One of the best food experiences in London. The price is not that bad and the food tasted amazing. Its one of the best asian restaurants ever and our server luci is amazing, he made us feel at home and his knowledge of the menu is perfection cause he recommended a lot to us.

this is usually one of our go to places for an ad hoc last minute dinner. Great interiors, good atmosphere, good service. However on our visit in November 2024, it wasn't quite to the usual standard, food was not as nice as it had been previously plus all of our food arrived at exactly the same time, so we wasted a lot where some plates got cold and we could eat everything all at once. Hopefully a one off.

Had an amazing time at Lucky Cat! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so stylish and trendy, and the service was fantastic. It’s the perfect place for a night out with friends. Highly recommend!

I had high expectations for this restaurant because I thought it was Gordon Ramsay’s, so I didn’t even bother checking the reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely overrated. I ordered the signature Beef Wellington, and it was a complete letdown. The entire dish fell apart, the mushroom filling was unbearably salty, and I felt sick to my stomach for the rest of the night. On top of that, the atmosphere was disappointing. It was noisy and had more of a fast-food vibe than the upscale dining experience I was expecting. For the prices they charge, you can find far better options in London. I only had two nights in the city, and eating here felt like such a waste of one. Definitely a regrettable experience!

Nice experience. Beef wellington was cooked perfectly (note if you order this, plan to stay at the restaurant for 1+ hours as the waiting time for this dish is 45 minutes). Ordered two sides; peppers and mixed leaf salad, both were underwhelming. Basque cheesecake and wine selection was good. The overall service and atmosphere was underwhelming for the prices of the drinks and food. Felt like an elevated sports bar. The entrance was quite awkward neighbouring Lucky Cat restaurant which seemed way more elevated than the grill. Table we were assigned for a half empty restaurant was tucked away at the back and too small to fit drinks and plates...

Had high expectations especially since its Gordon ramsay and he toots his horn so much and I've been following for over 15 yrs now. Ribeye was a bit burnt. It wasn't too bad. But needed a sauce or something. Definitely have had far better steak from non-Michelin places/chefs Tried the famous Wellington. It was average ...Ish Definitely have had better Wellington from Gibbys in Montréal. (Highly recommend!) The server was barely there. Only at the time to pay and at the start to take the order. He wouldn't make eye contact ir check in, as he was doing consistently with neighboring tables. Mandatory tipping SHOULD NOT be allowed. Especially given the fact that the service was worse than the food and subpar. Not at all worth the price..not even the experience could make up for it. Totally threw away my money.

We had high expectations given the name that this place carries with it but we were not enthusiastic despite the extreme attention of the dining room staff. In particular we had high expectations but we were not thrilled with the wellington. The quality/price ratio is not proportionate

For a well known chef and for christmas lunch and the price we paid was well OVERpriced. Food wise absolutly nothing other than just super plain simple. Never again for special events.

Our evening was elevated with one of the best waiters we have ever came across. Khalid made our night even more special with his excellent service and his efficient attitude. We were all impressed with his super charm and he went over and beyond to make our evening a great one.Any expectations we had of this restaurant ,which we tried for the first time was perfect due to his incredible personality and service and professionalism. We thank you. We need more people like you to make our restaurants better for our customers and businesses. We will definitely be back soon. Had the beef wellington experience as the anniversary dinner and it was a great experience. The food itself was very well made and staff were really friendly. Only complaint I have is that I don’t necessarily like when there are TVs showing football and such while dining but more of a personal preference. It is quite the busy and relatively loud place but outside of that the food and service made it worthwhile.

Excellent food and BT was fantastic server. Only disappointment was being charged 15% gratuity on the set menu. We had a prepaid voucher and to then spend another £20.51 before drinks or extras was unacceptable.

We had an amazing experience at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Mayfair! The Beef Wellington was absolutely perfect — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fish and chips were incredibly authentic, with a crispy batter and soft, flaky fish inside. We also tried a few starters, and each one was exceptional, bursting with fresh flavors. But what truly stood out was the service. BT went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. BT went the extra mile to take care of us and felt like family.

