Mother’s Day Meal 31/3/25, started lovely until my daughter found a hair in her yorkshire pudding. The yorkshire pudding was removed and replaced. No compensation was offered, so I had to request for the service charge to be removed when the bill arrived.. Lost Society, I’m disappointed with your customer care/service, it definitely could be better (booking 14.00-17.00, a table for 3).

This was one of the BEST bottomless brunches I've ever been to. Me and my brother came here for our birthdays and Shannon was the most amazing host - thank you so much for making our day so special! ☺️

I just hosted my 18th party. From the beginning the service was perfect. So helpful with planning and ensuring I had the perfect night.

Would absolutely go again the food was amazing! cocktails were great! the service was great! And the atmosphere was great they had live music, such a lovely place.

Waited 90 mins for a slimy Sunday roast

Woken early this morning and feeling sick after dining here last night. The food is dreadful. Good service, but the service charge rate was more than 25%, it should be. such a promising place that I really wanted to be good and successful has left me feeling ill.

Location and bar is very nice! Would definitely recommend going for a few drinks. Food however, we had a special menu and It was a bit bland unfortunately 🥲. However the usual menu was good. Very nice atmosphere and would recommend

The garden area at the back looks lovely. I can imagine it would be nice in summer. The staff are very pleasant. On my first time there, the food took 50 minutes to be served in a fairly quiet pub and then the order came out wrong. The bread was a tad hard which felt like it had been standing around. A soda and lime cost £3.50 when other bars in soho zone 1, I get charged £1 max. Was probably charged for a mixer. Not a place I'd return to but always nice to try somewhere different.

Food was delicious, the interior was awesome! Later in the evening the music became too loud, couldn’t chat with friends, though. Service was a bit slow but yet very friendly.

This is not my first visit here i have been a good few times & i always have the same experience a GREAT roast GREAT drinks & a GREAT vibe i was served by a staff member Cameron he is top teir so friendly and good at what he does also a Lady Shannon very attentive knew great direction we had a massive booking and she made sure everything was super smooth

I had an incredible time here, our waitress was friendly, accommodating and very patient as my friend and I talked for ages before we actually ordered any food. I would highly recommend coming here based on our exceptional experience.

Nice place with a great atmosphere and good service. Prepare cash for the tickets because they are not accepting card payments. ATM is not far but it can be annoying.

Had a joint 25th Birthday here and cannot thank Lost Society enough for making it one of the best nights. Shanon and her team were fantastic, the food was great and had lots of people raving about it at the party. The venue itself was perfect, we had a section cordoned off for us which was decorated perfectly. A party that will be talked about for years to come, would definitely recommend Lost Society Battersea for any event!

Place is absolutely freezing and kinda tight spaced - there was flies hovering all over the place like it was a garbage disposal, floors are sticky like it’s a nightclub. Drinks and food come in really small portions.

Lovely atmosphere, amazing food and reasonably priced too, but above all else fantastic service. Everyone that came to our table went above and beyond! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning back again and again and again!

Probably the best roast I ever had. I got the pork and it was amazing. We also tried some mocktails since my friend is doing dry Jan and they were really good. I would definitely recommend it!

I recently hired out the middle room to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I began planning, Shannon made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly attentive to every detail, quickly addressing all my questions and ensuring everything was arranged exactly as I wanted. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made such a difference and put me at ease throughout the planning. On the night itself, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. A huge thank you to the bar team, especially Nathan, who was an absolute superstar. He handled everyone’s drink orders with such speed and precision, keeping the bar service flowing seamlessly all night. What really stood out was how he remembered everyone’s orders by memory—it was such a personal touch and didn’t go unnoticed by me or my guests! The venue itself was perfect for the occasion, offering an aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere while still feeling spacious enough for everyone to mingle comfortably. All my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the evening and how well everything was organised. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a milestone birthday. Shannon, Nathan, and the entire team truly made it a night to remember. I would absolutely recommend booking this venue for any special occasion. The level of care, attention to detail, and friendly service is second to none.

Nathan was absolutely unreal, looked after us all night, made the night 100x better than it already was!

