Spot on....got in no problem...that was THE best pollo porchini I've ever had...11 out of 10...will 100% be back...and price was fair.👍👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇧🍻

Hardly anyone in but had to wait..My starter was not fresh and my husband's celery soup unedible..it looked like ice sludge and tasted of nothing .he sent it back and got Pate instead which was ok.Shared a pizza 🍕 as main which was ok .2 glasses of wine..bill came to £55 ..wouldn't go again. SORRY

What an amazing italian restaurant!! Fi4st time being here and booked for our anniversary meal. Brilliant greeting when we arrived and staff were super friendly. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The starters were just the right size and tasted brilliant. The pasta was so fresh and tasty. Then they tempted us with desserts. Such a good meal and would recommended this to anybody who loves Italian food. We will be back.

We'd returned from holiday and had an extra couple of days off, so visited to finish our holiday off properly. So glad we did, the lobster ravioli is fantastic (one of, if not the, best I've ever had) and the pizzas are excellent!!! Service was great, just enough to know you're being looked after, without being intrusive. We're so lucky to live in Chorley with this on our doorstep, already planning our next visit!

Great food and service! Calm atmosphere.

I have been to Lucianos a few times now and I have always enjoyed it. This evening, we booked to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. I arrived in the afternoon to drop off balloons and a cake which was no problem at all. When we arrived the staff made a big fuss of my daughter who was very adamant that they knew it was her birthday and the service was impeccable throughout. As a large group we shared two portions of garlic bread with cheese between us to start (highly recommended) and had an array of pizzas, pastas, and a steak as our mains all of which were divine. I'm so pleased I chose Lucianos to host a family celebration. We had an amazing evening and I definitely now have this in mind for future events! Highly recommended and kudos to all of the staff who ensured high-quality food and service throughout.

Came out for a birthday meal, our waiter Aaron was amazing, friendly and courtious, he served our food with great customer service and our expectations was blown out of the water as he catered to our every needs. We will definitely be coming again and will be spreading the news of the amazing service and excellent customer service.

Me and my partner had booked for 7pm but had got there early at 6:45, wasn’t an issue, immediately sat us and handed us our menus. We started off with a couple of espresso martinis before ordering a calamari starter, gnocci main and spaghetti carbonara main. I’d never had calamari and I quite enjoyed it, my partner said it was the best he’d had in a long time! Our mains were spot on too! Couldn’t fault them! Afterwards we squeezed in a sweet treat, me ordering profiteroles and my partner ordering the tiramisu, both which tasted amazing! The staff were very attentive throughout and ensured we was happy with everything too! Everything was perfect! Came to paying, it came to £70 with a service charge of £6 which I wasn’t aware of so we tipped in cash aswell, other than that, we were made up with our service and food and wouldn’t definitely be back again!

Thought I would try this Italian restaurant in the centre of Chorley. Heard mixed reviews, so I thought I would review it for myself. Arrived at the restaurant to be asked if we had a booking, we hadn't but didn't expect it to be too much of a problem. The waiter was a little stand offish and made us feel like an inconvenience but found us a table ( of which there were a few). Once seated, we waited 30 minutes to order drinks and a main. We waited another 40 minutes for our food and drinks to arrive despite prompting the waiter we had been waiting for a while. The food was good quality but nothing you couldn't find at another local Italian. Once we had finished our meal and drinks, we then waited another 30 minutes to be approached by a waiter who offered dessert. We politely declined and asked for the bill. No one returned for another 20 minutes, so we just walked to the counter and paid. Overall the food was good quality but the atmosphere and staff customer service was much to be desired.

I have been here twice now. The food is hit and miss a little. The first time I came with my Mrs everything was PERFECT, but last time we went, the garlic bread with cheese was very greasy and we didn't really enjoy our mains either. I asked for my steak medium, but it came medium rare or pretty close to rare. It is a nice place and everyone is very helpful but the food needs to be more consistent. I don't know if they just have different chefs. Maybe that's what it is. Anyway, apart from that, it's a great place.

Had a lovely evening with friends. Food was as good as ever and service on top form. They even made me my favourite cocktail which isn't on their menu, Dark and Stormy, try it !

The food here is absolutely fantastic as is the ambience of the restaurant and the waiters are very attentive, the only thing that surprised us was when we were presented with the bill on our second visit to be told there was a service charge. Considering that it was Valentine’s Day, we felt we were put on the spot and we paid the service charge. To be perfectly honest, this has put us off going back. There is nothing bad to be said about the food or the staff

Had the tagliatelle with sea bass, genuinely lovely, crispy skin with fork tender yet not overcooked flesh, and seemingly fresh pesto. Genuinely impressed. The staff was friendly and a little theatrical with the cheese and pepper, which I appreciate despite how annoying it must be for the staff. Throughly recommend.

No allergen menu provided despite asking on the phone if they have them as I have a severe nut allergy. staff were unhelpful and huddled together just talking amongst themselves instead of helping or anything. Food portions were really small

First time here... very impressed.. really buzzing atmosphere even at a 17.30 booking. Food was good, great selection and portions were spot on! The. lasagne was HUGE!

I was just looking for a place to fill my stomach before a football match. After walking around in chorley town centre and seeing this restaurant, I decided to try it. I ordered a set meal with the starters - Costolette do Maiale (slow cooker pork ribs) and mains - Risotto Funghi, totally is £18. The pork ribs were so tender that the meat fell off the bones easily. But it seemed a little too salty in taste. Risotto Funghi is sticky and delicious, and well in seasoned. I would say it is one of the best Italian restaurant in Lancashire, great food and service. Definitely worth visiting again.

