Food was not delivered at 21:05! After calling again at 21:35 they said it was just on its way!! Man on the phone was very rude and didn’t have a care in the world! Awful service and food!

Finally arrived 3 hours after order. 2 hours after estimated delivery. Food was OK. Restaurant disinterested over delay. Not using this service again.

Ordered food with a 60 minute delivery time. Told it would be delivered within the next 80 minutes. Over 3 hours later and we are still waiting.......

Didn’t expect to have to wait 1.5 hours until delivery… and WHEN it arrived it was clay cold .. 😞🤷‍♀️ first and last time there ! 😞

Second time I've ordered and second time it's smashed it out the park. Showed delivery was going to be an hour and a half and turned up after half an hour and everything was top drawer.

Our food was cold by the time it got delivered, chips were like dry cardboard. First time ordering from here so do think I will be again

Arrived early. The food was lovely and hot. We had spare ribs, salt and chilli chips, shredded beef in honey and chilli, fried rice and Singapore chow mein and every single meal was delicious. The spicy good had a nice kick to it that's wasn't overbearing. It all looked like it had been cooked from scratch and not reheated too.

Ordered the house special fried rice for collection. Spot on. Very tasty. Staff were friendly

The food was lovely, just half an hour later than expected. The restaurant was nonetheless kind and apologetic.

Everything's not very nice. Never had a chow mein cover with plenty of sauce like soap noodles. Egg fried rice and chicken ball just ok only, not delicious. Not worth for waiting more than one hour for those honestly.

We live nearby and don’t use delivery. We have always really enjoyed the food. Excellent portion sizes and only take 15 minutes from ordering to pick up.

Second time ordering from here, tried something new and wow, food was piping hot, absolutely delicious too, literally will be the only Chinese I order from, absolutely amazing again!

The food wasn’t good at all! I ordered Szechuan pork and they delivered me battered chicken 😖 I don’t eat chicken to start with, definitely don’t eat it from a Chinese as it’s always rubbery. The chow mein was swimming in sauce but didn’t state that it was in sauce on the menu! Really sloppy and not good. The fried rice had too much soy sauce in and it tasted too salty. I ordered from here just because the reviews all looked so good, I guess they’re paid reviews as defo not nice food here!!

Asked to have fried rice with no egg as my wife has an intolerance to eggs , served the rice dish with no problems, they even phoned back to make sure they were getting the dish correct, great timing from ordering to pick up first time with this takeaway but won't be the last

I always enjoy the Chinese from here and the potion size is great but have noticed that the chicken in black bean sauce has been getting spicier and can only handle so much heat so may need to try something else in the future

Not as nice as usual the peking sauce should not be that spicy inedible

Ordered on Just Eat at around 19:45 with the order being accepted immediately. Was given a delivery time of 20:45 which was moved to 21:10-21:30, not unreasonable given it was a Saturday night. No updates were made through the app and upon calling the restaurant at 21:30 and asking for an update, silence on the phone. This was followed by being told my food was now being prepared (suspect the order was accepted by the restaurant and not followed up with). Asked them to cancel the order, which was going to take another hour at least. The whole family was left feeling disappointed and hungry.

Okay so not even joking, this is hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, it was so tasty, fresh and delicious, chips were crispy, sauce was perfect and best thing? The food was piping hot! Definitely ordering from here again

The ribs are basically deep fried fat on the bone. Won’t be buying them again and very different to any other Chinese ribs I’ve had.

Order was marked up as out for delivery, it then took over an hour to get here. When it arrived it was freezing cold. For reference it is only a 10min journey. This has put me off ordering from here again.

The order was late and tasted very dry and hard the bean sauce tasted very sour, chicken hard and we have spent the night throwing up.

Food was good but unfortunately it was really late not drivers fault or people on other end of phone. New to just eat and really amazing food obviously didn’t realise how busy they would be also the weather conditions didn’t help. But keep your customers informed at what’s happening

Tonight's food was absolutely gorgeous. Honey chilli chicken is a must for anyone ordering. Service was great, warned of the wait time and apology given prior to ordering. Portions were big too.

Food is amazing the price is a bit steep but the portion sizes make up for it great range of flavours, spices and dishes would recommend .

I have to say this is the worst Chinese I have ever had. Order for delivery and the young lad completely miss rice on order. The meat was dry overcooked and chewy. The rice looks more like cous cous very bland and heavy. Prawn crackers tasteless. However the female delivery driver was absolutely lovely. But the guy on reception is as bland as the food. I would advise to stay well away from this place and make yourself some toast

Duck was rock hard and tasted off, when I called they weren’t helpful and told me the duck was fresh he opened the packet today. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Lovely food, appalling service when it comes to opening times. I have lost count of the amount of times they have been open on google only for us to drive there or call to find them shut. It really is a lottery if they are open or not, which is such a shame as the food is lovely. This is the final straw for us sadly as it's Saturday night and once again your shut but open on google... Such below par service from a potential excellent Takeaway.

We just moved to the area and tried the Chinese last night. The man on the phone was very well spoken and polite and the food was really nice - currently warming up leftovers for lunch haha. Will definitely go back.

Food is great but the owner seems like she wpuld rather stab you in the eye woth a chopstick than serve you lol. Biggest problem is it never seems to be open so I often don't even bother to go now.

Food usually cold, undercooked, rice is hard, as if its been warmed up in the microwave. Generally bad tasting food. Most recently I was there, I got food poisoning, the foods standards agency have been contacted. This place continously gives awful customer service. Worst chinese takeaway I've ever been to, I would recommend avoiding it. If I could give it no stars I would.
