Mantra Dining in Hounslow

My local restaurant for dinner and for takeaway. Their food quality and taste is very good. Do try all their kebabs, and different tandoor breads. The dal and veggie dishes are very good. So is a dish called gobi chilli. Fish and lamb mains are average. Overall a good restaurant for hounslow standards. Definitely worth a visit!

The food was amazing in this place however I think because my sister got a groupon deal we were treated quite badly. We couldn't even dance as our deal wasn't in that package. I would normally come again but the guy who was serving us was just so rude.

Nice and spicy food. Great service and hospitality. Lounge atmosphere. A lot of visitors and it seemed as if everyone enjoyed themselves.

We visited here last night for my dads 60th Birthday. I came in a month prior to make the booking and explained that it was a special occasion and that we expected service to be great on the night. However, as we arrived, the restaurant had a very flat ambience with no music playing and we ate our starters in silence. After many times of asking to put some music on, someone eventually turned it on because I had to get up and go to the back myself! As the night went on, the service was very slow. They didn’t bring out any chutneys with our starters and we had to ask several times. The drinks on the table were running low and they didn’t fill up our jugs of water or ask if we needed any more soft drinks. This is a minimum expectation of service when dining out. When we ordered the mains, some of the dishes were cold and we asked for them to go back. We asked for more naan which took about 10-15mins to bring out, by this time we had eaten our way through the main course and it became very frustrating. They didn’t clear any of our empty glasses and plates and the table became very full and congested. Again, not the service I’d expect. The staff were very clumsy and not attentive as they just walked past without checking to see if we were okay. The most disappointing part of it all was towards the end of the night when we wanted to bring out the birthday cake for my dad. The main waiter in charge rudely told me that he will not bring out the cake lit up for him because “it is not a 5* hotel” he told us that he will bring out the cake and we had to light it ourself. Again, this put a downer on our night as it was a special occasion and I thought they would’ve make an effort to make it a memorable night for my dad. We ended up lighting the cake ourselves which is not something I’d expect from a restaurant as most restaurants do this as part of the service. If we had known, we would’ve just left the cake at home but again nobody pointed this out to us. I’d definitely not recommend this place to anyone as the service and the attitude of the staff were awful. I won’t be coming back again.

We went there after finding it on Tastecard which offer 241 for 6 ppl. Food was very authentic and ambience was also very nice. It was not crowded as we went on a working day. Service was nice. Aloo tikki chaat was very delicious. I highly recommend Mantra Lounge.

Mantra Lounge was a very good restaurant with good service and nice atmosphere to take family and friends, it has a great mirrored room with party hall at the back, they can host different private parties in separate halls. Must try Gobi honey sessami chilli was delicious also try Paneer tikka lababdar I highly recommend Mantra Lounge

We had visited mantra lounge for a baby shower event on Sunday and since it was afternoon he said we can use the restaurant for event. One of our guest could not come at the last moment so we asked to parcel for which I paid, they gave only rice and dal for which they charged 24 pounds. The guest number was 9 but I was charged for 12 people and even the Deserts was not served.

Quite ornate interiors, good food and friendly service. We stopped for dinner 🍽 as part of the itinerary set by the tour company.

HORRIBLE experience ! Spoiled my evening.It was weekday , BE PREPARED getting INSULTED. RUDEST staff I have ever seen ! No RESPECT for Customers!! I went with my family n kids on our anniversary. We sat on table of 4, but it very wobbly . I decided to change the table . Whole restaurant was empty ( I assume, as it was weekday ) . So I requested to sit on next table which my kids already choose to sit . It was table of 6 . Manager made big fuss for 15 min with me to not to take it . And warned me that he may come and ask me to get up if more guest come . There is ABSOLUTELY no logical rational reason for him to say that . LITERALLY WHOLE restaurant was empty! He started argue that if , HYPOTHETICALLY in next 10 min his restaurant floods with costumers!! I mean get real Man ! Its weekday,It’s a big restaurant, it can take atlest 60 or more people at a time .But he kept arguing. I heard people saying in business, CUSTOMER is GOD , or CUSTOMER is always right . But seems this Manager seems from different world . ABSOLUTELY RUDEST I have ever seen . No sense of respect . When my husband tried to cool down he even didn’t apologise. My kids were very hungery and it was getting late so we stayed there but otherwise I wld have left that place . NEVER go there . If u go , BE PREPARED to be INSULTED anytime for Small Trivial thing ! I am looking if I can complain further about him . Very RUDE. And He SHOULD NOT BE WITH CUSTOMERS servicing them!! 😡😡 There is no negative, if there I wld have give -100. 1

This is a nice Indian restaurant. Food is fine but its the quality of the staff that shines through. So friendly and helpful. Credit to the place. Thanks guys......

