I have never been so disappointed in my life when it comes to food, chief should know how to make a nan bread ( mate it shouldn’t snap it should tear), the tub you see in the picture is the water that ran of of 2 plates because they packed the rice while it was still warm, the chappati was crispier than popadoms and just as thin, honestly guys if you have ever eaten Indian food then avoid this place or it will put you off it, the curries 1 korma and 1 jalfrezi had 4 slices of chicken each and loads of sauce, no wonder it’s open after midnight because you would need to be blind drunk to eat out of it,

If you eating that and you enjoy .you must be absolutly mooron. Lowest quality of meat and sides..

I have popped into Madras a few times for something to eat after I've finished late at work and every time it has been outstanding. Quick efficient service, reasonable prices and delicious perfectly cooked food. The spicy meat feast pizza is a favourite of mine, but I have also had pakoras and curries and they have been lovely. Would highly recommend. Pretty surprised to see people leaving negative reviews.

ordered delivery 00:38 arrived at 02:00am order was for a large donner pizza, when it arrived it was cold, and I could hardly find any donner meat on it, all veg!

We placed an order by orderyoyo. We requested an refund as order was never sent. We have still not received a refund

said i was preggers and craving garmayo you DELIVERED and gave 3 tubs of garlic mayo and mushrooms drowning in it. However was upset as thought garlic mushrooms came breaded (my mistake) . Wings were DELICIOUS think i might be pregnant again cos they got me f*cked up x

Popped in for 2 curries, a pizza and pakora for the family. The food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and full of flavour. Didn’t have to wait long at all, 5* highly recommend and definitely will be back soon

We had a wonderful meal. First class service . Food was piping hot .Chicken tikka was so tasty and plentiful. Garlic nan was just fab. Thank you Madras we will be back for more.

Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala. Awful. Tastes like sht. I literally had to flush it down the toilet. Chicken was burnt and the"Masala" tasted rancid. I can buy better in the El Cheapo section at Iceland. Apart from the Burgers I would avoid this place. Plus you get nasty abusive delivery riders in there all the time.

I went into this takeaway with my partner for a meal for me and my partners son asked for a tray of donner meat and a tray of chicken donner and two chips. 1st point they said my partner never ordered two portions of chips so had to pay again for another portion of chips then we go home. 2nd point hair in my partners sons food and chicken had feathers on it as u can see in pictures also chicken was very slimly and under cooked.So tried to phone to see if they would resolve this but the manager kept saying I cooked in front of you and if you knew what a true chicken kebab was you would know it comes with skin and feathers and tried to say we never got charged extra for chips....I will never ever be eating out of this place again very rude and in denial.I would edvise anyone to check your order so you don't get over charged and check food on the premise's before leaving.

I pobably have well over a hundred reviews on trip as I regard myself as a seasoned diner having ate in the good, the bad and you guessed it. I have bypassed this place on many occasions for no other reason than it lacked appeal of any kind, however, my wife returning from a night out decided to surprise me with chicken pakora and a donner kebab. You will note from my many reviews I like my chicken fresh and not skelped stupid by reheating over and over again resulting in a hard blob resembling a cremated piece of unknown what, hard, rubber, non succulent the only time you would dare eat this guff is when you are ravenous and been out all night which I wasn't I won't waste readers time on describing the donner kebab, suffice to say I sampled it came to the conclusion of how can I honestly describe this without being unfair, result - absolute rubbish is best I can offer, I chucked it out for the birds, to my surprise they ate it, I wasn't as hungry as they were, best advised to avoid

To get something straight, this is the first bad review iv ever posted purely because of dissapointment. I have been using Madras for the past 11 years since i moved to Paisley, never used anywhere else cos i am fussy with food and they used to be excellent. For the first 9 years i highly recommended it to anyone. I think it changed ownership because the staff all changed and went from friendly and giving generous portions to not friendly and calling a couple of shreds a lettuce a salad. i ordered an extra salad to go with my munchy box. Watched him scrape a few dregs from an empty tray for my munchy box. 1 bit of tomatoe and cucumber and a pinch of lettuce for £7.50. No onions. Thats an extra u need to ask for. Asked for and was charged for an extra salad which always comes in a seperate box. When i was handed 1 box and asked about the extra salad i was told he added it to the box which was a straight up lie. I couldnt be bothered with the dispute I had less salad than a normal munchy box even after ordering extra. Just couldnt be bothered getting fresh supplies so bumped me. Might sound petty but spent a lot in there over the years and this is just 1 in a list thats made me decide to go elsewhere. Went right downhill. Avoid!!!

I have ordered twice from this takeaway and both times the driver has been very cheeky and rude towards me. The first time he didn’t follow the instructions I left on Just eat and caused arguments in front of my neighbours and their friends, then my last visit (24/09/18) the delivery driver got my order mixed up then when I hinted for an apology the driver said that I wasn’t to get it because I informed him that I couldn’t eat the dish he gave me first time as “he didn’t know” I have reported this to the restaurant but they have not given any response to the matter, I have now felt obligated to leave a bad review

Plenty of lovely food spoiled by the fact that Chicken tikka full meal was missing from Set Meal C Family Meal and there was also missing tubs of sauce. I received only 1 small tub of sauce for the whole order!

Pakora was lovley pizza was ok the sauce on the base was a bit wattery and i ordered a mixed pakora large that usually u get with a nan but it looked like they just gave a regular when i paid for large

Disappointed as I often order from Madras but pizza and donner meat was Luke warm. Chips were hot but stale. Had to heat everything up when it arrived before serving which defeats the purpose of NOT cooking lol

Disgusted with the lack of service and attitude of staff order came missing drinks and starter was cold just eat asked them to put it right and they said there was no way it could have arrived cold but they would rede liver the drinks I called Madras after this to check when missing items would arrive to be told that the had spoken to the driver and he definitely delivered them!!! Waited an hour and twenty minutes for the food to arrive. When it finally came the food was cold and pizza box bashed. The cans of juice were warmer than the food we ordered. I phoned to complain which was completely useless. Won't be ordering from here again. Absolute disappointment and waste of money.

I received my food tonight and to my shock discovered a dead fly in my food! I am completely disgusted and certainly won't be ordering from this take away again.

The delivery time was a little longer than stated but I do live quite far away and the traffic between paisley and renfrew at that time was awful. However when the food arrived it was piping hot and absolutely delicious as always. The driver was lovely and apologised for being a bit late. Overall, everything was great and I'll definitely be back!

DON'T EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Took nearly 2 hours to get delivered and food was covered in garlic sauce not what I asked for and meat was so dry big of a dogs dinner and cold.

Order was half hour late and cold, uneatable. Waste of a hard earned £30. Sauce of curry was watery and rice, meat and nan bread was super dry.

Came an hour too early,was cold and I said no DONNOR MEAT so you decided to add the meat. Last week was a lot better.
