Always on time with takeaway food, always clean looking, efficient and friendly service. The food selection and taste is very good.

Food delivery will sometimes take over an hour and the food will arrive cold. This is the third time we've had this happen. The prior times we have contacted Marmaris and they have made the situation right but the fact it happens at all is infuriating. It's unlikely we'll be ordering again from this place.

Ordered from here as it was close to our hotel. Seriously good kebabs and lovely crunchy chicken pakora too. I’ve not written any reviews in ages but I had to do one for this. BTW their red sauce is beautiful too.The way a sauce should be for kebabs. Not sickly sweet or overwhelming with a chilli kick.

Ordered for collection, wasn't ready and had to wait at least half an hour. Food was great though so we forgive you. Lol

Placed an order at 19:30 to be collected at 20:30, I came in at 20:30 and received my food at 21:05, the portion sizes just get smaller and smaller, and the mistakes are frequent. This isn’t the only time the portion size was a joke.

Ordered this evening for delivery, charged £ 7.50 for delivery no complaint about that even though was not informed while ordering the delivery cost. Order delivered, gave decent tip, found order was short of what was ordered! Called takeaway and was informed they didn't take order correctly and I'd be charged delivery again plus cost of food they left out!! When I questioned this the response was one of non committal and indifference, non apologetic. To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement, will not be ordering again in a hurry, can't wait for McDonald's to arrive in Ellon. Totally no effort to customer delivery satisfaction!

* Update, the guy that made my Hoggie Wrap loaded Mayo on instead of just Chilli and Garlic as requested...no apology or mention of starting over to do it as requested, had to eat it as is and it wasn't nice at all. Best kebab shop in Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire...not found any that can beat it and it's going to take a lot to even get close to their quality.

My wife is a fan of this place, she is quite taken with the calzone and mozzarella sticks

Food is great, the recent price rise was inevitable. The portion size accompanying said price rise was not. Also £1 for a pitta bread when you can get 6 for £0.45p at Aldi is taking the p iss. When they review the price gouging I'll be back. Staff are great, polite and helpful 5* there. Hopefully they have received a wage rise that matches the price rise the owner is lining his pockets with.

Sometimes the food comes and it's great but an equal percent of the time it comes and it's terrible. Over the years I've phoned to complain but it clearly falls on deaf ears. Tonight's order: chicken pakora and chicken kebab. The chicken pakora were so overcooked that the batter was tasteless and brittle and I could have used the chicken to line my shoes. My chicken kebab was tasteless due to the chicken being plain and not marinated (at least it seemed that way). I had to phone to see where my order was (quiet Tuesday), not the first time I've had to do this. Clearly it was forgotten about which would explain the plain chicken. It's a real pity as when the food is prepared properly it's very good. Unfortunately, it's not very often, and getting worse.

Been going here for a wee while now and everytime the food has been fantastic. The burgers, the chips, the kebabs and the pizzas are all amazing and i would highly recommend anyone to visit this place. Keep up the great food guys 👍👍

Had a mixed kebab, the best one I have ever had. Loads of tender grilled meat. Ultra fresh crunchy veg. Going back tomorrow night too.

Had a large donner and chicken kebab Never enjoyed a kebab as much plenty of meat well cooked will definitely buy from these again . EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN TURRIFF FINALLY FOUND HOPE OF QUALITY AND REASONABLY PRICED KEBAB

Only used Marmaris once so far but not very impressed. Exceptionally long wait for one pizza, one calzone, and chips with cheese. The pizza was average but not well cut and topping came off completely when lifting from the box. The calzone was dry and strangely shaped. The chips with cheese was an afterthought because they didn't offer any rice dishes. The cheese came away in great big clumps and the chips were left dry beneath. The sullen youths serving could do with a lesson in hospitality and customer service.

Really poor service. We ordered last night and app said 55 mins. It took 90 mins and food arrived stone cold. When I called about food being cold I was told they could deliver a new batch in around 30mins. I said that would be over 2 hrs from order and would just prefer a refund. Manager then said he would refund but only if they could come collect the food 😂 so my this point they have wasted our entire night. I declined his ridiculous order and instead microwaved the food which was as expected average given food included burgers and chips cheese and chicken. Will not return and have been regular customers but this is 3rd time we have got cold food.

The kebabs were delicious! We ordered a large doner kebab & 2 mixed kebabs (doner, chicken & lamb). There was a mix up over salad, but the manager was fantastic when we spoke and I'm delighted with the service (in person & on phone). I've always enjoyed my food from here and can only offer high recommendations. Delighted.

Rather disappointed. Chicken pacora ! Over cooked more burned batter than chicken got 1 piece from 3 that could eat . . Chips curry sauce . Chips like a pile off mush . Tea spoon off sauce .

Worst experience yet again. Never realised I Ordered a COLD munchie box. Garlic sauce was burst all over the food. Youse STATE X2 pakora chicken and you only give 1 THATS CUT IN HALF!!!. The grease is ridiculous my hands are actually dripping!. No good folks I've been using marmaris for over a year now, and they have went right downhill, wont be using them again.

Ordered chips, cheese, donner and garlic sauce but couldn’t eat it as the chips were absolutely drowned in salt. Went back with it and credit to the manager (at least I assume it was the manager) as he asked me what was wrong with it and got them to make me another one. Unfortunately it was just as drowned in salt as the first one. Straight in the bin with it. Safe to say I won’t be going back to give them another try.

They have great service and great food. My favourite pizza joint and with fair prices and amazing food. Coming back here very soon!

Nice food and fast delivery times.

Waited over 2 hours for a cold congealed pizza to arrive. Made the mistake of trying a slice which meant no refund was available. The staff were apologetic, but the managers only concern was keeping my cash, which with hindsight I would have paid to anyone advising me never to experience his food or his even worse service in the first place. The worst takeaway I have ever ordered from.

The best kebabs in Aberdeenshire

Last year was good food, now very fatty, terrible, not matched with my order, few times wait longer than described, I stopped buy food, now not recommended.

Ordered a pepperoni and ham Calzone. Probably the worst Calzone I've had yet 😂 hardly any sauce used really dry.

Excellent food with a wide variety of dinners. All really tasty, the calzone with mixed spicy meats is worth a go, and go big, you can eat the rest later! Decent prices, nothing crazy expensive. Staff are fine, it's a take away, so don't go looking for full on riveting conversation, they're always busy.
