I’m not here to review the food or general customer service. However, I came to The Lost Society the other day for a trail shift for a weekend cocktail bartender position. I came 10 minutes early and they made me wait at the back for a bar manager to come show me the ropes, 10 minutes pass by, bar manager was aware I was ready to start my trail shift but kept me waiting an additional 17 minutes at the back, the restaurant didn’t look too busy. After waiting way too long, I had enough and walked out from doing the trail shift. I confronted them over the phone almost immediately after, explaining how disrespectful it is to me and my value for time to keep me waiting that long for the bar manager to even bother speaking to me. Who knows how much longer they would’ve kept me waiting had I stayed. Just before I could finish advising them not to disrespect future candidates like that in the future, they made up an excuse that they couldn’t hear me clearly and proceeded to hang up. This interaction showed me clearly all the red flags of what working there could look like. Prospecting job candidates, stay away from The Lost Society!

The venue is lovely and so accommodating, we did a surprise 21st and it was just exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was lovely and the space we were given was definitely good. The food and drinks were really good, especially the tree with the sparkles. The cocktails and variety of canapés. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Shannon for making it a special night. Would go there again. .

Hired a room for my 30th birthday and it was an easy process. Thank you to Shannon who helped with the booking and made sure I was comfortable with everything. On the day of my 30th birthday, a special thanks to Hannah and Cindy who made sure that me and my friends was looked after properly. All staff and the bartender were friendly.

I had an excellent time hosting my 30th birthday at Lost Society! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they let me into the venue early to set up, they made me a signature menu and made incredible drinks. The private bartender for our section was funny, charismatic and a great sport, getting involved with the games. The food was amazing and all my guests seemed to have a great time. My only qualm is that the room definitely doesn’t fit 60, as I found it a tight squeeze with my 50 guests. But overall, an incredible night and would definitely recommend others to do the same!

Hannah was a great server today. Very welcoming and friendly. We did bottomless brunch and made sure we had drinks flowing. 10/10 will come back thank you hannah!

I dined here on Saturday with my nephew and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and environment. The atmosphere was warm, creating a delightful dining experience. Our server, Hannah I believe, was exceptionally attentive and kind, going out of her way to ensure our comfort throughout the meal. Her friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit – a truly wonderful experience!

hired a private room & Shannon SORTED US OUT. The venue is GORGEOUS to begin with but they let you come in a little earlier & decorate before our booking time. She even got together a customised menu for the party! Made our night very special. Food came out on the dot & was AMAZING. All guests were shocked at the all the Halal food they offered (food cooked with alcohol was considered when meeting dietary requirements - you don't get that often.) Hannah was our waiter for the evening and was really looking after us. We were never waiting too long to give orders or even for the drinks to arrive.

I had a lovely time here with my family to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. Especially made special by Cindie/Cindy who was very helpful and a delightful person overall! The food was food too, I recommend. I would say just to make sure what menu is on for when you visit in case you wanted a specific one.

We had a private event at Lost Society and despite a mix up in the days prior, the staff made a real effort to make it a good one. The food is great and overall good value. Would recommend.

I haven't had an Amazing night in ages. My first visit to the place and I loved it. The food was was very tasty. Such a friendly staff, I could only remember one Hannah, with their little ipad, you can order a drink and they'll bring it to you. The space is enormous and comfortable. We had a Birthday Gathering and several friends who are not familiar with Brazilian culture and music loved it immensely. The smoking area is so convenient at the back there is a spacious garden and also covered from the rain. As it a was life music we ended up having even a better time. Even the security guys outside have a huge smile on their faces. I am definitely going back and strongly recommend this beautiful place.

We went to the Saturday Disco brunch - Excellent service, excellent food and once the disco (more pop really, which I prefer anyway :) music got going that was brilliant too. Everyone was so friendly and there was a tiny mishap and they sorted it straight away, not second thought just did it. I would whole heartedly recommend this place and I hope to be back again soon! Great for celiacs/gluten free!

Was in on frieday it was very very empty the Manger was so rude the security gard Ben he was very nice apologies but couldn't belive the staff was acting it was friend s birthday and she didn't have a good night as as some staff expisally the Manger was rude bar staff in the garden was rude they all smokeing out in the garden like they where just there the place was very dead I will not be going there again and if u want to go there be prepared for a total mood killer. (lthere was also two young children running around the pub and the garden at 9 o'clock and later then that. When order the cocktail they wasn't very nice . I think bar staff can deffently do with some more training. We only went as the pichure on website are very desiving.if it like that on a quite night hate to think what it like on a busy night.for the amount money we spent in there I do not expected to be treated in this way at all .

