I placed a late night order through uber was supposed to get delivered at 2.25am they cancelled order on app at 2.20am even though on uber app it showed the driver was two minutes away, I was confused so rang the branch. The call was answered by a really rude man who was not helpful and just kept referring me to the app even though all I was asking had they sent a order out to my address at all he was really aggressive and rude told me he didn’t have time as he 20 orders to go out i was disgusted with his tone not professional at all will never order from this branch neither recommended anyone orders from this branch.

This used to be my go to place in my Uni days, but my god the food was really poor in my recent order. Items missing, food cold, fries soggy (this was not down to delivery time as the Uber eats driver delivered quick). The wings were the tiniest I've ever had.

Burgers here are absolutely amazing!! ESPECIALLY when it's paired up with their famous Mahmoods Burger Sauce!! My usually order if big dripper meal with a few single cheese burgers along with it.. abit pricey now with the single cheese burgers but you should bring back the promotion of 2 cheese burgers for a £1 but instead 2 for £2 or 2 for £3!!

To begin with the stuff was very very rude specially one young slim Asian girl who didn't want to communicate about my order at all. The food wasn't on standard takeaway meal and place didn't look clean at all as it used to be as my previous experience for going to this place for many years but from now I have stopped using them, and will not recommend to anyone when there's so many better takeaways around city!

Unreal food, also lost my wallet ran back 20 minutes to find it and bossman had it for me plus my SNUS. My first time in Leeds and this is the place to be!!!!

First of all they charge extra 10% on your bill for eat in. They don't even serve your food to table or nothing. not even show in your bill. Not even clean table. Very cold 🥶 inside. No heater. it's a dead atmosphere. chease burger was good. Desi pizza was full of cheese, not nice at all waste of money. too much cheese and no flavour, tasteless. Defo it's gone down.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of a Garlic Margarita pizza. The condition it was delivered in was absolutely disgusting – the cheese was oozing all over the box, making it completely inedible. There was literally nothing we could eat from it. I had attached pictures and requested a refund, but was never offered one. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would never order anything from here henceforth! 2 weeks into this, still nothing from the restaurant!! Not the kind of service customers look for!!

I ordered a pizza at 11:30 am from Uber Eats, and when it arrived I found hair in the pizza, and when I called the branch they told me to write my problem in the review and the employee's behavior was very very bad I do not recommend taking pizza from them because one cannot guarantee that it is of high quality as written .

Food in here is great, the staff were friendly to the children and handed out crayons to the kids. The burgers are a little small and still taste like they did from years ago, would recommend!

I ordered veggie wrap, chips and milkshake. Veggie wrap is damn yummy and fully loaded by sauces and veggie. I love oreo Milkshake its very chocolaty..sitting area is very clean and staff is so friendly,very fast service with fresh food. trust me guys visit this cafe.... damn sure u like it..I love to visit again for best food.

Absolutely horrendous food I got 2 pieces of chicken and chips and a Big dripper meal I’ve never seen anything as bad in my life I had to take it back to the counter and ask for it to be replaced and I’m not really fussy . He then changed the food for something that didn’t even resemble what we had ordered and unfortunately we had to both leave our food and walk out nearly £15 down and nothing to eat wish I had asked for my money back but didn’t want to complain for a second time even the pop I asked for wasn’t available 3 times 3 different ones not available ended up drinking water . I’ve had some bad meals over the years but this one was off the chart 😭

I am not joking. This is the worst fastdood I have ever visited. First of all it is not fast. I waited for my order for about 25 min. The stuff was so slow. Unbelievable slow. The place was dirty. No music, no sound at all. Looks like someone died. But to be honest, after their pizza me and my wife and I wanted to die. Pizza was full of tomato pure, and it was disgusting. Don't advise you to visit this place. Veeeeeery bad.

