Got the red & green thai curry. Tasted great, good value for money, & lady was friendly and bubbly when I called to sort out my address that was submitted wrong.

Comida ordenada el sábado pasado y ahora es martes. En pocas palabras, decidí intentarlo por un capricho y pedí el Pad Thai y las costillas, pero poco sabía, que esa sería una de las peores decisiones que he tomado. La comida me dio una intoxicación alimentaria que resultó en constantes viajes agonizantes al baño; incluso durante la mitad del sueño. Han pasado 3 días desde el incidente y los síntomas no muestran signos de detenerse. Desde entonces he presentado una queja a la FSA, así que espero que puedan hacer algo para controlar la calidad de la comida o, mejor aún, cerrar el maldito restaurante. Honestamente, si valoran su salud, ¡evítenlos!

1) pedir comida 2) llamó 1. 5 horas más tarde para avisar que no podían encontrar dirección (propiedad es de 12 años), conductor era aún en la dirección para llevar. 3) repite varias veces el código postal ---- utilizando Alfabeto Fonético de la OTAN. CHARLIE BRAVO/alfa/ 4) dio instrucciones a la casa de la carretera principal (el director era mirar un mapa en papel y claramente muy gruesas) 5) compañero se ofreció a recoger alimentos desde la carretera principal, a 5 minutos de distancia 6) Conductor conoció y fue primer cotizado 20 libras más de orden. Conductor sonó y la factura fue re-calculado a 10 libras más de precios en el menú indicado 7) Nos negamos a pagar. 8) Resulta que el conductor había sido dado un codigo postal inexistente, a pesar de la correcta siendo repetido más de 10 veces 9) que había pedido hablar con el gerente, que la señora" en el teléfono" dijo estaba ocupado para cocinar. . El conductor recomienda el director fue el que tomó el pedido. Me refiero a cómo gruesas no tienes que ser para no poder tomar un código postal? Cómo analfabeta o sordos tienen que ser? Duda incluso si la comida estaba realmente entregado yo habría sido la orden correcta. Este es un chiste de comida para llevar. No me pida desde aquí, ni aunque fuera gratis.

Ordered a takeaway at 7:45pm for delivery. Got a call nearly two hours later asking for address again. What followed was a ridiculous 20 minute conversation where the staff member repeatedly asked us for directions, stated they couldn't find the address on sat nav (few minutes walk from Grove Park station, 12 year old property, can be found on google maps) and ended with them saying they couldn't find it on a map so they wouldn't be delivering our order!! When we protested they said the food was ready but they couldn't deliver. We asked to speak to the manager but were told they were too busy. Staff member was dismissive and said there was nothing she could do. Absolutely shocking attitude and disgusting customer service. Don't order from here! Shocking. Update: Other half phoned restaurant back and offered to meet delivery driver at the train station to collect food. This was agreed upon but he then called us a short while later to say that the delivery driver was asking for £37 despite our order coming to £26!!! No offer of a discount after more than two hours of waiting and the massive inconvenience they had caused us....they actually tried to mug us off. Most shocking and disgusting service I have ever encountered. I hope this so called restaurant gets closed down, and with the way they treat their customers I'm sure it won't be long until they are.

Took our order and address, rang us two hours later asking where we are as they can't find us on the sat nav. Then told us they won't deliver food as we are not coming up on the sat nav -at this point we had been waiting two hours, food is ready and we are 1 minute away from a London station which they could find on the map. They were rude and argumentative - awful awful customer service and place. Manager refused to speak to us and the lady was extremely dismissive. Do not eat here - you have been warned.

I ordered a dish here which was really not great. Perhaps the proper cook wasn't on duty the night I went. However my visit was quite a while ago so perhaps they have improved since. I don't like writing harsh reviews but the food was not to my liking. I'm only one customer though, perhaps they were having an 'off' night. Sorry.

Good food and fast. Perfect for a grab on the way home kind of thing. If you are really nice, Alicia does substitute stuff for you (I'm a vegetarian). Love the sweetcorn cakes and the coconut rice! Total favourites. Pretty much my local takeaway. No frills so don't expect any.

This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering through Hungry House which I generally find to be good. Over the last few years Hungry House has helped serve some delicious meals. That came to an end today with Malai Thai Takeaway. The food took a long time to deliver and when it arrived it was stone cold. I called them up and was told that "it couldn't be cold" I asked for it to be replaced and their attitude was pretty much "Up yours mate!" and then "You can microwave it!" If I wanted a microwave ready meal I would have spent £2.50 at Tesco and got what I paid for. Probably because the food was cold it was very oily and tasteless with minuscule portion sizes. I got half way through it and had to throw it away. A very disappointing and expensive evening courtesy of these obnoxious people with their obnoxious service. Everyone gets things wrong sometimes. The test is how ready are they to correct it? In this case they will not correct it. Stay away and find a restaurant that cares about its customers.

Wir waren hier zweimal und haben jeweils Abendessen für die ganze Familie bestellt. Es schmeckte jedes Mal hervorragend - so original wie in Asien. Die Chefin kommt aus Malaysia und kocht malaysich und thailändisch. Für unsere Tochter fand sich etwas milderes, wir hatten etwas schärfere Gerichte - alles hervorragend bekömmlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Used to get takeaway from here for years and it used to be good. But it has gone down hill. The last 2 times the food has been extremely not fresh, like they just whack old food in the microwave and give it to the customers. Ordered 3 meals and it had arrived in 10 minutes, it should not take that quick to arrive. The food tasted really old. One of the meals had random different noodles in it like it was from a prior old meal. Don’t think they have any regard on the quality of their food or keeping customers.

Ordered a cross selection from the menu for a delivery. The food arrived and it was the worst Chinese meal we have ever ordered!!! The chicken curry was watery mire like a tasteless chicken soup! All the food from the egg fried rice to the house special noodle was just bland! Dry and tasteless, below is a picture of the chicken curry

Wow. Taste buds revived. AMAZING food. Green curry like I have never had before, yet it's a favourite I choose often. Try the Matoom platter, everything delicately delicious. The go-to place for vegan and gluten-free. Don't be fooled by the unassuming front. The space is also comfortable, and Van's service is warm and super friendly. Plus, as there is no booze licence, you can choose a bottle from Sainsbury's across the road, and save on the price of wine. This is the best value for money I have come across in years.

brilliant service and food. owner and staff were a delight, the food was very nice for the price given, all round family and homely feeling. would recommend it too anyone who can come.