SLOW RUDE SERVICE. Yes the food was good - but the time it took to arrive was extraordinarily slow, and the attitude of the staff about that was rude and dismissive. No apology, but "It's pre Christmas, we're very busy" when in fact one third of the tables were empty! Even asking for a bottle of water produced no result until the request was repeated ten minutes later. We are happily in a position to regularly eat out in London, and the slow and off-hand service here was in contrast to anywhere and everywhere else. Be warned.

Unfortunately in this place judging customers very well! I have been 2 times both times noticed they asked to take your coat if they decided you were worth it or not(!) or given Nice service or just trying to make you fast eat and go mood! Mostly second time was noticed more negatively than the first time! Honestly, this is just a restaurant for the public so they must understand they don't get money for judgment they must serve fairly same for whoever goes there!

We went to this restaurant for our last night in London and it was incredible and so was our waiter, BT. It was our first Gordon Ramsay restaurant and it exceeded our expectations. All of the food was delicious and the service was great. Love seeing waiters excited to enhance the experience for the customer and BT did exactly that. Thank you! Would recommend!

My wife reserved the restaurant for our wedding. We were very excited. Despite it being very busy, the staff was very friendly and took great care of every guest. We were even able to observe how the team dressed the children in kitchen aprons at a family celebration in a separate area to give them a special evening. The food was also great and tasted wonderful. The ribs were great, but if we had known beforehand how large the quantity was, we wouldn't have ordered any additional side dishes. We wanted to skip dessert, but since my wife mentioned when making the reservation that it was our wedding anniversary, there was a little gift from the kitchen. A super delicious brownie. Also a big thank you to Kalim our waitress for the lovely evening!

Food and service was great, service was a bit to busy in a way. Some how the table next to us had the same dishes as us, the pasta with mushroom was way bigger portion than what we got. But taste wise was great. If you like a bit busier it’s for you if you want to dine in peace it’s not for you.

BT is definitely the best waiter in town. I’m so grateful to have him for the night and it’s by far the best dining experience I have had in London. I’ll definitely come back to the restaurant next time visiting London!

Absolutely great experience! We were a group of 5 and Khalid did a great job helping us to select a perfect and balanced meal. We had a Beef Wellington and a Cote de Boeuf (1.1 kg) plus a mix of sides. Everything was very tasty, the Cote de Boeuf (suggested by Khalid) and the Spinach & Truffle Gratin were particularly tasty. It's definitely worth another visit!

Excellent food and truly attentive and professional service

Got there, made a reservation a little bit before that, and when we got there we struggled to find the entrance, so I suggest that you go through the hotel. Once entered we waited for someone to greet us, we were sat at the table by a staff member and after about 5 minutes we were asked to move to another table. The reason was that the table that we were initially sat at was supposed to be given to a party of 6, understandable but considering we were there first and ready to order by than, it wasn’t pleasant and for that I am taking away one star, there were plenty other empty spaces for that party of 6. Taking away a further star for the state of the toilet as pictured in the video + the fact that when I got my beer, I was given a glass and a bottle, not even asked if I wanted it poured in…. the small things, right? We ate beef for starter and main course, which I recommend fully but it is expensive so quite expectet, but if you don’t want to spend a lot there are cheaper options for below £30 which I’ve seen other people get and they seem filling.

Me and my family of 9 came for dinner without a reservation (6 PM on a Friday night), but thankfully, they were able to seat us. They offered us the special room in the back, which was so cool! The room was ‘connected’ to the kitchen, so we can watch the cooking. Our server, BT, was SO awesome and kind!! We had a great dinner experience and really enjoyed ourselves! (Request for BT if you can!)

