We travel from Leigh to pick up our Friday night fish & chips. We have plenty of good chip shops in Leigh but we make the effort to drive that little bit further up the road. Great quality and value. The large portion of fish and chips will feed a family of 4 on its own!! Highly recommended. Ps don’t give up if your in the queue outside, it’s worth the wait.

Everything is made in the house, always best quality meat. Very friendly atmosphere. Bar is set so high you can not compare this place to any other. Having burgers somewhere else is waste of money.

6 Woodhouse DriveBeautiful chippy! We travel a good 10 minutes by car to get food from here. Food is always fresh and piping hot. Very clean and a must have on a Friday night.

769/771 Ormskirk RoadStaff struggle to identify the difference between WHITE BREAD & BROWN BREAD.......if you leave the shop & return 2 minutes later, and ask for an exchange for your correct order......"WE CANNOT RESELL"......I suggested putting the incorrect sandwich they sold me in the bin & keeping the money in the cash register....... I'll stick to the bakery over the road.........
