Manchester Vegan Cafe & Wellbeing Centre in Manchester

I had the vegan breakfast which exceeded my expectations, although I felt the placement of a spring roll and falafel was quite random. It was the first time I tried tofu and it was extremely nice. Even the toast was spot on! For £6, it was good value for money, especially knowing I could eat everything in the cafe without having to worry. The smoothies were nice too, but were a bit more like juice since they weren’t as thick as a smoothie. I really enjoyed the vibe of the cafe as everyone was so friendly there, it really reminded me of a cafe I used to work at with its chill atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. They’re also on this fantastic app called ‘Too Good To Go’ which gives you the food a place has leftover at the end of the day at a reduced price so that it doesn’t go to waste! Definitely check it out if you want to save food from being wasted, or just fancy a surprise for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Had an amazing vegan breakfast! Probably up there with the best one I've had yet! And the team were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived in after being drenched in the rain! Was such a perfect atmosphere of chilled vibes and warmth - will visit next time I'm in Manchester for sure :)

The food here is delicious. The falafels and the daal in particular are spot-on. Portions are large and filling; it's great value, and the server was really friendly. Top class!

Two Aussie vegans living in the UK. First trip to Manchester and saw the reviews for this cafe. The protein lunch box was unbelievable for £8. The falafel, the Dahl, the tofu scramble, in addition to the pickled cabbage and mixed salads. A killer meal and worth the visit.

Popped in for a smoothie and ended up eating a full lunch at 11.20am!! Quirky, friendly and the food was superb....we'll be back!!!!

Worked my way through the whole menu and can honestly say it's my favourite vegan place in Manchester. Great home made food and drinks, decent portions and cheap enough too. The guy running it is the loveliest person, super friendly and welcoming all the time - genuinely love the place!

fallait le trouver ce resto, de suite j'ai été surpris par le bon accueil du staff, surtout que j'avais plus de batterie (on m'a aidé à chargé mon tel). On a pris 2 dahl lentilles, c'était top et copieux ! + boulettes falafels et 2 jus maisons (trop bon le vert dont j'ai oublié le nom). Si on avait eu plus de temps on aurait bien sûr tester le dessert, surtout que c'était très abordable pour Manchester, alors go go ! ;)

Looking for a vegan cafe we stumbled upon this place. The 3 of us had lunch and a drink all for £17. Very friendly staff and tasty fresh food. Definitely will go back. Good stuff!

Came here two days in a row, whilst i was in Manchester. Instantly feel healthier once i have eaten/ drank there. Super fresh and wonderfully priced. I got the breakfast wrap one day with a green machine smoothly and a hummus and salad wrap with another green machine smoothy the next. Me and my partner could have easily shared the wrap. Definitely recommend. Also hats off to the guy running it mostly on his own

Había leído reseñas positivas de este lugar como de un pequeño comedor familiar más que un restaurante. Muy tranquilo, sin música ni ruido, con una iluminación agradable y una comida muy sencilla. Es realmente un sitio para relajarse y descansar. Los dueños me recibieron como si me conocieran de toda la vida, y en seguida me sentí como en casa; incluso había una señora sentada en un sofá cerca del mostrador, con un perrito. La comida, totalmente vegana, es sencilla, como sopas de verduras, guisos, quiches... El ambiente era tan tranquilo que no sentía prisa en que sirvieran; la gente lo respetaba, hablaba bajo y no usaba los móviles. Vi que tras el comedor había un pequeño escenario, ya que también algunos fines de semana hacen obras de y actuaciones musicales de grupos locales. En fin, es un lugar ideal para tomar una comida deliciosa, y sentirse cómodo y desestresado. Lo recomiendo totalmente, y seguro que lo visitaré de nuevo cuando vuelva a Mánchester.

I don't often leave negative reviews but this place was really disappointing. I had the Thai red curry and was really looking forward but what I actually received did not resemble a Thai red curry at all. It was basically frozen rice (heated up in the microwave) topped with big chunks of al dente carrot, onion, and peppers, with an extremely thin watery red sauce of some kind? I don't know what it was, it looked a bit like a cheap sweet and sour sauce and it tasted vaguely spicy but was incredibly bland and did not taste of coconut, coriander, ginger, anything. It was a complete waste of money, even considering how cheap it was, and I could've done much better myself (which is no compliment to my very mediocre cooking).

Creative menu with some nice options but unfortunately my food tasted of nothing. I had the risotto and had to season it myself as it was completely bland. Like I said in my title, it was completely inoffensive and filling; it didn't taste bad it just had no flavour. Unfortunately had the chocolate cake and this was the same - the icing was delicious but the cake was just plain.

Sadly we didn’t get to try the food. We arrived at 10am(this is when it was supposed to open) waited and waited? Nothing. Phoned the number listed.... nothing!! Very disappointed at least try and open at the time listed.

staff who worked there were very friendly, however we could not avoid overhearing the bickering between staff and delivery drivers which took place in the front of house space. A bit of music in the background would have helped this and warmed the atmosphere. Ordered...

What a fabulous place for a visitor to Manchester to stumble upon! Friendly, fast and homely. Great coffee, quirky and fun atmosphere, and homemade goodies.

I used the to good to go app to try this cafe and I'm so glad I did. The cottage pie was lovely as was the 🍌 🍰 we received. The food tasted "clean" and I wouldn't think twice about going there again. Highly recommended.