The food is pretty nice but this place is clearly run on aggressively tight margins. Portions are absolutely tiny, drinks are mixed extremely weak, and I’m pretty sure the heating wasn’t on (we all kept our jackets on). Staff are lovely - I imagine these decisions are coming from the top.

Hosted my son's birthday party & dinner here and loved it. Food was amazing & they let me decorate the room for my booking. Great and friendly staff, would definitely book again!

I came here for a surprise 40th. Shannon and her staff were great and attentive. They allowed us to put up decorations without touching the walls and allowed us to bring in a birthday cake but forgot to bring the knife to cut it. They were very responsive to my sisters emails and did their best to ensure the celebration went by smoothly. We ordered the £45 charcuterie meat platters, a cheese platter and £25 vegetarian platters. We collectively felt the platters were very overpriced for what it was. The vegetarian platter was barely touched but the meat and cheese went down a treat. The DJ was exceptional for £300 from 10pm to 2am. Our bartender was speedy and polite, we loved her. Unfortunately the bouncer at our room door was away and a stranger slipped in which caused uneasiness and 2 females passed through to the garden who were not part of our party. My sister had to call staff to have him removed. All in all, the birthday boy had a great time. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved!

We went for a Sunday roast but I then decided to have the grilled halloumi burger which was a good choice. Not only it looks pretty but it was delicious as well. My partner had the roast chicken and was happy, too. We will dine here again.

I went there for my birthday . The staff were really cute, they brought me cocktail and a sparkle it was so good. The bottomless drinks were not the best ,just more of a juice , I was so disappointed from that DJ , we asked him 10 times for songs he never played even refused. But overall it was good but I wouldn't go there for dinner , just drinks more likely 🤍

Nathan was incredible, he was fast and engaging and really created a vibe for us. I had never been to lost society but he told me all about it and how much of a vibe it was. I will defo be coming back. Thanks Nathan for the fun experience.

Absolute amazing guy good atmosphere

Great night at lost society as always! It’s our yearly Xmas go to and what made it even more special this year was attentiveness of the bar woman Tasha. She was so warm and friendly even with the crazy crowds she had to deal with. Thank you so much and we will definitely be returning soon.

Arranged my work Christmas party here and couldn't recommend it enough. Shannon was the reservations manager who helped with all the logistics, planning and seeing through on the day. Helped the event run extremely smoothly. The staff on the day were also extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Shannon, Hannah and the lovely Lost Society team for a lovely evening!

What an amazing experience, I have reviewed many venues in my time and the staff here made out experience. The vegan food was on point, the bottomless brunch was flawless! Can't recommend enough, we are fast drivers and the free drinks came fast!

We had the Private Bar booked and WOW! The room was absolutely perfect with the private bar and garden access was a fantastic addition. Shannon, from the reservations team, was so incredibly helpful. She ensured that we had everything we wanted for the event and made the night run smoothly. Thank you so much! Zak was fantastic behind the bar and everyone commented on how great and accommodating he was. So friendly and made great cocktails too! The food platters went down a treat! I hosted my best friend's engagement drinks here, and it was an excellent choice! Most of the staff were incredibly helpful. Cindy, our server, was absolutely incredible—she went above and beyond and made a huge difference to our enjoyment of the evening. The only hiccup was when we couldn’t turn the music down in the main area for a quick speech, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, everything ran smoothly, and it was a fantastic night. Would definitely recommend this place for celebrations!

My friends and I went for a Sunday roast today, it was our first time but certainly won’t be our last! The service was amazing from the moment we got in Hannah, Raphael and cindy made sure that we were well taken care of. The food was delicious, by far one of the best roast I ever had! They had an large variety of cocktails to chose from and the bartender really took their time helping us chose what would be the best option for each of us based on our very different taste 😊 100% recommend

Lost society? More like 'Lost cause'! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we entered into a time warp, where everything moved at the pace of a snail! The wait staff appeared more interested in entering a 'meditative-zen' than serving customers; by the time our food arrived, we were half expecting the moss on the waiters to start photosynthesising! As for the food, the tragic wait time overshadowed any semblance of enjoyment - it wasn't worth the eternity it took to get it. To top it all off, when we finally requested the bill, we had to wait eons just to pay. If you value your time...or sanity...steer clear. Lost society is well and truly lost in its path to success.

