Really Dissapointed with service from this restaurant ordered food got total opposite of what i ordered it was also cold and the meat was hard had to throw in the bin

The food was really bad i had to throw it in the bin. the salad was all old and looked like it was all dashed straight in the box and the chicken wasn't cooked properly and it had a really nasty smell I have never had such bad takeaway before I'm devistated.

Took them an hour to make the food I was told over the phone. Came by car so traffic an issue.

The large was more like a small if that, they forgot the drink and to top it off I had to go down to collect my meal from the road

My food took too long to deliver... When i called to ask why he interrupted me and told me it would be here soon before i even asked the question... And food was disgusting... Really overcooked and i didnt enjoy it at all will never order from here again!

first off it says it comes with a free drink but there was no drink, the burgers was actually very nice although the mayo was watery whic was off putting, but the real issue was the pizza, my brothers tasted "soapy and salty" and i had ordered a meat feast which to be honest i question what kind of meat was actually used because from as soon as i took a bite i started to feel sick and unpleased, im usually not picky but without a doubt there is something very wrong with the food being sold here. i only ate about a quater of the pizza to which i now feel sick, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

Food was average. Ordered at 1am so wasn't many other places to order from. I've rated this low because the driver is a carless dunce. He parked in the middle of the road opened his door and hit my car. He didn't even bother to close it so it stayed on my car. Fortunetly for him there wasn't any damage and I was at a friends so played it cool!!!

We order some kebab wraps. The meat come in steaks, unwrapped, all the ingredients out of the bread into the box. Will never order here again.

This was terrible service, the food was in-edible dispite coming an hour late. On calling the restaurant repeatedly while I waited far over the quoted times they were unhelpful and rude. I tried calling them again over the next evening but they didn't pick up either. Do not buy from here, the food is terrible, small portions and didn't look safe to eat.

I ordered a large chicken they only gave me tiny bit of chicken the pizza tastes bland and soggy, My sister had food poisoning I strongly urge you not buy from here

Half pounder was great but the pizza was unsatisfying i had the same pizza about a week ago and it was great so im suprised.

Extremadamente decepcionado por este restaurante. Pedimos dos kebabs de Doner y una bebida de Marhaba hace unas pocas semanas, y en vez de recibir las porciones grandes pedimos nos dieron unos pedazos de carne - probablemente no es suficiente ni para pequeñas. Además, la botella de coca cola que pedimos estaba también olvidado y era evidente que no podría ser molestado a redeliver. Cuando llamamos el gerente nos ofreció 50% de descuento en nuestra próxima orden y una bebida gratis, diciendo que había escrito nuestro nombre y dirección, así que no olvides, así que decidimos darle otra oportunidad. Sin embargo, cuando nos llamado explicar nuestra oferta no mataba y nos dijeron que nuestro pedido fue hace dos semanas y por supuesto que no están recibiendo 50% de descuento. Nos habla de muy grosera, aprobado por el teléfono y estaba claro que el director había ostensiblemente nos mintieron sobre la oferta. Nunca he sido testigo ese horrible servicio de atención al cliente en todos mis años de comedor. Si lo que quieres es la comida y el servicio al cliente es decente, recomendaría evitar este horrible lugar, no vale la pena su tiempo y dinero. Estará mintiendo y engañado por su dinero.

Tras haber arruinado mi pedido completamente que hablaba conmigo muy grosera con estúpido lenguaje. La peor comida para llevar que me he encontrado nunca, ahórrate el lío y nunca pedir desde aquí, o visitar el lugar. Otras personas que he hablamos han dicho que el servicio y la comida es terrible por ser frío y el pollo al estar muy viejo y difícil.

I was completely happy with the timing my food came within 20 minutes, however I wasn't too happy about the chicken wings as they was not what I expected. The food overall was not to bad.

This was the worst food I have ever eaten...The chicken donner kebab had a sour smell to it and the chicken tasted like it cooked five days ago...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ..IT'S HORRIBLE

The portions were very small despite ordering a large, I ordered salad with mine and all I got were a few lettuce leaves. The chicken was fatty and pink in some parts and I even had chicken skin in with my chicken kebab very disgusting! The Donna meat was dry and horrible. I called the restaurant if you can call them that to say I was very unhappy and would like my money back to which they told me the manager would be in touch tomorrow and put the phone down on me. The food was inedible and I feel robbed of my money. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FROM HERE

Worst pizza ever, bought chicken wings and was served with BBQ sauced wings, ordered a donner pizza got seafood instead. Won't recommend, awful quality the only good thing was delivery time.

This place is seriously amazing they done delivery at 3am wow food was soo good perfect!!!!!

Delivery took over an hour & 3 phone calls to sort out - one where they told me I had the wrong address on my just eat account?! Then I went outside on the road to wait for the delivery to speed things up & the driver drove past me 3 times even though I was waving at him & then blamed the road I lived on for not knowing which side our house was on. The regular size chicken shish kebab is TINY. Hardly any salad or meat. Chips were disgusting. Would never order from here again.
