Great food I do think the Lamb portions are a bit small.

Stopped at this place with my wife for coffee and cake. Both items were OK. The place was clean enough. Despite reading some of the negative reviews we found this place OK.

I placed an order this evening for collection in my local branch in Leyton Bakers Arms. Upon collection I realised I selected Leyton Mills in error. However the Bakers Arms store kindly offered to remake my offer while I waited as I couldn’t get to the other store in a timely manner. They were very nice about my mistake and rectified it with no issues. The food tasted lovely for my Friday night treat. Thank you.

I am a 34 year old female who was made homeless due to due suffering from sevear domestic abuse. I never ask any one for favours and I never beg for anything. Despite being homeless I also do my best to care for my community. I went into this shop a few times this week due to the menus on the front window showing meals from £1.50 up to £2.50. The first time I was turned down and told that this menue is only available before 6pm upon double checking the menu I politely accepted what the man was telling me and walked away starving hungry and disopointed but also happy that they themselves had just confirmed that if I came back on another day before 6pm i would be served this affordable meal. So the following Wednesday with only £3.50 in my account and not having eaten in days! Today I walked in between the hours of 4pm and 5pm and ordered the meal advertised on the menus on the front window that i was told I would be served if I came back before 6pm. I ordered a £2.50 3 children wings, chips, and a drink meal deal along side the £1.50 pizza clearly advertised in the window which I was told I could order before 6pm and the man at the counter proceeded to shout at me that I could only get a 7inch pizza for £10 and the 3 wings and chips with out a drink for £5, then changed it saying that it's £1 to buy 3 wings separately and £1 for small chips. When I smiled back and said ok I will buy that he laughed at me and said that it's a kids meal and I politely explained that I was broke and homeless due to domestic abuse and hadn't eaten in days due to my benefits being messed up. This is when he just started shouting at me more saying I could not buy the meal for the advertised price and that it would be £5 for 3 wings and chips with out a drink. I felt so upset but kept calm and explained to him that this was false advertising and I had a right to buy it at the advertised price. Ultimately he gave me the whole advertised meal at the advertised price but not before baring me and telling me that they do not serve tramps. I should have just bought a bag of crisps and gone hungry as now I have food poisoning from the tiny portion of stale, cold food they served me and honestly I wouldn't serve it to a child or an animal. I might be homeless but it's through no fault of my own, I have no addictions and keep very clean. Knowone deserves to be treated in this way. It doesn't matter what your income or personal situation is every one deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Needless to say I have reported them to trading standard and food standards. I have been to hundreds of pizza hot 4 you restaurants in hundreds of different towns in Kent, London, and Leicestershire and this is by far the worst. If I could have rated this place 0 on everything I really would have. Someone needs to close them down. There's another shop just 2 stores down that are a tiny bit more expensive but have excellent service, and good food standards. I would strongly advice going there.