We went to Lost Society today for our friends birthday. We all had a roast dinner, most of us had the pork belly which was delicious & some of the group had the lamb, beef & chicken which also looked amazing. We were a large booking & although we had to wait a while it was so worth it as it’s definitely one of the best pub roasts I’ve ever had.

I might not have lost society here but I did lose something else 😏

I’m not here to review the food or general customer service. However, I came to The Lost Society the other day for a trail shift for a weekend cocktail bartender position. I came 10 minutes early and they made me wait at the back for a bar manager to come show me the ropes, 10 minutes pass by, bar manager was aware I was ready to start my trail shift but kept me waiting an additional 17 minutes at the back, the restaurant didn’t look too busy. After waiting way too long, I had enough and walked out from doing the trail shift. I confronted them over the phone almost immediately after, explaining how disrespectful it is to me and my value for time to keep me waiting that long for the bar manager to even bother speaking to me. Who knows how much longer they would’ve kept me waiting had I stayed. Just before I could finish advising them not to disrespect future candidates like that in the future, they made up an excuse that they couldn’t hear me clearly and proceeded to hang up. This interaction showed me clearly all the red flags of what working there could look like. Prospecting job candidates, stay away from The Lost Society!

The food and drinks were really good, especially the tree with the sparkles. The cocktails and variety of canapés. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Hired a room for my 30th birthday and it was an easy process. Thank you to Shannon who helped with the booking and made sure I was comfortable with everything. On the day of my 30th birthday, a special thanks to Hannah and Cindy who made sure that me and my friends was looked after properly. All staff and the bartender were friendly.

I had an excellent time hosting my 30th birthday at Lost Society! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they let me into the venue early to set up, they made me a signature menu and made incredible drinks. The private bartender for our section was funny, charismatic and a great sport, getting involved with the games. The food was amazing and all my guests seemed to have a great time. My only qualm is that the room definitely doesn’t fit 60, as I found it a tight squeeze with my 50 guests. But overall, an incredible night and would definitely recommend others to do the same!

I dined here on Saturday with my nephew and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and environment. The atmosphere was warm, creating a delightful dining experience. Our server, Hannah I believe, was exceptionally attentive and kind, going out of her way to ensure our comfort throughout the meal. Her friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit – a truly wonderful experience!

hired a private room & Shannon SORTED US OUT. The venue is GORGEOUS to begin with but they let you come in a little earlier & decorate before our booking time. She even got together a customised menu for the party! Made our night very special. Food came out on the dot & was AMAZING. All guests were shocked at the all the Halal food they offered (food cooked with alcohol was considered when meeting dietary requirements - you don't get that often.) Hannah was our waiter for the evening and was really looking after us. We were never waiting too long to give orders or even for the drinks to arrive.

I had a lovely time here with my family to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. Especially made special by Cindie/Cindy who was very helpful and a delightful person overall! The food was food too, I recommend. I would say just to make sure what menu is on for when you visit in case you wanted a specific one.

We had a private event at Lost Society and despite a mix up in the days prior, the staff made a real effort to make it a good one. The food is great and overall good value. Would recommend.

I haven't had an Amazing night in ages. My first visit to the place and I loved it. The food was was very tasty. Such a friendly staff, I could only remember one Hannah, with their little ipad, you can order a drink and they'll bring it to you. The space is enormous and comfortable. We had a Birthday Gathering and several friends who are not familiar with Brazilian culture and music loved it immensely. The smoking area is so convenient at the back there is a spacious garden and also covered from the rain. As it a was life music we ended up having even a better time. Even the security guys outside have a huge smile on their faces. I am definitely going back and strongly recommend this beautiful place.

We went to the Saturday Disco brunch - Excellent service, excellent food and once the disco (more pop really, which I prefer anyway :) music got going that was brilliant too. Everyone was so friendly and there was a tiny mishap and they sorted it straight away, not second thought just did it. I would whole heartedly recommend this place and I hope to be back again soon! Great for celiacs/gluten free!