Located in close proximity to the universities, as well as Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College, Mahmoods has become a popular choice among students for fast food. I recommend planning your visit either before or after the school rush, as around 3 PM during term-time is when the restaurant can become quite busy and loud with schoolchildren. Personally, I'm a loyal fan of Mahmoods and always opt for the quarter pounder cheeseburger meal for takeout. Despite the common complaint about the burgers being perceived as too small by many, I find the size to be just perfect. Notably, Mahmoods offers specific promotions on designated days, such as Tuesdays, when you can 'go large' at no extra cost, receiving a meal with large fries and a large drink. On a positive note, I appreciate Mahmoods' principled decision to discontinue selling products from companies supporting or building factories in illegal Israeli settlements on stolen Palestinian land, including The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo. There are still plenty of alternative soft drink options available. While the food quality remains consistently good, my recent dining experience left much to be desired. During a visit with a friend, we ordered the quarter pounder cheeseburger meals and chose to dine in quickly before returning to university. Unfortunately, this proved to be my first and last time dining in Mahmoods. The food met expectations, but the seating area was disappointingly dirty, with fries scattered about. While I understand the high traffic from Sixth Form students, prompt cleaning by the staff once the students depart would greatly enhance the dining environment. The restroom added to the unpleasant experience, as it was in a deplorable state, prompting us to quickly leave and use the facilities at the University of Leeds. Consequently, I cannot recommend dining in the establishment, even though the takeout option remains a convenient, affordable, and tasty choice.

Got the family deal, and mixed up the burgers, but they all taste nasty like the same level as the local chip shops £3 burger meals but here they’re charging you £7 a meal. Chicken burger was promising taste wise, but then they served them cold, probably because they’re cooked in the morning and then sit in the steamed heating display till mid-day. State of the toilet was rotten, like the last time someone mopped them was like a month ago, toilet seat falling off and everything slimy and discoloured, come on fix up and sort it out

**updating my latest experience** Alright, so I ordered a feast from Uber Eats last night and it cost me a whopping £40. I even had to order twice because I forgot something the first time around. Ouch for my wallet, right? First up, the Big Dripper burgers. They were amazing, like a hug for your taste buds. The fries, though? Way too salty. It felt like I was eating a salt mine. For the little one, I got a fish finger meal. The kiddo loved it! But the fries were just as salty as the grown-up version. Seems like the chef had a heavy hand with the salt shaker. Now, let's talk about the tandoori pizza. Overcooked? Check. Too much cheese? Double check. Missing the extra chillies I paid 50p for? Triple check. It was a hot mess, but not in the spicy way I wanted. I also ordered two pots of burger sauce for 70p each. Guess what? Only one showed up. Maybe the other one's on a world tour or something. So, here I am, eating the leftover pizza and thinking, "Did I really just spend £40 on this?" I might give them another shot, but next time, I'm triple-checking my order.

Came down from Sheffield, was surprised by new staff, looked unapproachable but was a lovely lad, kept a steady convo and offered me to take a seat whilst I waited for food, my new go to food place

Burger was okay but member of staff needs to work on his customer service he seemed quite blunt and serious as if he clearly did not want to be there, was like this with the customers before me and even when serving me I asked for no onions, gherkins and ketchup and then he gave me a confused look as if I had said something that was abnormal.

Food is in good quality but unfortunately tonight there was a very impolite staff.He is so unfriendly person.

Food is usually bang on for late night food you can’t go wrong but i ordered on Uber and I wanted a couple sauces normally they give them free in store which is when I normally go but I rang them and I said can u give me a curry,burger and chilli please and absolutely shocking service he said no I can’t u have to order them a couple of sauces!!!!! Normally order from here as it’s what the kids want and they deliver fast. Only ever get cheeseburger so can’t say about anything else. They’re not always done too well but this time though it took the mick, got the order wrong and sent badly burnt burgers. Couldn’t give it to kids and ended up dealing with massive meltdowns. Really let down.

Food tastes amazing but that's when your full order arrives. Twice I've ordered off user eats and twice a piece of my order was missing. The first was a milkshake which I got refunded for but the second was a full pizza, the main part of the meal was missing.

Surprised me with how bad a restaurant can be… Tried the 6 crispy wings meal and their pizzas, The wings were so dry and hard with so little “chicken” that it felt that I got two spoons of chicken in those 6 wings (2 are me being generous with it) with their meh fries (so little) so basically I REALLY feel rubbed like I could get double the amount with WAY better quality from the neighbouring restaurants or even mac or Burger King - Fries: more than double Mac price but it’s bad - Pizza: WORST taste rubber cheese and premium price.. even 1£ pizzas are better - Nuggets: 5 here are the same prices as 20 in Mac but the quality is **** - wings: a little bone with skin and no meat and double the usual price