I came in on friday and it was really dead. The DJ was late and felt like he was just playing songs off of youtube. The service from the Irish bartender was great but the house cocktails were NOT GOOD at all. We left and went somewhere else then decided to come back later as everywhere else local had closed. We asked the bar for a classic cocktail (white russian)- as it mentions on the menu that you are able to and they immediately went to get the manager. The manager was really rude unnecessarily while explaining they couldn't make it so I asked for a different classic. He then started to pressure us into buying a house cocktails instead, which we politely declined. If we're paying £12+ on a drink we would like know were going to enjoy it. He was still being rude, made a point to ask "why we had bothered to come back if we didn't like the drinks" and as it was the only place open we didn't have much choice. Eventually we got Black Russians instead which were better and tried to have fun but the vibes were off so we spent the rest of our time outside instead to avoid the awkward staring. Honestly I would not go back and I'd recommend others to avoid it- there are way better bars in the area that also have polite management. The doorman was great though!

Had an amazing time. Shannon and Raph made sure that our large group were well catered to and ensured that all our needs were met. It is always a good time when I go to lost society. Food and drinks were amazing too!! Highly recommend

Literally so loud your ears hurt. There is no need to have music that loud ever - even the clubs in Ibiza don't make your ears hurt like this. And when you go to the garden it gets worse - live band playing in a tiny little space with microphones turned all the way up. I felt sorry for the bar man - even shouting at top volume was unheard. Resorted to pointing. Unfortunately someone organised a big event here and we felt bad about leaving but most people took 30-60 mins of the torture before exiting - we are all begging to go somewhere else next time. Also at the end of each song there was like 30 seconds of silence before they pressed play on the next song (actually bliss in this case but in normal circumstances you'd be like... Who TF is this DJ?!). Anyway it was terrible and the drinks were pretty bad too - only cheap nasty mixers available.

Waited over an hour for my food, which was nothing special to be honest. Not one to complain really but had heard great things about this place and it was a real let down. For the price I paid for a roast dinner, coupled with the excruciatingly slow service, was absolutely not worth it. Has to be said I had no issues with the staff working, they were all lovely, just the wait time and food quality was a real let down for me.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life of all the places I've been to! I only stayed there for 20 minutes and was not served by anyone at the table! I went to complain to the manager, a super rude Portuguese guy, I just asked for my refund because I wasn't being helped! He told me that he wouldn't refund the 20 entrance fees because no one there gets VIP treatment! I wasn't asking for VIP treatment, I was just wanting respect that no employee gets! Bad place! I don't recommend it to anyone! Bad organization and bad employees

The best Sunday Roast ever!! We came in for a Sunday cocktail and we found out the best Sunday Roast. Atmosphere is something from another world, everything was perfect. Thank you to everyone! Will be back!!

We had an amazing nigh the Lost Society for our annual Summer Party. Shannon was an absolute star event manager on the day. We had our own private space and the package included all necessities we needed for a night of fun, food and drinks. Definitely recommend !

This was the second year in a row post JP Morgan Challenge. Always a good atmosphere, lots of food and thank you very much to Shannon who looked after us on Thursday!! See you again soon :)

What a fabulous place!! We’ve been meaning to go for a while and we weren’t disappointed. Sunday lunch was delicious, staff were super friendly and attentive. Good portion sizes and a good choice of food. Highly recommend

Best place in London with live music

I booked the private room for 60 of us and Shannon was hosting us for the evening, she was charismatic, helpful and friendly. She wanted us all to have the best evening and was very accommodating to all the needs our group had. Unfortunately everyone ate all the canapés before I could see them, but due to the fact that they all went very quickly I would assume they were delicious. I did have to give a reminder at the beginning of the evening for the arrival drinks to be done, however, everyone I interacted with were very friendly and everyone had an amazing evening. I highly recommend if you need a space for a large group, also the decoration was beautiful ! Thank you Shannon

We were celebrating an occasion. Greeted and served by Quality service. The reservation manager also went out of her way to make sue we were comfortable. Such an underrated place

I booked this venue for my 40th birthday- we had the lovely outdoor covered area as it was a nice June day. Pete and Shannon were so helpful in the run up and the staff on the day were great. The sharing platters were great and the drinks trees used to serve our Prosecco were a lovely touch. Me and my 40 guests had a great time. Would book again!

Went for Sunday lunch about 2.45pm place was almost empty. Had a good roast in the garden pleasant & the service was excellent - my waiter was thoughtful & funny - left me surprised as usually have to book for Sunday roast. Cost with coffee £24

Great food, lovely atmosphere just check your bill tried to charge us £35 extra for a drinks package we did not have. 7 of us drink charged us for 8 people. Be carefull

Went to the bottomless brunch here today for my birthday and Shannon was our waitress and she looked after us sooooo well. Can not recommend enough for a celebration or special occasion. Vibes were extremely high and she kept our drinks flowing! 🩷🩷🩷

Lovely and friendly hostess who managed to get us a table outside even though it wa busy. Atmosphere inside was good as there was a DJ there. Outside was nice too. Food was nice but very small portions didn’t really fill us up. I had the vegan cheeseburger. It did taste good but if you are really hungry it won’t fill you up for long.