Was in on frieday it was very very empty the Manger was so rude the security gard Ben he was very nice apologies but couldn't belive the staff was acting it was friend s birthday and she didn't have a good night as as some staff expisally the Manger was rude bar staff in the garden was rude they all smokeing out in the garden like they where just there the place was very dead I will not be going there again and if u want to go there be prepared for a total mood killer. (lthere was also two young children running around the pub and the garden at 9 o'clock and later then that. When order the cocktail they wasn't very nice . I think bar staff can deffently do with some more training. We only went as the pichure on website are very desiving.if it like that on a quite night hate to think what it like on a busy night.for the amount money we spent in there I do not expected to be treated in this way at all .

I came in on friday and it was really dead. The DJ was late and felt like he was just playing songs off of youtube. The service from the Irish bartender was great but the house cocktails were NOT GOOD at all. We left and went somewhere else then decided to come back later as everywhere else local had closed. We asked the bar for a classic cocktail (white russian)- as it mentions on the menu that you are able to and they immediately went to get the manager. The manager was really rude unnecessarily while explaining they couldn't make it so I asked for a different classic. He then started to pressure us into buying a house cocktails instead, which we politely declined. If we're paying £12+ on a drink we would like know were going to enjoy it. He was still being rude, made a point to ask "why we had bothered to come back if we didn't like the drinks" and as it was the only place open we didn't have much choice. Eventually we got Black Russians instead which were better and tried to have fun but the vibes were off so we spent the rest of our time outside instead to avoid the awkward staring. Honestly I would not go back and I'd recommend others to avoid it- there are way better bars in the area that also have polite management. The doorman was great though!

Literally so loud your ears hurt. There is no need to have music that loud ever - even the clubs in Ibiza don't make your ears hurt like this. And when you go to the garden it gets worse - live band playing in a tiny little space with microphones turned all the way up. I felt sorry for the bar man - even shouting at top volume was unheard. Resorted to pointing. Unfortunately someone organised a big event here and we felt bad about leaving but most people took 30-60 mins of the torture before exiting - we are all begging to go somewhere else next time. Also at the end of each song there was like 30 seconds of silence before they pressed play on the next song (actually bliss in this case but in normal circumstances you'd be like... Who TF is this DJ?!). Anyway it was terrible and the drinks were pretty bad too - only cheap nasty mixers available.

Fun club environment and fantastic service at the bar

Waited over an hour for my food, which was nothing special to be honest. Not one to complain really but had heard great things about this place and it was a real let down. For the price I paid for a roast dinner, coupled with the excruciatingly slow service, was absolutely not worth it. Has to be said I had no issues with the staff working, they were all lovely, just the wait time and food quality was a real let down for me.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life of all the places I've been to! I only stayed there for 20 minutes and was not served by anyone at the table! I went to complain to the manager, a super rude Portuguese guy, I just asked for my refund because I wasn't being helped! He told me that he wouldn't refund the 20 entrance fees because no one there gets VIP treatment! I wasn't asking for VIP treatment, I was just wanting respect that no employee gets! Bad place! I don't recommend it to anyone! Bad organization and bad employees

We had an amazing nigh the Lost Society for our annual Summer Party. Shannon was an absolute star event manager on the day. We had our own private space and the package included all necessities we needed for a night of fun, food and drinks. Definitely recommend !

What a fabulous place!! We’ve been meaning to go for a while and we weren’t disappointed. Sunday lunch was delicious, staff were super friendly and attentive. Good portion sizes and a good choice of food. Highly recommend

Best place in London with live music

I booked the private room for 60 of us and Shannon was hosting us for the evening, she was charismatic, helpful and friendly. She wanted us all to have the best evening and was very accommodating to all the needs our group had. Unfortunately everyone ate all the canapés before I could see them, but due to the fact that they all went very quickly I would assume they were delicious. I did have to give a reminder at the beginning of the evening for the arrival drinks to be done, however, everyone I interacted with were very friendly and everyone had an amazing evening. I highly recommend if you need a space for a large group, also the decoration was beautiful ! Thank you Shannon

I booked this venue for my 40th birthday- we had the lovely outdoor covered area as it was a nice June day. Pete and Shannon were so helpful in the run up and the staff on the day were great. The sharing platters were great and the drinks trees used to serve our Prosecco were a lovely touch. Me and my 40 guests had a great time. Would book again!