I went for friends birthday party to this restaurant for first time ever and for sure it will be last time? It is very filthy restaurant from floor to ceiling from tables to toilets, Hygiene rating -5. Mikaeel

I was pleased with the food and service provided by staff all family and friends really enjoyed the party. Only thing there should have been one more person behind the bar as service was very slow and bar closed at 11.45pm but party continued till 1.20 pm so was a bit disappointed with that as I felt it should have remained open till the end.

Been going to mantra for 11 years or so. Went yesterday after a 2 year absence (we'd moved away) - what a mess! It's gone totally downhill. Tatty drinks list. Menu that no longer offers a description of what each dish actually consists of. Appalling service from staff who seem clueless. They were changing the wines as of this week so were serving a foul red, and the nastiest Echo Falls cheap dark rosé you can imagine. The food wasn't a patch on where it was, the once-incredible gobi dish now very average. The spinach that was the best of any I've had in Mayfair was bland. Oh - and the once cool & funky toilets were just dark & weird (and my toilet had no seat on it). We won't be going back. Such a shame.

Attended a surprise 50th birthday party st this venue and was shocked that arrival drinks was a small prosecco in a PLASTIC cup!!!! What were the owners thinking off !! Starters was nothing to write home about except the lovely tandoori fish . We were there till 11pm and still no sign of main dinner. Even as we left , there were no customers in the main restaurant area, so no surprise there !! Disappointed and definitely one place to avoid !!

One of the best Indian restaurant along with a party hall. They run different events on a weekly basis.

Today I visit to mantra lounge (Hounslow ) with my family and we have v good experience. Food is amazing , staff is very welcoming nd helpful they explain each and everything whatever we ask them I highly recommend if you want enjoy your day with your family

Went here last week with some friends and was appalled with the hygiene. Men’s toilets leaking and smelled of urine. Urine everywhere and after complaining nothing done. Food grease under tables and on chairs. Placed hasn’t been cleaned and amazed how it’s still legally opened. Food over cooked and staff didn’t understand a word of what we said. Manager hung at bar rather than sing much. Total joke

Since we had a big group, they arranged an Indian buffet dinner for us. The foods were delicious, service was good. Overall satisfactory.

We went to Mantra Lounge with friends who were overnighting at a Heathrow Hotel en route home. It was a good choice for an interesting meal, but the same time a place where we could have a good chat. There were a number of interesting, but to us, unusual dishes on the menu, which were thoroughly enjoyed. As some of our friends were vegetarian the menu suited them well. It was a bit quiet, but it was a Monday evening, so I would expect it to be rather lively on a Friday.

Was a regular patron but avoided coming due to rude staff experience i had last year. Came to the restaurant in may 2018 on friends birthday invitation hence had no option other than visit.

Went for dinner with my Family. Great food specially chic tikka, lamb curry and the most amazing thing was the hot towels after the food. We all enjoyed... Thks to the manager Deepak for the great service

great experience overall. wonderful food with some unusual items on the menu (eg., crispy squid with plantain). we ordered 2 small plates, 2 curries, 1 naan, 1 kulcha, 1 biryani, 1 dessert & 2 bottles of sparkling water for just under £60. the portions were just right for us to sample different dishes & have leftovers. the decor is over the top (mirrors everywhere), & the restaurant is kid-friendly. two reasons i didn't rate mantra higher: 1.) slow (but very friendly) service (both in getting menus & from the kitchen) &, 2.) the women's bathroom was a hot mess. we would totally go back, though, because the food was fantastic.

Went to Mantra Lounge last weekend. Food was excellent and the service was great. We had a great time. Would surely visit them again and recommend others to visit this restaurant.

If you love fish try the Amritsari Fish. Delicious!, Not the usual big chunks of fish in an oily marinade. This one is lightly battered and the spices enhance the fish rather than over powering it. Loved it!

Group of friends went to Mantra to celebrate a special friend's birthday. We received superb customer service from Vinnie. All the staff were very inventive and no request from us was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the portions were more the ample.We had opted for the £25 set menu. We really were made to feel special. Definatly recommend for special celebrations. ♥️

I visited the restaurant with my friend, the food was not what it use to be, service was awful won't go back, portions way to small paid £60 for 2 people only had 1 soft drink.

