We had a takeaway. Noodles well over cooked, everything else was not cooked. Bloody dreadful. Whole lot went in the bin. Absolutely rubbish!

Awful food. The rice was very oily and incredibly bland, made me feel unwell, couldn't finish it. Also most Chinese takeaways give a free bag of prawn crackers with the meal but this one makes you pay for them. Wont be visiting again.

Lovely takeaway, been loads of times. Highly recommend. Satay chicken and chicken balls are amazing

been going here for years and as soon as this man has taken over, everytime i call up it winds me up how he talks to you on the phone! everytime i order i swear i won’t go back but i always think to give him another chance! now i have decided i wont be going back after 20+ years of using, golden city is so much better

Had a lovely meal this evening. Prompt service, came sooner than they said and piping hot to my door. Delicious food!

awful takeaway service, I dont think I have ever had a correct order from them, they always forget the sauces and dont want to do anything to put it right, food is average but I certainly wont be using them again as they dont even fulfill their 20% discount honour when they say they will. cowboys and have to wait too long for deliveries terrible service

Although the man seems rude, the food is AMAZING, seriously. I can tolerate a bit of awkward silence to get the best Chinese food around. BTW ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE or you’ll have issues backing it, (basically they make the identical dish because he doesn’t understand English very well).

Been a regular at Lucky House for years. However will not be ordering from these guys again. Ordered a takeaway. One dish incorrect. No apology when we called just told to come and pick up correct dish. In my haste, not to completely ruin our get together/ dinner, I forgot to take the incorrect dish. They could have let me off considering I'm a regular but no, forced to go back home and collect the incorrect dish. Totally unprofessional. Total waste of time. Ruined dinner. Guy on counter didn't care. Not at all happy with them

I’ve probably used lucky house close to 40 times over the last few years! They are by far the best Chinese takeaway in the area! It’s well priced and the staff are friendly! We even got a gift over Christmas from them! I would go out of my way to go here rather than go to an alternative closer to home because lucky house in my opinion have the best chinese!

Grabbed a takeaway from here while staying in a hotel round the corner. Friendly service, tatsy food. Your regular standard fare.

Great tasting chinese food but the service is not good. This is my number 1 go to takeaway for chinese food always cooked lovely and i have ordered from here many times over the years

Do not pay attention to the rude phone staff as the food is quick to the door step. It tastes good and have had no tummy upsets from them. Expensive for a take away, but a good standby. No service on a Monday.

One of the best Chinese takeaways in Slough. But service leaves a lot to be desired. If you just want good Chinese food, go to Tang's buffet. If you want a good takeaway then you have to put up with the lack of manners here.

The driver's are not polite. The people taking the orders are not polite. If there is an mistake to the order, their own fault, they are FAR from polite and usually deliver the ammendments LATE if at all ! ! However the food is nice and they are one the best Chinese takeouts in slough.

No es una mala comida china, hay mucho mejor localmente! Mi principal problema con este lugar es servicio! Pedimos una entrega de suerte un viernes por la noche en torno a 8,00 , una hora más tarde que no había llegado, así que me llamó y nos aseguró que forma aproxima otra 40 minutos pasando y llamé otra vez dijo que le dio mal dirección (esto se había confirmado dos veces) accedió a enviar pedido otra vez a 15 minutos. Otros 30 minutos más tarde y nuestra orden aún no estaba aquí me llamó y dije que de eso nada, ya que íbamos a conducir a los chinos por la carretera ya que está llevando demasiado tiempo. Me dijo que llevaría 5 libras a que me negué. Un corto tiempo después llamaron a la puerta del conductor de entrega exigiendo que pagar el precio completo. Llamé el chino la señora comenzaron a gritar y luego se estrelló en el teléfono! Nunca usar una de las mujeres más maleducadas que he hablado con!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - called to order a delivery and she barely spoke or understood english so when my order arrived is was wrong so we called to complain and get what we were missing she said she would send me it straight away for free, we waiting over an hour with our rice getting cold and the order was incorrect again and the driver wanted money. the driver called the lady and we had to have a shouting match and had to return the food back so we had nothing as a correction, we are never going here again.
