Forgot my can of coke but I’m not even angry. The food is still the best on just eat. The burger is was the size of a child’s head! Chips always crispy and the Mac cheese was awesome. Keep the coke and take as a small gratuity from me to your wonderful business. ❤️

Made me a veggie burger that's not even fully on the menu yet. Was probably the best vegetarian burger I've ever had, such unique ingredients that worked so well together and were clearly fresh and well prepped. Super reasonably priced as well, will definitely be back.

A solid burger option for takeaway or delivery. Proper burgers and buns, not just stuff that's been frozen / bought. Good choice of toppings. Incredibly satisfying food at pretty good value, too. I've only given 3 stars for service and atmosphere because you don't really expect too much on either front when collecting food.

1620h I started to get hungry and I couldn’t wait to order. I had the wings (amazing) and a burger the size of toddlers head (also amazing). Chips are crispy!!! (and amazing). Mac cheese is great side if you’re super hungry. 5⭐️ from me!

The burger was quite nice but could have done with some gerkin perhaps. Chips were totally over fried and took on a bit of a bitter taste. Decor and place inside seemed a bit smelly and run down, but as I said the burger was quite nice and really big. Don’t think I’d go back and only went because my usual place was closed because of staff issues.

Every thing was spot on. Chips were crispy. wings could have been done a little longer but were still amazing. Burger was tip top.

Very poor food to be honest, was cold. No taste and the chips was squashed. Not impressed.

Food was absolutely delicious, burgers were really tasty with great flavours. Chicken wings were banging and the cheesy spicy bites also delicious. Only reason there was 1 star off because the burgers could have been hotter, they were just a bit cold. Wouldn't stop me ordering again though!

Order was delivered with a bottle of juice that was out of date by almost 6 months

Sitting at the vets across the road at 14.15hrs on the 11/08/23 from this eating establishments and clearly saw a man looking out the window whilst smoking a cigarette! Disgusting considering this a food preparation place! Makes you wonder what other unsanitary things happen here! If they can’t obey general health and safety then they don’t deserve to be in business. Disgusting and illegal

Delivery was fast, driver was nice. My wife liked her cheeseburger. The Monkey Burger was just bizarre. The brie wedges were nice, but peanut butter and popcorn do not belong in a burger, especially in the way it was presented. I lift the burger, and the popcorn just falls out. If it was just the brie wedges on burger, I'd think it was nice. I remember they used to have a veggie burger called Barney's Carneval Burger. That was really nice. I wish they'd bring that back... So Man On Fire normally makes good burgers, just avoid their currently only option that's close enough to a Veggie Burger.

Rating: 5/10 Food: nice freshly cooked burgers! Nothing special, but still tasty. Fries were standard fair. Price: very reasonably priced. Other: decor was hilarious -- it was undergoing some renovations, but overall it has a homely feel. The claim of "Best burger in Edinburgh and Scotland" is a bit dubious, but it's worth a try.

we had order from there own site very slick, and they have a click and collect in 30 mins and when we arrived it was ready ,a small place that pack a punch with a delicious burger i had a carnage burger with sweet potato fries . the last time i had a burger that good was in Washington USA and the national BBQ ,my hubby had a top loader burger and it was delicious too. we will be back , the burger was huge and awesome flavour .

Delivery times from MoF are always long but it's comforting to know that's cause it's being cooked to order. Best burgers available for delivery to my address by far. The Mac and cheese is also excellent.

Very large portions. The burgers were very good. The patty was tasty and moist. The only thing I can crtisise is the Mac n Cheese which I found to have too strong a mustard flavour. This may be a personal choice however, the flavour is quite strong. All in all, a good meal.

Restaurant said originally it would take 65mins, by the time I placed the order it was good to take 95mins, it was then 40mins later than expected delivery time. Food was overall ok some parts like the brisket and pulled pork were excellent. While others like the wings and mac n cheese were disappointing. Everything was dry and slightly cold, real shame.

The beef burger was pretty good but the chicken one was disappointing to say the least, I don't know what type of chicken was that but it definitely wasn't a fresh chicken breast unless it was not fully cooked. The chicken one was a waste of money.

Enjoyed as always, it’s a shame the fries don’t seem to be home made, they can be a little over-crisp, but the burgers and macaroni cheese make up for it!

Food is great. Can’t fault it. More than twice the food has been at least 30 minutes early. Usually wouldn’t mind but my partner isn’t back in time from working on NHS front line, so it’s cold. Not like our average order is £10-£20..... it’s always £50-65. If preferred time is difficult for the business it’s shouldn’t be a option.

Absolutely amazing food 😃 Crispy chips, delicious burgers—my kids are quite lucky but polished off their dinners tonight! Food was even earlier than estimated and was piping hot, will definitely order from again.

Food was terrible overall. “Filthy fries” had hardly any pulled pork, no pork scratchings that I could see and the only cheese like substance was lying in the bottom of the tray. The “Hot Lips” burger tasted like smoke, hardly any chilli and no cheese. The wings were ok. £23 for this is terrible. I tried calling the place, answerphone, left a message over an hour ago, to try and sort it without leaving this review, no reply. Photos taken.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Can't fault a single thing with the order. The burgers were delicious and it was obvious they were handmade on the premises. Toppings were plentiful but not too much so it overruled the flavours, absolute perfection. I made the mistake of ordering macaroni too because I love it, had no room for that after the generous portions BUT I heated it up the next day in the oven and it was amazing! Thank you guys for your hard work and delicious food in these scary times. I look forward to ordering again.

I’ve been to Man on Fire a couple of times and the food is always good and fresh. I was in yesterday and just ordered the small cheese burger and chips. It was still very filling and I was amazed at the price. Very cheap for the amount of food I got.

Relatively limited menu on offer. Burgers were pretty big but could have done with a little more seasoning. Price point is fair for the amount of food you get, annoyingly fires are extra. Couldn’t see much in the way of seating and order was assumed as take out. Would probably visit again but wouldn’t go out of my way.
