Marco's Italian Takeway in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Have ordered from here several times and not been let down once. Delivery does take some time but considering we're the other side of a mountain and the food is still hot and fresh upon arrival, I'm not complaining. Will continue to order from here and hopefully visit in person in the not to distant future.

We placed a order of salmon and prawn pasta, bruschetta and garlic mushrooms. By far the pasta dish was our favourite! It was creamy, tasty and generous amounts of salmon and prawns. We also had a slice of the Jaffa cake - unbelievable!! A little gem right on the high street and would definitely order from here again!

I had takeaway when this restaurant first opened and i found the pizza was one of best pizza iv had nice fresh dough could tell it freshly made . Few weeks later we had another takeaway same order chips were horrible oil needed changing in fyer. Pizza waz terrible and wasnt fresh dough. Looked like dough was made few days ago! Best thing was their home made garlic dip. We was very disappointed and especially when ur paying over £30 odd pound for a meal i dont mind paying that for a nice takeaway but it wasnt great so after that experience we wont be returning. We didnt complain on the night but wish we did now. However looking at photos on your Facebook ur pizza dough still doesnt look fresh on the day dough

Great food, fast delivery, fantastic service.

Food took over an hour to arrive and it was tasteless. Couldnt eat it and ended up throwing it away

Delivered Late and food luke warm !

Chips were dry, not very hot and tasted like they were microwaved, very little tuna and pineapple added for £1.10 per each added extra, and took 15 mins longer than the longest estimated time sent by just eat. I also tried to use a 20% discount code advertised with voucher cloud. But it wasnt discounted which was disappointing. Its a shame cos ive had good dealings with them in previous orders. Might try something different next time

use these guys more than anyone else in the town.. NEVER been disappointed , with either the quality and the quantity 10/10 one of eveshams best take-away delivery services

Hot tasty food, delivered well before time stated, driver polite and curteous and would order from there again.

Express delivery, meat little dry

Delivery was over an hour late. First order last week was 5 minutes late which is acceptable but this week over an hour wait with no communication from restaurant until I tang up after 30 mins of order being late. Very unhappy with the service offered and will not be using them again.

Very late!!!!! nobody answered the phone, and when it did eventually get here the delivery driver was rude

I though my food would be better this time as last week the lamb was burnt but no it was burnt again for the chicken and lamb kebab I will however not order this again it cost me £13.00 for two kebabs that we couldn't eat and to me that's a waste of money and food

Quite possibly the worst takeaway food I've ever encountered. Human rights laws protect guests at HMP establishments from being served such inedible fayre, yet it cost me the best part of £13 to purchase it on Just Eat. The food was laced with cucumber, despite my request for no cucumber. The bread was stale, the meat was rubbery. Absolutely dreadful.

Excellent food as always and delivered in double quick time.

The meal came at 6.15pm which was 35 mins before the expected time. We weren't quite ready.?

Meal was meant to come at 7 arrived 15 minutes after ordering (6:20) pizza was fine but got my burger order wrong and delivery man was rude 👎🏻

hi my order was not what i ordered the bbq pizza came as garlic bread as it was for my son when he finished work at 2am didnt relize until the next day

Not impressed that even ordering a meal at 5pm for delivery at 7.30pm they still add 30 minutes to the delivery time

wanted us to pay more for delivery when he got to our house. wanted an extra £2 on top of the £1 already quoted by just eat. He did eventually say it was ok after realising i was a regular just annoying as food for cold while i was sorting out on the phone then the driver then sorting it all out. food was amazing! like always.. i will just order direct next time.

Completly disgusting , we had a text at 3.43 to say they have left we didn't get our food untill 4.40, we live 10 mins away, the food was cold when arrived , no apology at all, wrong sauce on the kebab, and over charged by £2

Hour twenty to deliver. Garlic bread was stone cold. However kebab was very good.

Sent me cheesy garlic bread when I asked for plain. I'm allergic to cheese so not much use for me.

SF chicken was greasy AF. Curly fries were dry and hard. Ordered at 19.15 arrived 20.35 Garlic bread was good though. Last time I'm ordering from here.

Pizza was way over burnt. Couldn't eat much as it was so burnt and tasteless.

Just some advise, tell your drivers to turn there music down when delivering, children are asleep at the time I ordered

Food always good and always arrives. Despite ordering from here fairly regularly the drivers still can't find the place without a song and dance on the phone. That is my only complaint. The food is always wonderful. I would highly recommend this.

Ordered at 7.10 said estimated time of delivery was 8.05. Rang at 8.25 they said driver left 10mins ago. Food arived at 8.40. No apology nothing. Not impressed

Placed an order for later the same evening as a small group of friends was coming over to watch the football. Was informed by email it would take an extra 20 - 30 minutes later than booked due to being exceptionally busy. Absolutely fine. However the order arrived almost immediately after placing the order, and nowhere near the time requested. Explained the situation to delivery man who instructed us to take the order as it had already been paid for. Immediately after taking the order we phoned Marcos. Marcos apologised for the wrong doing, admitted mistakes had been made their end and informed me the order would be sent again, at the correct time. At the correct time the delivery man returned. And requested the previous order be returned to him before the fresh order was passed on! Now admittedly, the previous order had now been nibbled on slightly ( and was cold ), so was no use to anyone. So the delivery man took the fresh order away. Unbelievable. How could a pizza company get something so simple, so wrong? And with such shocking customer service?

Chips were no good, order wrong complained but got no where, they must have had an off night :-(

Jojos tasted like they had been sat for a while before being served, pizza need more tomato purée on but the bacon cheese burger was delicious because the bacon was nice and thick!

Food on time, forgot sauce I ordered. Delivery driver rude left b4 I checked order and no change offered. Disappointed!!

Good was good but was cold..most likely to do with me living in a village but waited for under 2 hours...called them after 1 hour asking if and it hasn't left by my understanding..

I like it all, my only downside is that there is no dessert options.

Still waiting and I asked for 6 they emailed me saying 6.30 and it's now 6.56 and it's still not here iv phoned they told me it's on its way they must live miles away not good

1/4 cheeseburger no salad with mayo it was covered in mayo way way to much you couldn't even hold it properly it was pouring out and has for delivery I asked for a certain time so my husband would just be home and they never pay attention to the time you ask for

Food was lovely & very reasonably priced. However, slightly upset & intimidated by the delivery driver who had a moan at me because I apparently gave him the wrong post code (I didn't & left instructions & 2 phone numbers!).

First time using Marcos. Brilliant food but 10 minutes overdue.

Was a little late than the time given but it is a popular place so I'm guessing they were busy. Food is always good from there I was so happy when they joined Just Eat !
