Wow! I highly recommend this gem! The atmosphere was small and quaint. The food is very fresh, although took a little while to come so don’t go if you were in a hurry like we were. It’s best to savour this one. I had the berry pancakes and they were delicious. My daughter had the vegan burger and was happy with it. You can get gluten free and veg things here easily. The prices were honest and not overdone either. Again, highly recommend.

This is my fave go-to place. The staff are very attentive, professional, friendly and very welcome. I have tried many of the offerings in the menu and not once have I been disappointed. I recommend Marez to everyone. Lee

Such a friendly place with loads of choice. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you can make special requests for things not on the menu. Lovely people and gorgeous food.

Having had a great lunch here a while ago, myself and a family member chose it for a day of cafe working. It was a great experience from the second we sat down with our laptops and the waitress immediately offered the WiFi cod, to the end when the manager (I assume) checked that we’d had a good day and been looked after. Inbetween we had amazing food and incredible service, with the waitresses regularly bringing us fresh iced water and not once harassing us to order more food/drinks/get the bill despite us being the first to arrive and the last to leave (although we did order plenty through the day and it was all excellent). Between us we had the iced latte, cappuccino, Mediterranean breakfast, tofu wrap, chicken schnitzel salad, and brownie with ice cream. All delicious and great value (although do check what you’re ordering as my sister-in-law hasn’t realised she would need to pay extra when asked if she wanted salad or fries with her wrap). Probably my favourite cafe, couldn’t fault it at all. ~reposted as accidentally put 4 stars not 5~

I met with a friend for lunch today. It was our first visit and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was tasty and they did not rush us at all which was nice as were enjoying a nice catch up. We will definitely visit again.

Marez does all day brunch and lunch menus. They do upmarket cafe food from egg Benedict to burgers and the welcome you get from your waiting staff to the guys on the front desk is second to none. It is very popular and rightly so.

My friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I have a wheat allergy so their gluten-free menu was appreciated, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The portions are generous too. Staff are so friendly and I didn't feel rushed at any point. The toilets are also very clean. I'll be going back to try other dishes! Keep up the good work! 😀

Presentation of food could be better . I had scrambled eggs on toast. Bread placed on plate with foil wrapped butter not what I expected a “ do it yourself breakfast “ Staff wonderful

Great place and fantastic service! There were about 12 of us for my sons birthday so we were very chaotic but the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Even on a busy Sunday afternoon the owner took time to speak with us and ensure we were having a good time. The food is delicious and presented beautifully.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our party of 4 consisted of 2 vegans, 2 omnivores and 1 dog. The vegan menu was exceptionally versatile. The food was delicious and well presented and the dog enjoyed her treat. We could not fault the restaurant and look forward to our next visit.

Popped in for a quick filling breakfast before going to Hampton Court Palace. Our server was lovely and really made us feel welcome, coffee, juice and food was served quickly and was all delicious, and they were more than happy to accommodate food preferences. I was impressed by the menu and how much choice there was. Please do give this place a try!

I was in a rush, but the staff were so accommodating and got me in and out in 25 mins after a full meal. Lovely food, lovely decor. Will be back !

Does Teddington need another cafe/restaurant? Having now been three times already the answer is a resounding yes. Lovely owner, delightful staff and exceptional food! They even supplied a Puppuccino for our dog. Highly recommended! Just go - you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. No only was the food great but so was the service. I ordered a main course salad and it was delicious. The portion was also very good. The staff were very nice and polite and nothing was too much. Living in Teddington, I hope to come here often.

Wide menu including freshly cooked brunch, salads and lunches. Lots of healthy options, a good vegetarian selection and super friendly staff. It's dog friendly too. Really impressed.

There was a large group of 8 of us and we had not booked. The staff could not be more accommodating and moved some tables around so we could sit together. The breakfast choices were fab and they were happy to make alterations or additions...
