food was good recently they have done refurbishment changed the look of lal qila takeaway on wilmslow road Manchester Rusholme. I had just been in the toilet after the owner/manger of the lal qila he left the toilet very dirty urine on the toilet seats. I would say it's basic Hygiene to keep the place clean. I did put complaint that you need to keep your toilet clean. I will not go there again# Stop 15.11.2024 @ 9pm

Dirty, poor service, low quality oily food, rely on drunk people that don't know and better or simply don't care what they eat

Dity shop,horrible food, the guy serving was itching his arm that had a rash, then touched my food 🤢 disgusting gaff, please avoid as u will be wasting your money,coz u will bin the food.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered 20 to 30 times through Uber Eats, this was my first visit to the establishment. I was eager to try dining in, having heard good things and with a favorable comparison to another local favorite, Rayden. Upon arrival, I went upstairs with my 3-year-old child, as he preferred to sit there. We were given a cover for our food and waited for my wife, who was downstairs getting our order. Despite many available seats downstairs, we chose to sit upstairs because it was more convenient for us. While we were waiting, another family, who had paid before us but was still downstairs, wanted to sit upstairs. The staff insisted that we move because the other family had billed first. I explained that we were already seated and had been given covers and asked to sit. Despite this, the staff rudely insisted that we leave, stating, "It's my restaurant, I am the owner, get out." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially with a young child in tow. Being asked to leave in such a manner, despite not doing anything wrong, was humiliating and unacceptable. If you are looking to ruin your day, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it to spare yourself from such a negative experience.
