Lotus Garden in Isle of Anglesey

Lovely food for a group of four very tasty and good portions recommended. Delivery was a little slow but apologies and in the end all good

We ordered a takeaway from here last night, we waited nearly two hours for it to arrive.When we opened the meal and and served it up it was without doubt the worst chinese food we have had anywhere in the world.The food was tasteless and bland and lukewarm.The barbeque spare ribs didnt taste remotely of barbeque and were fatty. The main course was just gristle and fat and tasted stale.After a moutful of the ribs and main course we threw the whole lot in the rubbish.Horrible and a total waste off money... beware

Consistently good food from here, staff are always very friendly. I usually get the lotus fried rice which is delicious, well cooked and full of meat.

Ordered over £161 of food as we went camping with y children and grandchildren when we got back to tents 2 meals missing phoned them up to ask if they could deliver to us was told no and the person. Who took the order had go e home so no proof she had taken the money !!! The curry was more of a tomato looking sauce than curry . Sweet n sour sauce was lovely

Just spent New Year on Anglesey and visited Lotus Garden for a family takeaway meal on New Years Eve. The food was absolutely fantastic bearing in mind the restaurant was very busy with orders. So impressed revisited the following day and again wasn’t disappointed. Would definitely recommend this takeaway.

Absolutely delicious. Ribs were amazing. Pork with ginger and spring onions was stunning. Pork really well cooked and the ginger was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking delivery times. Takeaway 1 - food promised within 40-60mins. Arrived 2 hours later. Takeaway 2 - ordered 5:30pm for a 7:30pm drop off (to give them plenty of time after order 1 catastrophe). 7:50pm ...still waiting!!!

Really tasty, fresh and hot. Quick delivery, friendly and helpful staff, great value and loads of choice. What more can you ask for? Happy days, will defo order again.

What a nice evening ruined,we bought food from here on Valentine's evening 2019, within an hour i had severe cramps and a really bad upset stomach,I have been up all night with the same thing,my husband was really bad too with the same symptoms,I can say we will not be going back to THE LOTUS GARDEN to get food there ever again.

Ordered one of the special meal deals (munch box B) which came as a big platter in a pizza box, was surprised at how much food there was for just £16.50! Everything was delicious, crispy and hot. Especially loved the salt and pepper chicken. Really enjoyed it.

Easily one of the nicest Chinese take aways in Holyhead. Portion sizes are good and food isn't oily like some sauce-heavy dishes can get. Chips aren't fantastic but they're not even Chinese.

We tried the lotus platter for 2 plus salt and pepper chips no taste at all in the chips they were just chips with a sprinkle of dried chilli's the rest was just as bad dry meatless ribs samosas with hardly any filling in? And the rest was dry crispy pastry sorry but never again.

My family and I ordered from here last night and were quite disappointed. We had heard good reviews so we decided to try again, as a while back we tried here and was disappointed. We were disappointed yet again, as my brothers food was cold and my dads food was asked for extra hot, but was not hot at all. However, food was ready very quickly which was a treat.

Had a takeaway from here last week and was really disappointed, we ordered one of there variety boxes which has a few different dishes in it. The problem was everything was smothered in chillies, we expected some chillies but there was so many in it that it really was inedible, we also had chips which had clearly been cooked once and the either re heated or cooked again to warm up, they were very dry and hard, not very impressed and don't think we will be trying it again.

Went for the £16.50 meal deal. The chicken was watery and tasteless (Cheap pumped chicken) which ruined the sweet and sour chicken balls and the chicken curry. Curry sauce was bland. Ribs were overcooked considerably. Only thing half decent were the chips. Really disappointing visit.

Great choice of all the usual Chinese dishes, fast friendly service food freshly cooked and tasty good value too what more could you want.
