Lucky is an excellent spot. Great food and great service. Food is reasonably priced and seat is ample. Definitely a family friendly place as staff are more than willing to accommodate large groups.

Placed order for 3 meals 😋 Omg, mouth watering burgers with freshly grilled chicken not forgetting 2 sauces totally different flavours. We have decided to continue ordering from Lucky takeaway 😀 😋 😊

Well, food was beyond disappointment. The chicken burger was smothered in mayonnaise that could only taste that in the burger. The grilled chicken was chewy like old chicken and flavourless. The beef burger was just ok. Fist time ordering from this restaurant and completely gutted about the food.

Always order my chicken burger from here never no problems and when there is they fix it every time no problem 👌🏽 Can’t complain X

Disappointed with my order this time. Food wasn't very warm and the chips were undercooked and they definitely weren't chilli fries. The lucky dips we received were 4 of the same burger sauce ( l think). Not our favourite takeaway delivered this time

Missing items and the burgers was a little under cooked again 😞

On this occasion the driver forgot my milkshake and a quick call to the restaurant and they sorted it. I have ordered 7 times in total and not had any bad food from Lucky's and the cheesy curly fries are the one.

The majority of the food was stone cold on delivery after waiting 1hr 20mins for the food. it was delivered in the time frame specified but but at least expected it to be hot on arrival. The last order we ordered we waited over 2 hrs for after being told on the app it was on its way. Only to phone the restaurant and it hadn't even been prepared! Used to rate you Luckys and gave you another chance but we were unfortunately disappointed again. Such a shame as the food is top notch.

Items missing- a whole 1/4 piece chicken and fries. Called Luckys - they’re adamant they sent out. We are adamant the items were missing. We are not going to call and cry over some chicken. Seems the delivery driver from just eat has eaten the food!!

Delivery time was great, fries from here are really nice! Unfortunately the peri chicken wrap wasn’t nice - rather than peri chicken it tasted almost like plain boiled chicken in a wrap :( for £10+ I expected better to be honest!

Food was fresh and piping hot considering the weather conditions. Everything was nice I got the flaming platter. If I was to look at any faults it would be the portion of chips wasn’t enough for 2 people with it being a platter for 2.

The food was great and the server was so polite when my 5 year old broke a glass dish with ice cream in it he gave him another ice cream for free and didn’t charge for the broken dish 5/5 amazing will be back.

Really tasty burger, chips could be better but they weren’t awful. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly really tender and tasty, but really really spicy 🥵 normally do have a kick but this time they were extra! Probs won’t stop us ordering again though lol

disappointed how much chips I got, it said large but the portion was small compared to a normal meal size portion. was not able to share it. Can you please make your large chips enough for actually two people rather then one!!

Great food at a reasonable price per portion. The burger and fries tasted fresh, which I found to be tasty and I didn’t have to wait long for it. The milkshake was delicious. Overall good experience for service, food and the environment.

I visited there on last Monday. I really enjoyed the meal especially the atmosphere inside the restaurant is amazing .

I don't quite understand the hype around this place. Normally, I don't like to criticize food, but when you're paying a premium, you expect at least decent quality. The smash burger was just average, and the onions weren’t properly caramelized. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, especially the guy at the counter with the beard and earring—he had a bit of a bad attitude. The sauce on the grilled chicken was pretty basic, and the chicken fillet itself was lacking flavor. The fries were undercooked, and to top it off, the entire meal was cold when it arrived.

Ordered takeout, food was nice but it wasn’t the burgers i ordered. Ordered a “proper burger” which read as a 6oz patty, in English to me that is one patty that weighs 6oz. I got 2 smash burgers instead, i don’t like smash burgers.
