint of the Fursty Ferret is a must
