Great 😊 experience was comfortable setting, food & staff were excellent served with etiquette. Had amazing dinner 🥘 to celebrate a reunion amongst friends. A on the house complementary dessert! Biryani and chicken Karai, platters were magnificent! Hot sizzling and tasty kebabs. Definitely coming back again hopefully.😊👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽Thank you Boomers Lounge.

Ok, the interior is beautiful the vibes are very chill and mellow if that’s what you like. Food was ok. Customer service was 10/10 especially AK he was just adorable he looked after us and has a smile that lights up the whole environment. But downside is there is no parking, although we were told that there was. Besides that very chilled good shisha.

Definitely go check this place out! Tried a lot of shisha places in Birmingham and this is up there with one of my favourites, the shisha was so smooth 10/10, food and cocktails were soo good also. Best place to go to if you want to relax and vibe! Entertainment (belly dancer) was amazing!! If I’m Birmingham definitely worth checking this place out!

Unfortunately despite booking an afternoon tea for 4 on Groupon, and them redeeming the voucher they have since closed up shop. The phone rings out and Google maps suggests temporarily closed. They haven't contacted their booked customers wasting a 45 minutes drive and the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Attended this lovely little place on Saturday 7th January 2023, absolutely beautiful decor. Me and my partner went on the bottomless brunch deal we got off wowcher, lovely choice of foods to have, also the prosecco went down a treat! All three bottles!

Lovely afternoon tea at Boomers Bistro in Kings Heath! My partner and I came for Prosecco afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. The sandwiches were the best We’ve ever had for an afternoon tea, scones came rock hard but were rectified with replacements and the desserts were spectacular (also full sized and delicious which was a pleasure to see) We came back the following day as it was so so good, the food quality is exceptional, we came back for bottomless brunch, I had the tagliatelle bolegnese and my partner had the cheese burger, both dishes were exquisite, with bottomless Prosecco and cocktails, it was a real treat! Thank you Cosmin for looking after us so well on both occasions, we will be back for dinner! 5* afternoon tea, 5* cocktails, 5*prosecco, 5* meals and 5* service thanks Cosmin, highly highly recommend Boomers Bistro. Andra has been so patient and efficient with reserving our tables I couldn’t thank the team enough.

Absolutely appalling, I waited over an hour and they got my order wrong. My kids were starving by the time the food got to the table.

Were not b going there now we take all reviews we read seriously as health is at risk,customer service is unmost as 30 people want respect ,and a good service NOT 4 US !!!

Well where do we begin.... A little get together for a friends birthday & decided to return to bloomers as we'd all been there previously & had a nice experience, but not on this occasion. We all found the lady waitress to be very rude, unpleasant & definitely needs to take a course in customer service as she definitely lacks that. She was extremely rude to one of my friends which was uncalled for. The food was okay-ish or so we thought until 4, yes 4 of my friends was extremely sick that same night, now they all ate the mussels, which we feel 💯 is because of the mussels. No other explanation at all. Well it goes without saying we will never return to this restaurant 😫 again. To lady waitress...... to succeed in business you really need to change your attitude towards YOUR customers, have some respect and take a look into Food Quality Control or you'll be gone before you know it, restaurant with you.

Myself and friends have visited boomers on multiple occasions for catch up drinks/food and have even hired the room upstairs. This week we visited for a friends birthday where one of the party just popped in on the way home from work for 5 minutes, the waitress challenged my friend as to why she wasn’t buying a drink and if she didn’t do so then she would be escorted of the premises as this was not a place for a reunion. This is a disgusting comment to make a table of 9 people who have come to spend their money with you. If I had heard this we would have upped and left there and then. Anyway my friend bought a drink. The service was slow. Amongst our food orders were prawns, mussels, and pate. That evening and the next day I was sick, along with 3 other members of the party. The food had clearly made us all Ill on top of the rude remarks. We will never return here after this experience.

My wife took me here for a steak on a groupon deal. We have eaten here before .there is a warm friendly welcome upon entry. The service is just what you expect when dining out .our steaks were cooked just as we wanted and the peppercorn sauce sublime. Overall it was wonderfull.we'll be back soon .

We visited yesterday and had booked in for an afternoon tea. The staff were lovely and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The food was absolutely delicious and very well presented, however after biting into a beautiful looking cupcake, we discovered that they had used a very familiar fairycake that can be bought in many stores throughout the UK and they had added buttercream to cover the little button of icing already on it, which was such a shame, it did make us laugh though 🙈😂 The scones were also store bought and came with no cream, im sure if we'd asked, the staff would have got us some though.

Had dinner here tonight. Food was perfect and the service was very good. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back soon.

Took my partner for his birthday 🎂, for the bottomless Prosecco afternoon tea. It was worth every penny. Lovely environment and well decorated. Excellent service, our waitress was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

We stumbled across boomers on the high street and went for a birthday meal, really lovely service and so glad we found it! Incredible food, perfectly done - no over engineered menu!! Just simple dishes done really well with fresh homemade ingredients. Good drink selection too.

