Mac no cheese , a bowl is not a platter i felt scammed

The corn on the cob smelt awful it was like it was made a few days before and just warmed ans same with the wings. There were no knife and folks either.

The mega fried share platter is absolutely great value for money. You get a lot of food for your money. You get 2 burgers, chips, chicken strips, a pot of chicken gravy and 2 drinks for under £15 which is an absolute bargain. The burgers are quite big, taste fresh and the seeded buns are good quality. The chicken is well seasoned and crispy and the gravy is something else. Better than kfc gravy in my opinion. Will be eating here again.

Always high standards on the food HOT n fresh and tastes amazing

Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again. The chips were dry and not fresh, and the chicken burger was also very dry. The portion size was much smaller than expected, and I paid extra for a beef burger with gherkins, but they weren't included. Overall, I am very disappointed and won't be a returning customer.

I'll get the negative out of the way first I did NOT enjoy the macaroni cheese one bit. I'm not saying this was the case, but it was reminiscent of something you might get from a tin HOWEVER, the rest of the food - the chops and the mash, were great

A great family friendly diner! Really impressed with the food here! We ordered a variety of foods. From steak, to chicken platters. The chips are buttery. The steak is good and the peppercorn sauce elevates the flavour! The chicken platter, lime and herb was delicious! The macaroni was light, could do with some grilled cheese on top but definitely one for kids who eat beige foods only. Easy to access with parking on the side of the building. Large portions, I’d highly recommend!!

All round good little local diner. Variety of food, burgers are pretty decent! Service was quick. Clean place to dine. Can’t go wrong with Spicy crispy fried fillet burger, I recommend the BBQ pulled chicken curly chip-pizza! Something different. Happy to come again

Normally have no issue with orders, always get correct food, however this evening, recieved Chili Cheese bites instead of chicken nuggets, no chicken gravy with one of the meals and note wasn't followed with reference to the sauce on the burger.

I ordered the chicken burger and my friend had the Route 66 burger and I can honestly say they were the worst I’ve ever had from Luckys. My friend was up all night throwing up, and the chips were so awful I barely managed to eat more than 6 of them.

I used to visit Lucky's a lot before I moved away from the area, and it did get a bit hit and miss with the food. However on this visit the food was on point, very tasty and compared to where I live now amazing value too !

Mashallah amazing food, its halal value for money portions are great, amazing staff very friendly and helpful. Lets start with the delicious Angus Beef Burgers the patty was juicy and tender, the sauces in the burger were delicious. The loaded fries, very cheesy and delicious. BBQ wings and BBQ tenders again very delicious. The staff very happy go lucky and very helpful. I am definitely going here again and soon.

Ordered from here one time and it was amazing , so I decided to order again . Ordered barbecue wings and this time the wings didint have much barbecue sauce , there was only barbecue in one side , it wasn’t tossed in barbecue sauce as usual , the spicy wings had no flavour at all just tasted bland, tomato and spicy Knowing that we paid extra for flavours it’s really disappointing, 28£ for 2 meals of wings basically DO BETTER PLEASE , our money it’s not a joke , you only had one job …

burger wasn't same as normally

Absolutely love Lucky's, we go once a fortnight and we all have a favourite. Amazing value for money and everything is fresh and full of flavour.

Not how it used to be. Chicken is always nice. But the meat isn’t great taste abit mushy. Plus I’ve woke up with the worst cramps. Used to love Luckys to the point we was obsessed how amazing it used to be

Cleanest, freshest and tastiest food. And we got 40% off! Platters were exceptional. Only thing I’d say is the platter was advertised as with large fries but I’d say they were medium. Other than that sauces , drinks, packaging, delivery time everything was on point. Best food ever. Will be ordering regularly. We usually go in but will be ordering delivery aswell. Thanks!

First time trying this place and it’s 10/10. Steak Mac n cheese was absolutely lovely

The meals were nice but we ordered cake with custard and I feel the custard should have been in a separate pot because the cake was soggy by the time it got here

Wow just wow, absolutely beautiful! T-bone steak…to die for, the sides was perfect, just perfection in a tray, feel like a whale atm but 1000% worth it😍

Lamb chops were cooked perfectly very tasty. Smash burger was juicy and fresh, chicken was hot and fresh my only note is possibly wrap the chicken separately from the chips with the meal. Since both were stuffed in a tiny box they were soggy instead of crispy

Burger meal was standard and loaded fries was ok. Nothing special. The mango mocktail was really nice and i would recommend that. I would go again to try out the other items on the menu. On this occasion it deserves 3 stars.

Deliveries are always a bit late. The food is always great but something has been missing almost every time we have ordered, fries missing from burger meals, drinks missing and a full wrap missing. Tasty but won't be ordering again!

My favourite place in old Trafford. Service was 10/10 . Ibrahim served us ,he such a humble guy. Make sure you try theirs daddy burger with spicy fillet. Its absolutely amazing 👏 🤩

Ordered plenty of times , and eat in plenty of times never disappointed allways walk away satisfied, staff super nice usually get a burger meal but last couple times got the T-bone steak for the money wow super impressed! carnt fault the place!

One of the best takeaways in the area! Food cooked really well, hot fresh crispy chips, quick delivery and received everything I ordered. Order through their own website! Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the jam roly poly. It was more of a swiss roll, it was cakey. But it still tasted good 👍

Good delivery time but as a waffle connoisseur, definitely not the best waffles I’ve had. They weren’t fluffy all the way through, felt like they needed more time to cook. I requested no strawberries on my waffles, so imagine my surprise when I open my order and there’s a load of strawberries??

Delivery was late, the driver was very rude and condescending on the phone to me. He didn’t even bother looking at the precise location of the delivery address. Luckily the food was still warm but we were given no straws for the 3 milkshakes we ordered.

Came with family a clean diner. Seated quickly then ordered for a family of 8. Food came quickly and was piping hot. All the family enjoyed the food very much spent around £80 in all not bad as we ordered a lot. Only negative I have is they have all the drinks on the boycott list so the family just had water. I would have like to see them supporting the palastinans.

The burger was one of the nicest burgers Ive ever had in my 33 years. However the Peri chips had far too much peri salt on. Otherwise unreal. 😍

Nothing special unfortunately & food was pretty bland. Double angus smash burger was good, but nothing special - I mean, it's not hard to find a half decent smash burger in Manchester nowadays. The hunger buster was dry, the fried chicken fillet (the menu didn't say it was fried which was annoying) had no seasoning on it whatsoever. Felt like something you could make from frozen at home. Quite stingy on the pulled chicken in the burger. Same for the regular chicken fillet burger, very bland. Finally the loaded fries were literally just curly fries with a dash of pulled chicken (stingy again) & random cheese microwaved over the top. I don't visit Oldham often & doubt I'll be going out of my way to visit Lucky's again - perhaps I was a bit unlucky on the day - however there are plenty of other places within a 20 min drive radius that does similar food with a lot more creativity, better tasting at a better price point unfortunately (hint: sometimes a smaller menu can be a good thing that leads to a more consistent experience...). Still 3/5 though as the food isn't terrible for the price, the service was okay, they have a 5 rating for food hygiene & ofc accommodating with halal options.