The portions of everything were tiny. We could not even share the main curries between us as as there were only 3 tiny potatoes in the potato curry drowned in sauce and the same with the kofta curry. We had to literally dig around to find the pieces.

We booked the area in the restaurant for a birthday party. The starters were nice but the portions were tiny for what you are paying.

Fuimos allí para una gran cena familiar, el servicio era bueno y la comida era increíble! Pedimos unos 10 platos de entrantes y estaba bastante lleno de eso. Sin duda recomiendo el pollo y platos de paneer. Después de un tiempo nos pidió unos 3 - 4 platos para la cena. Daal makhni, pollo a la mantequilla y molonas eran increíbles.

Restaurante genial, con una fantástica decoración de interior. El personal era muy servicial y los cócteles eran geniales. El menú consistía en una experiencia de cena fina y lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Estamos ansiosos por asistir a este restaurante de nuevo.

This is a hidden gem....beautiful decor inside, foods delicious, 'amritsari machi' was just delicious...Vinit, the manager, is great, very helpful, music was great too...defo will be holding parties there

I gave the one star just for the quality of food which was excellent. But overall was a let down. Quantity was very less for the price. Racist behavior observed of the manager. No greeting on entry or exit. Had to ask for change of plate for a different dish.Service is Just for special customers i guess. Understandable if more price for less quantity but there should be no compromise on service specially if there are only 2 tables. The manager seems to have an ego problem. I dint like his behavior at all. There are places where u could pay less for that quantity and also a great service. Never going there again.

It's a hidden gem . The quality of the food is outstanding accompanied by the extravagant decor. It's just an absolutely wonderful place to dine.

Where do I begin, I am speechless. I booked the banqueting hall for my husbands surprise 40th birthday celebration on the weekend. From the word go, the Mantra team were fully supportive and fantastic in ensuring everything went according to plan. The food was delicious, the entire staff were attentive, the chefs were superb, our floor team serving food were on point, our dedicated bartender was great and the Dj catered for our music needs. All 75 of our guests complimented on how amazing our event was and how delicious the food was. I would most definitely recommend Mantra for every event whether big or small. The venue is really classy and beautiful. Thank you to the entire team. A special mention to the management team Vinit. You did an amazing job and ensured our surprise event went smoothly. You guys are the best!!! Thank you

We had my dads 75th Birthday here last year and had a great time with the set menu.This weekend we celebrated my brother's 50th and it was fantastic.The waiters were lovely the service was attentive but not over the top.We feel it is the best indian we had outside our own kitchen. It was nicely spiced so you could taste the different flavours. Many restaurants nowadays make the food so hot that you cant really taste anything!They also some very unique dishes which were extremely tasty ie the crab as starter was just fabulous. The rota made with gram flour (as I am a keen healthy eater) and this is sometimes difficult with Indian food. We also had a curry which was divine (lamb and mince together). They did not use too much oil either.They have a lovely back section for small parties. There was one going on when we were there and this did not disturb us at all as we still had a great quiet celebration.Give it a try your wont be disappointed:)

They need to work on their main course. Not at all authentic indian food. Although love the starters offered by them.

I booked Mantra for my husbands surprise birthday and OMG did we have an amazing time. I booked the private room at the back (the venue) and it was brilliant. Nothing was too much for the manager Vinit. He was so accommodating and made sure that my booking experience was stress free and also that the night ran smoothly. My guests had such a fun and enjoyable night and it was definitely a night to remember. The food was amazing, I especially recommend the vegetable tempura and the ambarsari macchi for starters. For mains the lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, daal makani, kofthe were so yummy. If you are thinking of booking Mantra for a private party, I highly recommend it. It met more than my expectations and my husband and guests had such a great time that I can't wait to go visit Mantra again. Thank you so much Vinit and to your whole team who made my husbands birthday so special. I can't thank you enough. I'm looking forward to visiting Mantra again very soon. We visited Mantra Dining after parking off street on Maitland Close. We were very happy to see a giant potrait of Shivaji Maharaj in the reception area. Food had an authentic punjabi taste. Ambience was superb with 2 different areas for dining. Prices were reasonable. Staff were courteous too. They also also have a large party area at the back. Will definitely go back!

I was there with family..It was a latge group.. a birthday partyOverall all good.. but the food was slow until we complained. After that it was ok.Mains course one dish was presented after half of gues had their foodSo 3/5Food taste quality is good.