Great food , beautifully designed , sadly service was a complete SHAMBLES . Not what I would expect from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Drinks were slow coming , had to ask twice where they were , same dish brought out 3 times , so clearly no communication between waiters /waitresses. Husband received a dish then I had to wait 15 mins for mine . When it came it was delicious

You go for the name, but just don't bother...food was barely better than average and the service was terrible. We went on a Saturday night in late October and it was very busy, so atmosphere was decent. Unfortunately, this seemed to impact upon the service, which was dire.

It's the best place in the London. Everyone are very nice and kind, The service is the best. I'm eating in same places and is not the same. They have a BT and Fabio are the best in this place.

Doesn't deserve a star. Didn't make a reservation, had to wait half an hour. Were picked up in an hour. Wrong cocktail was given. The sushi made no sense, tasted like sushi in the supermarket. The ribeye was not tasty, had a lemon sauce. When asking for a different sauce this was impossible. Had to wait a long time in between. 2 cocktails, 1 bottle of rose, 12 pieces of sushi and two ribeye. At checkout we discovered that there were service charges of 15% of the total amount. In the end it was 295 pounds (360 euros). Absurd!!!! Not acceptable!!

We were looking forward to a wonderful evening... but then we were bitterly disappointed... Starters were still great but then the famous Beef Wellington was a joke... (I learned the original from Gordon Ramsey myself)... No Panchetta More but cheaper crepe... The mashed potatoes are ice cold and taste like a bag... The sauce is a brown water without any taste... The desserts were okay again... For a Wellington meal £95 is a lot but that's just the name... Despite the complaint about the Wellington there was no response.... We wouldn't have served it like this before... Best regards David

We've been to Maze with my sister and it was a very good expérience so we decided to try Maze Grill. Big disapointment : the smoke short rib of veal and the short fin burger were way too salty, it was almost impossible to eat. We also ordered some sushi but they didn't taste as good as we expected, it was pretty decent though. However the atmosphere was very calm and nice in the restaurant.

With big screens everywhere place was more like a sports bar, food definitely underperformed, service was OK, although we waited for the food to arrive more than we should have. Overall, not recommended.

I had the best ribs of my life.

We were served by BT, he is amazing. We've been there a few time and have been served by BT, he is an amazing character. A truly genuine lovely gentleman with so much character. He easily builds a rapour with peiple.

We had breakfast at the restaurant and loved it. We specially want to congratulate Angie ( from Greece) and Monica ( from Romania) for their amazing service, great manners and great mood!! They were very professional and helped us with all our questions and needs. They are very dedicated to the restaurant and they were the main reason why we had a great time there. BT served us tonight and his service was absolutely phenomenal. He was very attentive and had great recommendations for food choices. The food was good but the service from BT was GREAT. If you are ever in this restaurant for the evening and have him as a waiter you are in for a treat.

Fui a cenar tarde con mis compañeros de trabajo. Éramos cuatro personas. Desde el principio dejamos muy claro que necesitaremos facturas separadas, por lo que pediremos nuestra comida por separado. Nuestra camarera confirmó su comprensión y tomó la orden de cada uno de nosotros. El sabor de la comida era genial, aunque algunos artículos eran muy pequeños en porción. Sin embargo me gustó mucho el salmón a la parrilla y el arroz frito. Luego pedimos los proyectos de ley separados y aquí comenzamos nuestra lucha. Tardaron 45 minutos en averiguar cómo separar nuestra factura según nuestro pedido individual. Fue frustrante tener que quedarme hasta pasada la medianoche mientras necesitaba irme para ir a mi hotel tan tarde Cuando le pedimos ayuda a la gerente para acelerar el proceso, ella fue tan grosera, no dispuesta a escuchar o ayudar. Somos hoteleros experimentados y tenemos un excelente conocimiento en la gestión y servicio de restaurantes, así como la hospitalidad de la que aparentemente carece el gerente de este restaurante. Lamentablemente, en lugar de disculparnos por el retraso, el mal manejo de nuestra simple solicitud destruyó la buena experiencia alimentaria que tuvimos. Nunca volveremos ni recomendaremos ese lugar a nadie