An amazing place to come for a sunday lunch, i went with the lamb choice,, stuffing, mac and cheese. The staff are great, the food is delicious.. I have also.heard the Sunday dancing and entertainment is one to try.. i will definitely be back

Fun bottomless brunch, food was just okay though.

This place is a whole vibe. Quirky, trendy, cute decor & lovely staff. The Sunday roasts are 10/10, I went here purely based on the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We were well looked after despite a large booking who arrived shortly before us. Divine food & great mocktails. For the two of us plus sides and drinks the bill came to £70-£80.

Amazing service from the team from start to finish you all made us feel very comfortable and you were also very accommodating I want to say to massive thank you to Shannon she was amazing through out. 10/10 would recommend.

My friend and I booked the lounge to have a joint 25th Birthday celebration, I was so impressed!! The staff were so lovely, attentive and helpful. They checked to make sure everything including the music was perfect for us. The venue had three rooms that anyone on the guest list could go in, all of the rooms were decorated beautifully- the outside/smoking area took me by surprise it was amazing. We had 80 people and everyone seemed to have a great time. Thank you so much guys!

Came here on a Sunday and WOW the whole experience was great - the food, the drink, and the staff are amazing, so positive and welcoming, like they really want to be there and enjoy what they do!! 6 of us booked the 4pm session for bottomless brunch. The DJ was great, the good yummy and the drink flowed. We liked the process of paying £25 for the drink and then ordering from the menu. Many do a set menu and it’s too rigid. This was great. Plenty of options on the menu and quick and friendly service. Really nice vibe and and at 9pm some tables are cleared and it ramps up into a small club vibe. Would definitely come again. Thanks to Shannon and her team for making the whole experience fabulous.

Despite a slow service. It's mother's day and Tye was amazing and smiling. She was made our whole service and time at waiting around 90mins was worth it. Great food but the jerk roast. Was amazing otherwise.

Cool place but very poor management. We hired the place for a birthday party and they did the very minimum for us. Once the party started they stopped caring about us. Food came late and incomplete. No worth it.

We had the side room booked privately with a great bar and lovely private bartender to look after us. My guests felt very well looked after, and the food was also delicious! Great Sunday Roast (With a cheeky bottomless bubbles). The Lost Society team were very accommodating, with a great attentive service. We was a group of 11 celebrating my wife’s birthday, the whole group including birthday girl really enjoyed. Thank you team, see you again soon :-)

Came here for a Sunday roast, and I must admit it’s the best roast in town! I got the half jerk chicken and my friend got the roast pork. It really was 10/10! They play really good music and the cocktails are to die for. If you go you must try lost in the tropix. It was delicious. I would like to say thank you to woody for making me laugh and for making my drinks extra delicious and thank you to the floor staff Shannon who served my table. She was very accommodating. We was put on a high table and was very uncomfortable but she moved us. Amazing service. Would definitely be back.

One of the worst outing experiences in London - almost swallowed a glass shard in my cup, food some of the worst I’ve had at a restaurant, horrendously overpriced and small portioned, staff was overall quite slow, most seemed confused, and very inexperienced. The name ‘Lost Society’ seems to be more of a statement about the state of this place and those who go there. That this place manages a 4.1* average is outrageous - my experience aside, this should have a 3* average at best. It was only lunch and the place wasn’t very busy yet but plenty of staff. The bottomless option is only redeeming factor of this place. I asked for a food recommendation, got the steak sandwich, and it was half a sandwich with few (bad) chips, large pool of oil built up under the sandwich, bread was stale, beef overcooked, etc etc. very disappointing. Took my first glass of something to drink (water) and almost swallowed a small glass shard. In a friendly, smiling way I mentioned and showed them it only for the manager to came over and in a panic insist that the glasses were polished and this couldn’t have happened. It was phrased as if we were being told it hadn’t happened at all, which was quite odd. They apologised and just kept on (no extra care, attention, etc). My friends’ vegan burgers weren’t vegan and the server simply told them they wouldn’t be made vegan rather than providing any other options (few alternatives anyway). So, they said they would go buy replacement vegan ingredients nearby (of which they were notably cheap in quality, saying worst vegan burgers they’ve had and left half unfinished, enormously overpriced at £16 for hardly any chips too). While £25pp (£20pp before noon) for 1.5hrs of unlimited prosecco is somewhat reasonable, everything else about this made it hard to fathom or enjoy. The whole reason to go out on a premium for bottomless is to enjoy the atmosphere, the freedom, service, food, etc. This place had none of that, so we would have been better off drinking at home. In future, if this were suggested, I’d rather buy a bottle with a meal deal and drink on the street outside. Will avoid this place like the plague in future.

Tye provided a great and friendly service. The food was really good and the afternoon atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing.

Tye was awesome. She was really personable, and made sure that the whole group had a great and made sure that our very fussy, and demanding needs, were taken care of. We would come back just for her.
