Lomond Park Hotel in West Dunbartonshire

The hotel is undoubtedly in a superb location, the staff helpful and attentive as you would hope, given what is charged, I went for afternoon tea and I would point out that this experience was at best average , for the following reasons. The “tea” is split into 3 components a savory followed by cakes and then scones. It’s very unbalanced with sweets taking up 2/3 of the serving. And frankly given that there is no choice on what is served, the savory element was fairly unappetizing and suggested they were over eager to provide a choice that as an ensemble simply doesn’t work. From smoked salmon to coronation chicken is the sort of think an over eager wedding planner might suggest to cover all the bases but for 2 people 50% of what was put in front of us was left and the enormous amount of sweet choices frankly overpowering. The scones were excellent but £110 later we left having enjoyed the surroundings but deeply unimpressed with the food.

We both had cajan chicken enchiladas Absolutely delicious! And chips were also delicious 😋 Will deffo be back and Steven who served us was lovely and friendly 😊

Had a wonderful experience for dinner. The fish was best I've ever had and I have been raised on chippys. Rebecca who served us and recommended the fish first and was first class. Also big praise for Daniel the chef who came out after we asked to say how impressed we were. Met Jennifer who seated us and gave us menus and was very helpful with a brilliant personality.

Omg this was a fantastic find !! Food was amazing , delicious and very authentic home cooking . We did not expect such excellent food here . My favourites were the pakoras, daal, aubergine curry and special noodles that were made for our group .The lounge is a huge spacious restaurant which easily accommodated 50 people from our group . The staff were all very courteous and helpful . The owner Alok Singh himself came to greet us and was very hospitable . We thoroughly enjoyed the food there in the last three days !! Overall excellent culinary experience in a wonderfully clean place .If you are in this area please visit this place you will not be disappointed by the experience !!!

I visited the lounge with family and what an experience!!! Perfect location to stop for something to eat or drink. The place has a great selection of drinks Inc, Spirits, Lagers and whiskeys. Jennifer and Steven were such a helpful pair and loved their bubbly personality. The manager flynn was also such a 5 star.

Great staff they help us out about, they were extremely helpful making sure everything was okay with our meal, the bar staff were also helpful.

Danielle and Steve was great, and treated as well, and helped us with our stag do ;) Danielle was just a star.

Came here for me and my wife’s anniversary, we used to eat here a lot but it went extremely down hill when the big lad Paul was in charge we’ve been hesitant about coming back as my wife wasn’t keen but we’re glad we came back. Best steak pie I’ve had since my dear old mums (I’m 73), my wife had the fish. We had the waffles and sticky pudding dessert and the butterscotch sauce was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before. The manageress rebecca was an absolute delight to share our experience with, very informative & always made a fuss about us which is always a wonderful feeling to have especially as they had quite a few tables in at the time. She was even so kind as to get the chef so I could say thank you for our meal I think his name was Barry he had a bandana on. He told me that he makes everything fresh & even gave me his recipe for his butterscotch sauce for my wife which topped off an unforgettable anniversary for us both, my wife was delighted and I can’t thank you enough. 6 out of 5 will definitely be back Patrick

Went a couple days ago and the food was incredible, some of the best in Balloch and there’s so much to do after, I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for somewhere to get a bite to eat or even a drink as there’s a bar too.

I visited here this month with family and could not recommend this place any more. Excellent authentic Indian food and great pub food. Staff very friendly as well👍🏻

Best food in balloch 10/10 most places in the surrounding areas are predominantly frozen premade products so it’s refreshing to see somewhere that does beautiful fresh fish again & their enchiladas are back to how it used to be, not too big on curry but will definitely be back on a regular basis cheers!

The new food is excellent!! The staff are excellent, atmosphere after 9pm at weekends is brilliant. Me and my friend tried the new curries, butter chicken is wow! Lamb curry is also excellent. Will defo be back!

Visited over the weekend, had been before the new Indian menu was introduced and the food was great. But we gave the new lamb curry a try and it was amazing! Staff were really helpful with helping us pick something off the new menu that they recommended. Overall great experience will definitely be returning soon!

Came here to try the new menu recommended by friends and did not dissapoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when catering to my allergies. Definitely a must have and will be becoming back 😊

The New menu for raffles has such a variety and great quality. When I visited with friends I tried the butter chicken curry which did not disappoint. The restaurant is supported by enthusiastic and quick service. The new owners are also helpful and informative.

Usually loyal to cajun chicken but thought I would try out the new Indian cuisine. Ordered the butter chicken with samosas and was not disappointed at all! Best curry i have ever had in my life! Never had time to take a pic of it...