I've been past this beautiful place many times and always wondered what it was like. And this afternoon I had the pleasure of dining here I had a meal deal and I must say food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection I had calamari and steak and broccoli and a mojito beautiful. And service was great, and the decor was lovely warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back

Held my friends baby shower here 8th October 2032 and it was fabulous. The venue is amazing, food was delicious and great value for money and the service was too class .. highly recommended x

Overpriced.Went to a private party upstairs. No up and running bar. Very disappointed. A friend paid £22 for 2 single rum and cokes. Need an experienced bar manager

We were a party of 10 dining at 7.30pm on a Monday night. Appeared to be only 1 chef on and I didn't feel they normally served that many dishes simultaneously. 6 halogen, heat and hold positions and 2 meals were longer coming out than the other 8. Nice as a one of may go back as a couple when going on later to another venue e.g. music.

First time to Boomers BRB Kings Heath yesterday. Fabulous food and great staff (plus 2 for 1 cocktails yesterday). Definitely worth a visit. 😋

👎🏼👎🏼 Avoid at all costs. They are liars and don’t honour the discounts they advertise on their own social medias. I went here with my partner as they where running a promotion of 2 for 1 on cocktails. After a few drinks we came to pay and they said they only run that offer when it’s quite! Can you believe the cheek. What’s even worse is that there was only 4 other people in here. We are never going back again! O what a terrible way to treat your customers.

Had a fantastic meal on Saturday night, staff were exemplary, food was Devine , will definitely revisit.

Amazing! Tasty food, lovely aesthetically pleasing and relaxing setting and a brilliant service! The cocktails were lovely and a steal at 2 for 1 when we went. I very rarely tip but I decided to here as service was second to none. Giving 4 stars due to some of the food not being piping hot but this was rectified by our lovely waitress (and we would have eaten all of our food stone cold as it was so tasty). Well done Boomers! By far the best restaurant I've been to in Kings Heath and Moseley!

Went for dinner with my husband and had the evening special. Mushroom soup followed by steak. It was tasty. Think I would have liked some green on my plate ,I'm a salad fan. However tbh my husband prefers his plain. Service was polite and attentive.

The place looks great visually, as for service and the food, really wasn’t great at all. Passing by on a quite late afternoon we thought we would try out some of their cocktails. Though these wasn’t bad the 20 minutes they took to arrive was to long. Even so we was enticed by the menu into ordering food. What a mistake.. £20 + for a mediocre sized steak (none of the flavours distinguishable it was cooked in) was presented already cut into pieces that resembled something that would be served on a baguette was strange. As this is ONLY what’s served and for the price ( no salad, garnish, etc) this was a very underwhelming steak experience indeed. Not one we shall be repeating or unfortunately recommending.

Went here a few weeks ago (just after it opened). Love the decor (very Art Deco) and the food was really good. Had a prawn salad and it was no ordinary prawn salad - it was very delicious with different flavours going on. In fact it was the best prawn salad I’ve ever had!😋 my husband had the steak and he enjoyed that too. Felt there was some room for improvement re: the service (eg the waitress wasn’t sure about a few things on menu) but it had only just opened so I guess that’s the reason and staff were very friendly. They have a lovely bar upstairs too with some great cocktails (which you can also have downstairs). Would recommend.

The place looks interesting so we popped in for some coffees and something sweet at around 8PM on a Friday. Not the best cuppa but it does the job in a pinch. I have to report, however, on the strangest muffin you will ever come across - a dense and chewy, buttery dough that's totally without taste or flavour. Like the heaviest most stale madeira cake you can imagine, and totally unsweetened. Weird. Whoever downs a whole one of these on their own must be a saint.

Beautiful hidden gem. I only knew about it through insta. I went along with some friends for lunch and everyone had a wonderful time. Service was good, but we were hidden upstairs so think we were forgotten about at times. Food and drinks were all great. Deals available which I had seen online but not advertised in store. I will definitely return. I hope it gets noticed more as it's been made with love but also so stylish, modern and comfortable.

Great addition to Kings Heath High Street. A very friendly coffee bar with a different offering for food. Was really impressed by the different dishes and their take on them. Fluffy eggs were fantastic as well as the breakfast compote. The cakes are too tasty for my good !! I've been there at night for the champagne bar and that was great too.

I am a big fan of french food and loved this relaxed fine dining restaurant .Cocktails were amazing, the food incredible and a really lovely atmosphere all-round. Staff were excellent. If you’re looking for something special for a date night or dinner, it’s a great choice.

Nice place very quiet for a Monday evening, staff friendly and helpful, the mass of pages of menu options needs to be sorted out big time as it's very confusing. Cocktails pleasant but feel a little light on alcohol. Hopefully this will be sorted when main restaurant is opened.

Came accross this new place on Alcester Road so thought we would try it out. Wow, the food was amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming whilst remaining professional. The feel and ambience was really nice and relaxed and the decor is great. We will definately be going back and have already recomended this place to friends who was looking for a romantic evening together and also recommended it to work colleagues who was wanting drinks and amazing food for a night out. This place has it all - fantastic really classy cocktail / wine bar upstairs to and stunning restaurant and food downstairs. Such a great find and and somewhere we will definitely be returning to! Really Amazing!!
