I had a great birthday at the lounge, nice customer service and great food. I had my fill 😁🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited hours—yes, hours—just for a simple drink, which never even arrived. No explanation, no apology, just complete disregard for basic customer service. The staff were disorganized, indifferent, and seemed completely unbothered by the chaos they created. This place is a joke, and not a funny one. Total waste of time, money, and patience. I’ve had better service at vending machines. Never coming back.

I've based my score on the food a breakfast which was a miss matched pile of on my plate with did not go together at all and the sausage was a chip shop sausage absolutely poor as ...I will not be returning for a breakfast fair to say ...fresh orange juice was nice the cappuccino was average

Absolutely beautiful place to eat top quality food, and such a beautiful setting to sit indoors and out, food and service never fails to disappoint, we visit regularly so nice to sit outside now the weather is picking up, staff are all really lovely and service really is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend 🙏🏻✨

Honestly, got the English breakfast and it was brilliant, great atmosphere too!

What a perfect moment! My daughter was loving every bite of her Oreo-flavored ice cream, packed with crunchy Oreo bits that made her grin with each scoop. Meanwhile, I enjoyed a refreshing mocktail, with zesty citrus and a hint of mint, sparkling with every sip. It was the perfect combo—her joy and my chill drink made for a sweet, simple afternoon full of smiles and laughter!

All halal only downfall was it serving alcohol. The food was very well presented and the servers are really attentive.

It's absolutely lovely here service was amazing, we were serve by a lady called Izzy and she made sure that the time we spent here was perfect. The food is delicious I had chicken wings and it was so good it was kinda spicy but also very tender my mum had halloumi fries and it was delicious and tender as well and was a good amount of food to! I would definitely recommend you coming, it's a lovely place to stop after a day at the shops

Atmosphere NON 6 The young Turkish lady was very good trying to provide service, while the bosses were busy arguing in the middle of the shop I guess trying to make a nice atmosphere Finally not sure if i will be excited to visit this shop again did not move me. 300ml COKE BOTTLE £3.00 + 10% What For? are you guys serious ??

We was served today by Esther, she was absolutely lovley, so helpfull and always had a smile.. we have been here before for the breakfast which is incredible so thought we would come and try the evening menu and it didnt disappoint! food was stunning 10/10 & the atmosphere is beautiful! 100% would recommend & well definitely be back!!

A very pleasant spot for lunch, my wife and I found a table with ease even on a sunny Sunday afternoon. If you're not keen on vaping then I recommend that you eat inside the restaurant. Good burgers and quality lager at £4.50 a pint.

Very Nice food and atmosphere, unfortunately they are understaffed and waiting time is long(where waiting 1h and 15min for the main dishes), also asked for water 4 times and never brought us...

MARIAM. I hope I spelt her name right. She was so kind and lovely. She was very attentive and patient with us and made the whole experience very special, this was our first time dining at lounge 418. She took extra time with taking our orders and continued to check on us even when the restaurant was busy and she appeared to be alone. She looked after our table, kept a very positive attitude and contagious smile. Will definitely be bank soon thanks to her. ** the review is late. I hope she will find it in her heart to forgive me for taking this long to write a review as I haven’t even been able to forgive myself 😞. Her service was so extraordinary I haven’t forgotten about her since.

Really cool resteraunt/cafe. Delicious (and different) full english (veggie). There was an issue with my brekky but Ellie and Maryam rectified it quickly. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere (able to sit outside in Feb!!). Thanks to the kitchen also!!!

I visited for my 21st birthday and was greeted with a fun relaxing atmosphere. We was looked after by KI who was amazing , the food was very tasty and fresh, cocktails top quality, thank you to KI who made sure I had a special birthday and catered to everything , we never had to ask for anything she was always right there thank you :)

It was cold and we sit outside. Still the waitress was really nice. The breakfast was beautiful. Not your normal full English breakfast. The eggs where really well seasoned amd not greasy. The mushroom was a really nice touch. Very well presented food as well. The shakshuka was beautiful with perfect eggs. We will definitely come back