Used to be a nice place and food good, nice staff. Unfortunately ,they have made it very child friendly ,kids can take over, running about ,screaming ..food average now.

I’m the type of person that will eat anything really the opposite of fussy but for the life of me have no idea why this place is open the chef literally vollys the food into the microwave and flings it on you’re plate edible or not and walks away, this place makes McDonalds look like a 5star restaurant so if you’ve ever thinking of coming here save yourself money and heartbreak and go get yourself a Big Mac instead

The minute you walked in you was made feel welcomed and was explained by staff who was very polite Manored by filling in a card to explain who you are and your contact details for Covid-19 and then we was accompanied to a table and asked how we was and how our day was by the lovely waitresses Amanda who then took our drinks order before returning to take our meals order.Staff would frequently come back to see if everything was satisfactory and if we would like anything else to drink or if we would like a sweet.Food was amazing thanked staff for a lovely service and passed our gratitude to the Chef for a fantastic meals.Will definitely be back again.

My husband and I have just used a Groupon voucher which we received for Christmas. We spent a night at the Lomond Park Hotel at Balloch.When we arrived they had no note of our booking! We had to take the only room available- a twin with no en suite!The small print on The voucher said that there was a Karaoke/DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. What it did not say was that there was also Karaoke on Sunday night. We discovered this when we arrived. It started at 9.30 pm and went on till midnight. My husband and I can put up with a lot - we had three teenagers - but this was so loud it was physically painful. Had the weather been better we would have left and gone home. The continental breakfast also left a lot to be desired with a small choice of cereal, one type of fruit juice and toast. No fresh fruit, croissants or even rolls. We didn't enquire about the cooked one as it wasn't served till after 10am but I wasn't optimistic as I'm vegetarian.Our voucher included a 2 course dinner and of course the menu had the usual vegetarian option macaroni cheese! (which my husband had and thoroughly enjoyed) or a vegetarian burger on a roll with chips and salad. The salad consisted of a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato on the roll with the burger! It was ok. The starters were very nice. Our voucher also included a cocktail jug and we were offered other drinks instead which suited us better as I don't drink and my husband doesn't enjoy cocktails.The decor was decidedly dated and in need of upgrading!

Five of us went for dinner we had starters which were fine and we had main meals which was ok but one of the girls was with had the peppered chicken and didn't enjoy it and did not eat it. When the plates got taken away I said to the waitress that my friend did not enjoy her meal and she asked my friend what was wrong with it and my friend said was rubbery and waitress never said anything and took it away. When it came to paying the bill I asked if it was taken off the bill and was told because we never told her during the meal that she couldnt do nothing about it. She came and asked one member of our group if everything was okay so didn't get a chance to tell her what was wrong. When it came to pay we asked to split the bill between us and she gave us a dirty look before reluctantly going to split it for us.We have been here several times in the past and have never felt so unwelcome.

Got a xmas gift through groupon so had a two course with purple storm cocktail food was amazing. Then went into the bar for karaoke. Great night n drinks cheap then moved into nightclub. Amazing night will defo be back. Had breakfast in the morning too. Been telling everyone about this hotel. Only reason I didn't give full 5 stars is that the shower only had cold water coming out it so couldn't have a hot shower, and there was no1 about in the morning to tell.

got a night away from our kids for Christmas to this hotel. All I can say is amazing. The rooms are lovely, staff are very polite and helpful. Got a package deal from wowcher where it was dinner bed and breakfast and a free cocktail jug. The food was sensational. And we got 4 drinks each from the cocktail jug (purple storm) delicious. There is a nightclub on til 3am so need to see what the noise is like, but so far anazing

Christmas party night with ABBA tribute band.The Christmas meal was actually really nice and there was a reasonable option choice. The service is where the experience faltered as we waited for some time to be served. But then, it was really well attended so that might have been the issue.The band was good although the, packed, dance floor was small.

I've ate here a few times and each time has been an enjoyable time. the food is good also. the prices are good especially when deals are on for example 2 for 1 fajitas are always a nice option, except the last time I had fajitas here the wraps were cut in half. does anyone eat half a wrap? anyway I don't get too caught up in the details I just enjoy life. live life to the fullest and eat food here!!!!!!!!! the dessert I received inspired me to eat cake more often because I forget sometimes how it feels to eat. I would say it was acceptable.

First time here and had dinner. Seemed a decent enough menu with plenty of choice, food was just average and disappointed with portion size and presentation. The place is quite loud and noises on a Saturday night so not the place for a quiet meal, very open kiddy play area in the lounge so kids running about around the dining area

Another lovely lunch yesterday, they're was 1 issue out of the 5 meals ordered and it was dealt with quickly. Lovely staff, happy to do all they can for you.