Been to Lucianos numerous times, the food as always was amazing but today the service was extremely poor from the two waiters on duty. The young lady who escorted us to our table and took our drinks order was efficient and polite. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take our food order, although restaurant wasn't overly busy. After eating our meal one of the waiters came to clear our table, my husband asked if I would like a sweet, after 20minutes I still hadn't received a menu, so my husband asked the young lady for our bill. After it was paid then the waiter came with the dessert menu, no explanation. A thoroughly disappointing visit.

Food OK nothing more. Service appalling,said it was shift change but had to cancel desserts and coffee. Not planning to go back.

The restaurant is beautiful,the staff are very attentive but not intrusive,full marks there,the lovely waitress even tried to give us our tip back as there is a service charge( which I didn't appreciate.) The drinks were lovely,but not having your most expensive bottle of champagne not in stock is a bit of an error.The champagne selection imo is poor.Pol Roger is so much better than Moet. Now the food,the arrancini was bland and lacking in seasoning or the taste of good risotto rice.The garlic tomato bread on the reverse was very salty ( the dough was lovely) my Husband sent his steak back as it was tough and extremely rare.This was dealt with very well and taken off the bill.The puddings were just "ok" your bread and butter Italian puddings tiramisu and canolli should be better than ok.All in all we had a good night,the staff were exceptional,but the food wasn't what I was expecting,more vegetarian pasta dishes and starters required ( please not goats cheese) A simple tomato spaghetti can be a show stopper if done correctly......

This is such a great restaurant for Chorley - perfect location, amazing food and the place is so welcoming. The pizza and pasta here is fantastic and not ridiculously priced. Perfect place to get some Italian before a movie!

So disappointed with our experience. The restaurant itself looked nice and the atmosphere was good but the positives ended there. The food was very poor.the music was blaring. We had a garlic bread starter and the garlic was burnt and the bread soaked in oil. My pasta was hard and chewy with a jar like sauce and my husbands was very spicy with little other flavour. The service was terrible. We did not get any plates for our starter and it was very difficult to get the attention of the waiters throughout the meal. Long waits to order and once we finally did, the waiters did not return and we had to request the same again. Mandatory service charge added to bill, certainly not deserved, but we paid anyway. We will definitely not return.

I wouldn’t book here if you are in a large group. It’s a shame as I enjoy the food, but we were completely scammed on my birthday when we split the bill between all of us, to then have £200 plus left to pay. They have no way of tracking how much has been paid, and the woman who was working that night gave us 3 different totals left to pay, they didn’t have a clue. My mate ended up forking out to end the dispute. My friend had the same experience unfortunately, so it isn’t just us this has happened to. Even though I like the food, I won’t go back there again. They need a better system for group bookings, as there was no communication. It felt like it was in their best interests not to track what was left to pay, and seemed like they were making it up as they went along.

My wife has been here multiple times. First visit for me, and I was not disappointed at all. My wife treated me to breakfast at Luciano's, and it was delicious. Staff were polite and attentive. I had the salmon and the breakfast bruscetta, and my wife, the Nutella pancake. All was fantastic, with 2 cappuccinos to finish. Can't wait for my next long weekend off as we'll definitely be coming back.

Works Christmas meal so I assumed it would be 'formula food' with more focus on getting as many people in and fed but was completely wrong. Staff couldn't have done any more for us. No rush to clear the table and didn't mind some arriving late due to bad weather plus opening our secret santa presents! My food was fantastic - had the turkey Christmas main which had obviously had some time taken over preparation, quality of ingredients and portion size. Always someone around to get us extra drinks and the price was bang on for what we got.

Went for a meal before going to the cinema.it was in December and very festively decorated for Christmas With alot of partys so had a great atmosphere.

Called in for brunch for the first time, the coffee was excellent quality, I had the crepes absolutely delicious and fresh, excellent wheelchair access throughout the restaurant. We will definitely be returning

lovely food at this place however they ruin it by giving you tiny portions, we all left hungry and had to make something else to eat once home which is such a shame.

Called to book, gave card details for deposit, card rejected twice. Another person from the group called and booked giving their card details (the restaurant repeated the card digits out aloud, which is breach of PCI compliance) only to get all call back to say that card was also declined. Why are you calling back? Surely at the time of inputting the details from the customer the PDQ confirms if transaction successful or not?? Can I suggest you refer to your PCI obligations regarding taking card payments over the phone.

Good: friendly staff, they are really good with the kids and they have a sense of humor. It's really clean. The decor is authentic but modern. The food is delicious. Plenty of flavour and well cooked. I've never had a bad meal here. Bad: minor criticism. It's an expensive treat. It's higher in price than most but I would say its good value because the food is more elite.

Full restaurant, but the service was second to none. The food was as you would expect from a good Italian, but the prices were extremet reasonable.

The place looks good, big, nice furniture, atmosphere. BUT the music was for teens & early 20s & too loud. I hate places without music but the song choices were poor & I had to shout for 2 hours. Music but lower, just poorly managed. The service was average, mostly young staff that need training. My food was average but the price was OK so what can you expect? Drinks options weak, prices huge. 2nd time in a year been here, might try again in a year. Or two. Must improve.

Food is very nice well presented service with a smile but you are made to feel that you have yo leave a tip as they put a service charge on your bill. And when you pay the staff point the service charge to you and then you feel uncomfortable about leaving it on the bill 😒

First visit. Great food (except I had an olive stone which took me by surprise, no teeth broken). Great service, i did send a drink back as it had no lime in it. great atmosphere. In general, I don't like service charges added automatically. I didn't look at the bill, and it was split three ways, but I would have asked for it to be less. The service wasn't £25 worth.
