Manor Parc Hotel in Cardiff

Had a lovely afternoon tea for my daughters hen today. Food was very good. Staff so attentive and welcoming. Thank you.

This will be second time at the manor Parc Wonderful location and lovely hotel.. The staff are spot on

Sunday lunch with the family. Service is very over powering with too many staff on top of you when serving the table food. Very uncomfortable feeling. Food is bland. Baby potatoes hard , not enjoyable. Suggest pee's and mash! ( at a cost understandably) Roast potatoes very chewy and feel and taste like they've been finished off deep fat frier. Deserts bland with lack of texture and taste. Sadly its a not from the family .

Really enjoyed going here. Beautiful food and stunning grounds. X

Staff very good service very good

Visited today for a celebration of life event. Lovely setting, well presented. Service was good, food nice especially the freshly in cooked scones with jam and cream. Didn’t stay here or have dinner but will definitely revisit one day.

A lovely hotel, with friendly staff, good rooms and lovely food. Felt very at home here from the moment I parked up in the car park.

Lovely hotel. Clean and good decor. Very spacious rooms. No lift, to upper floors so may not be good for wheelchairs but there is disability parking and accessible entrance. Staff very attentive and courteous. Small bar serving bar snacks and a restaurant. Limited choice of food for vegetarians.

A brilliant hotel where one can enjoy comfort and service from bygone days. The staff are tremendous.

Was at Manor Park for my brother in laws funeral, no table was kept for immediate family, for the cost of the food it was disappointing to say the least, drinks were expensive and we thought the staff were not very professional. Would not use them again.

My daughter was married here on 25th May we had a wonderful day staff couldn't do enough for us food was amazing would highly recommend x

Got married here in 2019. It was wonderful. The venue is fantastic as well as the service and the food. Staff (Mario, Stuart or Vicky) has been incredible and they were so accommodating to my French family. We often come back for lunch and we are always fantastically received. Cannot recommend Manor Parc enough.

Went there for a wonderful wedding. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food excellent. A great day and very pleased for the beautiful couple.

My favourite place to visit when I come to see my family who live in Cardiff. The food is fantastic and the service is second to none. The staff are always considerate of my elderly parents, making it a special place to come. Thank you Manor Parc for always making it an enjoyable occasion.

I stayed at the Manor Parc for 2 nights. The food was unbelievable, beautiful rooms as well as being very clean. I will definitely be returning as the scenery/grounds is just spectacular. Service was 10/10, staff were lovely and very welcoming. As mentioned, I will be returning as soon as possible!!

Had a weekend break with my wife. Dinner service afternoon tea and hotel room was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better service from all staff and management would 100% recommend to anyone. Fantastic!!!

We had my mother's celebration of life here and it was wonderful. Good value for money and the staff were so kind and couldn't do enough for us. The food was excellent and the venue beautiful. I had taken my Mum here on several occasions for Sunday lunch and she always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It's a fabulous place and very welcoming.

The buffet was stale! I felt the staff couldn't wait for us to go! Standards have stopped dramatically from previously good experienced I've had at this establishment!

AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! Had to cancel a booking due to some extenuating circumstances and tried (in vain) to get some sort of reimbursement on my 1 room 1 night fee of £180 , but Vicky (who answered my call) wriggled like a snake around the stone cold "WE DONT REFUND" well I'm sure the bad review will cost you more than that. Foolish people and policies. Rude rude staff. UPDATE after sarcastic reply to my genuine review. Going by some of your other previous customer reviews (wish I had read before hand) The food is shocking, the prices are shocking , the cleanliness is also something to be desired.Customer services is non- existent ( just read some of the replies to customer reviews , immature and very unprofessional ) Maybe the hospitality sector is not for you.

Attended a celebration of life, after attending a funeral, lovely calm surroundings, lovely buffet and hot tea or coffee, polite friendly staff and so helpful, the room was large and very clean, the toilets were also clean and tidy

I've just spoken to the manager of the Manor Park who has got to be one of the rudest people I have spoken to. My father died last week and I'm trying to organise a wake. Many people at the wake are vegan including my mother he has just refused to offer half the buffet as vegan and told me I have. a vegan agenda! Disgusting behaviour, especially towards a recently bereaved person who is trying to organise a funeral. They get one star because they answered the phone. Other than that zero customer service!
