This restaurant is DISGUSTING - avoid at ALL COSTS. I submitted an order via THIEVES JustEats on April 30th, then the restaurant called me immediately and instructed ME to CANCEL the order because they will not fulfil it due to issues they have with JustEats - I told them to cancel it themselves since it's their call, they refused and the lady who called me was extremely rude and laughed and told me to CANCEL it myself and basically it's not her problem... more than 2 weeks now and still no refund! JustEats informed me today that they will NOT REFUND my £23.56 due to a customer cancellation policy they have in place. I am NOT going to let this lie. FRAUDULENT activity between this so called restaurant and those IMBECILES JustEats. I hope all of you go out of business soon! You obviously do NOT understand customer service. THIEVES! Scheiße!!!

Lovely and relaxing atmosphere. However the kid’s food was appalling. My kids ordered ravioli- it was like it came straight from an old tin. I couldn’t taste it myself. We were so disappointed.

Went there for dinner with friends. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxed. Great decor, and food was delicious! No photos - I was too busy enjoying eating it! Lovely service, too. We had a really enjoyable evening!

Great menu options, friendly service and nice atmosphere. A range of menu items from full dinner items through to pastries, sandwiches, salads and snacks. Drinks include hot drinks with alternatives to dairy milk (eg Oat) and cocktails

Me and my family enjoyed a fantastic lunch here today. The service was friendly, welcoming and efficient, and the food excellent quality and great value. The bill was presented with a plate of fruit sweets, which my children loved. Upon leaving, the owner wished us a happy Christmas and very kindly invited my children to take a couple of chocolates, which really made their day! A true, honest family run restaurant, who really care about the food and customer experience, and all at a fair price. A beautifully decorated brasserie/cafe located on a suburban corner plot. The menu and prices are clearly marked BUT the portions are pretty small and the coffee was good bit not great. The service charge was pretty steep. There are copious other places to choose in the area which are cheaper and serve larger portions.

Everything we asked for from the menu they didnt have!! I ordered a children's ravioli with Bolognese sauce. Food arrived absolutely awful tinned ravioli in tomato sauce at £6.95. Then asked for dessert didn't have that either. Tried to give place another chance would not recommend this place. Last time I was there they charged 12 percent service charge on every item we ordered this must be illegal? We did complain about the bill not good customer service.The young waitress was friendly and efficient but kept appolgising

The burger wasn’t bad, but meat was a little grey, too finely minced with no caramelisation on the outside. Aside from that, nice fresh salad leaves and tomato, nice pickles and bun.

Warm welcome from staff with smiles, courteous and service was excellent. Love it 😀 😍 ❤️

So happy I tried this place, ordered the burger and The Italian. Both were very good, the burger was better than any burger I have ordered from a take away that specialises in them! Also ordered a pain au chocolat which is a generous size and looks home made. Found a new favourite, will definitely order from here again

I went there today with a friend.The food just ok,we had Sirloin steak that could do with a bit more seasoning,but what was disappointing was the 12% service charge that the owner refused to remove.He got defensive about it and rude .Wont be back again.

Food was nice and fresh buy overpriced, 15quid for hamcheese toastie, chips and milkshake. Probably won't go again

I am amazed by the food, the staff, I had a ribeye steak seasoned perfectly cooked exactly as I asked my other half was amazed by his seafood spaghetti and the desserts were heavenly, can't wait to come back 😋

Place was empty. I sat down by the window and was asked to move as they wanted 4 people to sit by the window. Won't be going there again . What a terrible way to treat customers.

My wife used to eat here with a friend so happy to support this restaurant, food always nice and fast delivery. One suggestion for the owners - include an option to not have cutlery

Fairly long wait for food but it was worth waiting for. The beef was exceptionally good. Our young French waitress was charming.

Pierre and Sarah couldn't have made us more welcome. The Sunday roast was to die for. Meat so tender a knife wasn't needed and ample on the plate. The pecan pie and lemon tart were exquisite. Thank you for a lovely meal👍🍽️🍷

Nice place but had the chicken and it was so dry could not eat it. Told them it was dry and they did nothing about it. Will not be going back there.

Nice Sunday roast. Not over priced

Really lovely staff, great service and delicious food. Only drawback was the price of drinks and pastries, bit steep for 3 little macaroons which are similar size to those in the packets at the major super markets. Food was very lovely so will be coming back, just wasn’t expecting to pay £42 taking two under 10s for brunch and a couple of pastries to take home.

Went here today with my mum, 11am - empty tables everywhere- got told to leave as he’s fully booked!! - then could only stay if we had full Mothers Day Menu! Just wanted a cake n coffee! Owner was rude, arrogant and obviously thinks he’s running a Michelin star restaurant! It’s a cafe - no more! Won’t be visiting again!