My thanks go to Sumit who is the manager and his wonderful welcoming staff. We have eaten at Mantra a few times now and we have great memories. Recently we enjoyed the 1st birthday party of our daughter there. We had an amazing time. The party hall was so comfortable, the food as always was absolutely spectacular and flavourful from preparation to presentation, very pleased with perfect service on top. Looking forward to do our future parties there. What a great place!

The food here is really good and you get lots of it. That's where the compliments end. There is more atmosphere on Mars than in this place. The floor is filthy & broken (see pics) The bar service is sooooo slow, and only serve small bottles of drinks. Serving staff are really pleasant though.

It used to be one of my fave restaurants in london, not anymore. Not sure if the chefs are changed.Offlate the dishes are really lacking flavour. Very pricey but poor taste.Have decided not to go there anymore.

Booked a party for my wife, about 50 people this buisness could not handle the pressure poor waiting staff, was promised bar staff and a so called resident dj both flopped. Brang my own cake and left it over night went to collect the next day they said it had been thrown then they managed to give me 2 slices so they gave it to their staff very poor. Manager is miss leading did not keep his end of the bargain. I would not recommend this place at all.small portions for the price and I can make a better butter chicken then they do.trying to be something they are not. Very very poor should turn it into pub.

Mantra is one of the best restaurants I have had indian food at in London. Situated near Heathrow airport and an hour from central London, it is a good place for occasional visits. They serve authentic indan food, nearly as good as that served in India.

Went to Mantra with a group of friends. Service is terrible - tables not cleared, waiters disappearing and poor interaction with customers. Food was ok. Apart from the black dhal, the sauce for the koftas and chicken seemed to be the same. Portions sizes are small considering the prices charged. The menu is also quite limited in the dishes offered. Have to say that the chicken starter was nice. We all enjoyed that. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Really need to think of improving their customer service skills

We have been to Mantra couple of years before and it was great restaurant in 2014 but now it's under new management and it looks like mini Punjab with all turban guys making lots of noise shouting at each other while we was having dinner in restaurant.We ordered lamb chops and chicken tikka in starters, the meat was not cooked properly also was not halal as described. Service was horrible and staff was not knowledgeable at all about drinks and wines even the bartender didn't had a clue of which wine is medium dry or semi dry. Rubbish restaurant I have ever visited!!!

I was not impressed with the food. We had ordered Butter chicken and while the gravy was quite right, it seemed that the pieces of chicken in the gravy were not cooked well. The black dal was good. Service was quite ordinary - they took a long time to take down the order but once the order was placed, the service was prompt. Overall, nothing to write home about. They need to fix the cooking quality first.

Went to Mantra for the first time for birthday celebtraion.Choose Hounslow as midweek and did not want to go too far,so was worried that it might not be any good,BUT we were pleasantly surprised.Modern contemporary decor/good atmosphere/comfortable seating.The staff were very polite and made us feel at ease straight away.they did not rush us at all.We wanted to order Mogo for starters but it sounded bland,however the main meal was delicious.Would recommend this restaurant.Good experience and would definetly go back.

This is a nice place.. starters was ok. Mains not great. Dishes tasted the same. Service... room for improvement.. ordered tap water. . But was served bottle water at £2.95. Place is too bright.. turn the lights down.. and staff please be tentative to your customers

Been to the Restaurant for a weekend dinning with the friends. The food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable. Would come back at anytime given a chance as I live very far from this place.

Just decided to pop out for a meal. Decided on Mantra as we had not been for a few years. Now I know why. Very noisy. Service is excellent, however food is very average for the high prices. Very disappointed with Makai Kofta. They were made with nearly all potatoes with about 2 to 3 sweet corn bits. They should name the dusk potato kofta. Will not be visiting again for a few more years.

I booked a table for my husband's 35th birthday party and its on sat but they just called me to cancel booking coz they had to book for a private party.. It's not good. I had like 17 ppl for the party. I'm not happy at all.. It's very unprofessional. Worst ever. WORST

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The service was great even though there was a party and it was really busy; the staff managed which was applaudable. The food was great too and really delicious, I will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend this to all my friends and I may also celebrate my birthday here.

