Two service lanes, only one open, very long queue , point of service was painfully slow, despite there being two other members of staff making drinks. Ordered their new line : poached eggs on squashed avocado , sour dough toast. Not sure how poached eggs morphed into hardboiled eggs but that was what was served, avo was not ripe so had lots of hard bits, two hardboiled eggs on the side ! dressed with a bunch of spinach and three baby tomatoes

Pedimos comida para el almuerzo que parecía apetitosa en los tableros anunciados. Lamentablemente, cuando llegaron eran una versión lamentable de sus fotos. Solo parece que fueron arrojados a los platos con una cucharada de ensalada de col a un lado. No anuncies alimentos que se vean bien y luego parezcan que nadie podría molestarse con ellos. Sin embargo, las patatas fritas eran buenas. No tendrá prisa por volver.

Es un café limpio que almacena comida de M&S. Sin embargo, no es emocionante. Un lugar al que ir cuando estás cansado y necesitas un trago. El caballero que me atendió se quejaba ante otro miembro del personal de que alguien de su otra tienda tenía que venir porque necesitaba un descanso. Nunca me miró mientras me servía, estaba tan harto. Tomé un café y un trozo de tarta de chocolate que era muy dulce. El café en la otra tienda es mejor, tiene más personal y es mucho más grande. La comida siempre es fresca, aunque el tamaño de las porciones puede ser pequeño. El café también puede ser bueno, pero depende de quién lo esté haciendo, lo cual me parece extraño. La comida fresca es lo que esperas de M&S y no te decepcionará.

Hemos estado muchas veces, siempre bien. Lo que nunca hemos tenido. Usted esperaría nada menos, es m y s. El personal está bien, pero no más amable. en planta alta, a mano después o antes de comprar.

we came here for a pit stop before going to an escape room nearby. we had half an hour and thought that would be plenty of time for a quick drink. four bottled waters and one coffee. As it turned out we barely had time to drink our drinks given the slow service. Drinks were ok but we had to rush them!

We visited this M&S cafe in the men's department. It is a narrow cafe with not a lot of seating, long queues, miserable staff, 2 disabled toilets that needed a clean.

Their cafes are popular but generally ordinary and always slow service. So I’d say ok and functional but not a true cafe experience

We had morning tea and enjoyed it. There was a tasty selection of cakes (self select), and they made the tea promptly. The cafe (up the escalator) was clean, and the toilets 10 yards away in the store were clean too. Recommended

Always a good place to stop for a quick coffee and a cake or savoury treat. Usually space for two or more, friendly staff and a lovely bright and clean space.