One of the worst food I had in my life for first time in my life in London of 6 years stay. Went with my friends and order for chilli panner which was. A disaster had to find out panner from chilly so asked about the dish to waiter he replied if you want to eat you can

I booked a party for my girlfriend for Saturday night everything was setup it was for 15 people but day before party they got booking for 60 people they just let us down and called us that we can't do ur party which is totally horrible so they have no care for their coustmers they can let you down anytime so don't go there Thanks

I came here for a surprise party. Didn't know what to think as the outside wasn't so inviting. ...but never judge by first appearances. The inside was amazing. Couldn't have imagined how classy this place was. It's a great place to have a family gathering as they have a generous size room at the back with a bar. The food was absolutely amazing. The flavours were totally exquisite. Each chicken starter tasted so different from the other....as usually in resturants there isn't much difference from one dish to another. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming here and try I again.

the food in this place is yummy..and the ambience is good too..the choice of mocktails is excelient..i went there with freineds and family ,had a gr8 time.

Both food and service was excellent. There is a marked improvement in the food quality since I last visited this restaurant.it is a fine dining restaurant for good indian food and does justice to the same.

Ambience of this restaurant is something special. They have a banquet hall which can be booked for any special occasions. They have a good bar and reasonably sized dining area. We were given a set menu as we came in group of 18. The starters were really good especially the wasabi prawns. I wasnt very impressed by the main course especially chicken biriyani as the quantity was too less and taste wasnt that great either.They dont have a variety menu and this is something which might put you off. So check their website before deciding to dine in.

This was way above average! Far from your average UK Indian restaurant. The decor is modern, the staff friendly and attentive and the food superb. We found it by chance and will be recommending it to friends who are overnighting at Heathrow. For the quality it was not expensive.

I always wanted to try here and we all friends visit this restaurant. Drinks was late. We wait a long time. Food was tasteless. Very expensive for the area. When we come out the staff bring bin bags and dumping in front of the restaurant on foot path which look like we are in some where in India. Never never again. Very poor.

Posh looking inside. Nice treat for your girlfriend on a romantic dinner but always reserve as remover it's an Indian restaurant so you will always end with loud people round. Went there for a meal last Wednesday -was not really impressed with the quality of food served. The chicken in the starter was very dry and had minimal flavour, the meat in the main course was dry again and not at all soft. I had visited them a couple of years back and the food back then was awesome, really disappointed this time around - will not visit again.

We have been to Mantra a few times before and it has been satisfactory, but the dinner last night was very disappointing for us. 1) A sticky unwashed plate was brought for a main course for one of my friends 2) More than half of the desserts on the menu were not available. 3) The waiter argued with us for a good 5 mins telling us he cannot get three cups of tea - which is pretty basic to make. 4) It later turns out from a different waiter that some of the desserts that were initially "not-available" were available. 5) We ordered chocolate ice-cream. The waiter said "It will be either chocolate or vanilla ice-cream" AND FINALLY 6) When we had to pay the bill the waiter said that he can't accept split payments on multiple cards. He asked us to pay with one card and then workout amongst ourselves what the split is going to be. When pushed a little bit more on this, he decided that he will take the payment split between 5 cards - so what was the problem in the first place??!!!! Pure laziness?!!!What used to be a nice clean place, with great food, good service and good atmosphere, is now a mediocre restaurant with un-motivated staff pretty average food.

No welcome, as soon as i went in all the staff were running like eggless chicken.Waiter just sat me and left. Menu came after 15mins.Order was taken after 30mins.Ordered squid , nothing special.Not a good experience on what i heard.

Had a small get-together a few weeks ago. Having experience of the tasty food n service on a previous occasion,we thought of having a word with the manager. Deepak the manager with his entire team was very friendly,approachable and helpful.The food was awesome,the service was excellent and the entire setup was very professional and inviting.The overall experience was fabulous. Would visit there again n highly recommend anyone to try!!!

I was extremely impressed by the ambience set up in this restaurant which is all down to the lights and the sheer amount of mirrors. The decor is wonderful with lovely ornaments and crystal chandeliers. Even the tableware was exquisite and you could tell it was all to the highest quality.We went in the evening and it was surprisingly quiet so we got full attention from the waiters who continually checked to make sure everything was ok with the food, which it was. The food was really good and the portion sizes were pretty much perfect.If i am ever in the area again, i would definitely go back!

Hired the party venue for our daughters 5th birthday party. Very impressed by the decor, ambience, food but above all by the excellent service provided by the staff. Everything was just perfect. A big thank you to Deepak and his entire team. A special thank you to Eva, who was just very attentive to all our needs.. We will certainly be back for our next special occassion.

Went for an office party and had set menu. The place is huge and nice ambience. Also has a private party area at the back. The food here is pretty decent.Some dishes were obviously not very authentic Indian, but my English friends still liked it. Grill items maily Fish, Chicken and Seek Kebabs were very good. Curry items like Butter Chicken, Yellow Daal (Lentil) and Breads were quite good too.Overall a good family Dine In Option.The Bar was standard, decent but nothing extraordinary to mention.

Visited Mantra after a year and was left dissapointed. What was previously a restaurant that had made it's name thanks to its delicious food as well as decor is now solely relying on the flash interior, but even that is fading in places.Bizarely some of the items on the menu were in a language that bore little resemblance any Indian language that I knew. We called the waiter and he also said he doesn't know what some of the names of the dishes are but he did help with a description.No poppodums were offered. The food came and what a disappointment. Small portions but worse was to come. One of the dishes was distinctly 'off'. We were offered an alternative and an apology. We had previously raved about the food, but its not below mediocre. A sad decline.

Notch up - Glass and chandeliers make for a wonderful dining experience. Expensive but good food and service.

This was the first time we visited this restaurant and much to our horror and disbelief we were very much disgusted by the food. Not only was it minimal, the chicken smelt off, the food in general was not fresh, and seemed processed. Their was less meat to curry sauce ie: two or three pieces per pot. Most certainly not worth the £25 per person! Will most certainly not be coming to this restaurant ever again, not to mention the fact that we will not be recommending to friends and family. Aboslutley disgusted with the whole experience!!!!

We wanted a family meal and requested the restaurant for a large table to seat 14 including 2 wheelchair users. We also pre ordered our favourite dishes so that the atmosphere on the day was more of a family lunch as if we were at home. The staff and chef outdid themselves in making the whole experience extremely memorable. From start to finish some 2 hours later the staff could not do enough for us. Thank you ! We will certainly be back soon.

we celebrated our son's sixth birthday at this trendy restaurant located in hounslow...the interiors are very modern and chic.the restaurant has mood lighting however it was dimly lit to our liking..it has a nice ambience..the starters lamb chops, mutton seekh and a chicken house speciality tikka were all nice...in veg the aloo moti ki tikki was great...in the main course we ordered the murg makhani, nalli nihari and the khatti bhindi...the indian music being played in the background was awesome...we had the brilliant ice creams for dessert...service was courteous and prompt....great day to remember

We came over to the restaurant for my husbands birthday to dine in. We encountered a very bad experience. We had a table booking and the manager seem to be very disinterested in greeting us and asked us to wait for 5 mins. We assumed it will take him 5 mins to sort the table for us, finally made us wait for 15 mins and not bothered to update us about the table. When we approached him, he was not helpful. No complains about the food but hospitatility seems to be dropping. With this experience, I will never recommend anyone to this restaurant in future. My point is if you are not able to accommodate people then please don't take any reservations! I am extremely disappointed with the a ervice.

From start to finish this place is top notch. Decor is very trendy and there are mirrors, well lots of them. This place has spent a lot of money on the decor. Very surprised that an establishment of this nature normally fits the bill in central London but this is located in Hounslow. However the restaurant was nearly empty and I can only imagine this was due to how expensive this place can be The food is exquisite with full of different flavours. The dishes are beautifully executed with lots of style and colour. The Drink list is extensive with lots of choice. Service is very good too but it has to be when hardly any diners in there.

I have been going to Mantra regularly with family for 7 years now - we discovered it in 2007 and have never found a curry place in London to match it. Extraordinarily good food - I especially recommend the dal and the butter chicken, as well as any of the lamb dishes.

amazing food and very good ambience. The vegetarian food was the best. Especially Almond Arbee. I will definitely visit again and recommend also.

Went here for a friends hen meal, waiters were not that friendly although the girl was just not the men!! I ordered a drink & was bluntly told (you won't like it) which is fine but should of been said in another manner!! Starters were good but over priced as some were the same price as the mains!! Main we're ok average I had keema lamb which was quite heavy had much better in other places, it was served with a cheap looking burger bun which spoiled the whole look off it should of been homemade really. Was not enough main either for what you were paying. All well presented. The decor was a little tatty & tired I could see what they were going for but didn't live up to it to many mirrors & very uncomfortable chairs!! Toilets were probably nice once but no locking doors & no hand dryer or towels very bad!! Not very clean either!! They need to up there game if they want to keep there customers happy shame could be good. We did have a pleasant night & may go back with a group but not as a couple far better around.