Went with family for food, young man who greeted us was very pleasant, given menus and asked if we wanted drinks. The woman who came back to take order for food was not so nice. She came back a few minutes later and dumped condiments, napkins and cutlery on end of table without a word. Food was ok but don't order Mac and cheese unless you like cheesy pasta with lots of mozzarella on top. After eating asked for bill and went up with bill to pay at bar where the woman took my card and processed the payment and handed my card back without a word, I said thank you when she gave me my receipt and card. This woman did not even say thanks or bye or anything, bad manners for front of house. Will not go back. She needs some urgent customer service training before being allowed to interact with the public.

Went for dinner tonight with family 8 people in total.We had been previously when this was raffles and the food and atmosphere was much better.Food portions were small compared to before.Kids mashed potato was so lumpy. The steak pie that was ordered came out cold and when sent back there was no apology or any money taken off the bill. The kids chicken nuggets were also cold and looked cheap. The menu was definitely over priced for the food we received, definitely will not be back.

We went for lunch on Saturday and as always we have the potato skins to start. They were lovely but a small portion even for a starter. However, well cooked and we'll presented as we're the main meals. I had the battered haddock which I have to say was wonderful - batter brilliant and the fish white and fluffy and not overcooked as happens in many places. I can't say it was the best meal we've had but it's well cooked, well presented and good plain food! Service could do with being a bit faster to be honest so do plan for this when you visit xx

We went in the Lounge in lomond Park Hotel for meal and drinks for my wife's birthday. What a lovely surprise it was, lovely service from very pleasant staff, very good prices. To top it all, I had the pleasure of one of the tastiest burgers I have had, very Scottish idea, burger, tottie scone and haggis, it was lovely jubbly. My wife had half pizza half lasagne, and I heard no complaints there either. It was a lovely surprise, and I look forward to my next visit.

Nice pub in Balloch with great food and an even lovelier atmosphere. Waiters were friendly, and food was served about 15 minutes after 3 of us ordered. Lovely place to take a break from the cold outside. Reasonably priced food slightly less than 10 Pounds, and their 2 mains for 12 pounds deal (valid from 12 - 2pm, Mon - Fri) was really great.

The food was well cooked and hot and was prepared using where possible local produce, The Staff were welcoming and helpful and always pleasant.

The new menu looks really good...and tonight I had my 1st meal out in ages with friends. Was looking forward to peppered chicken apple pie after. I therefore didnt eat today as i wanted to polish it all off. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the waiter couldnt seem to get to grips with the order...but after reading it back a few times it finally went to the kitchen. Que a 30 min wait...and the restaurant wasnt particularly busy..but eventually out came the meals...everyone did seem to enjoy them, i cant fault that...but no sign of mine. To then be told it was forgotten and would be about 10 minutes ...i had to say to leave it as i wasnt going to eat when everyone else was finished. No apology from the staff ...pretty poor front of house service all round. Mc donalds for dinner 2.5 hours later :(

Stayed here for 2 nights on a Groupon deal which included a double room, dinner and a jug of cocktail on the first night and breakfast.

Visited raffles on the 22nd of october for my wifes birthday ordered starters and once they arrived my wife ordered the pate had 2 bites of the pate and bread. But thought it didnt taste right! As being a chef for 20 years i took one smell of it and new straight away it was off! My wife complained at the bar and asked the waiting staff on duty to try it but none of them would. Pate was took.off the bill. Rest of the meal was ok but selling off/out of date pate is really bad practice chefs please taste your food before you serve it and dont serve it if you wouldnt taste it yourself!

Enjoyed a really nice meal here, exceeded expectations, would have been excellent if the steak pie had not needed heating up.

Great service, amenable and charming young staff. Caesar salad was tasty but not remarkable. Value for money was fine and the beer was very well kept. Chicken melt with corn on the cob was tasty.

Vimos el aparcamiento. Restaurante alias Raffles de derecha. Llegamos antes de que los autobuses de excursiones - no ocupado. Yo pedí un plato de ensalada de jamón y mi esposa el Chicken Quesadillas. La ensalada era de un tamaño decente con las remolachas y cebollas en escabeche y verdes de primavera. Las quesadillas vinieron con patatas fritas (patatas fritas) y algunas ensaladas. Tamaño generoso. Buena degustación. Bueno servidores agradable.

Amable en general. da Reservamos a través de 5 pm, cama, ofertas de desayuno, cena y una botella de vino por pareja. 6 de nosotros aclaro los platos, la comida era excelente en la cena y el desayuno. Los precios del bar son muy razonables. No hay ruido por la noche, pero si antes de hacer la reserva, entonces no debería sorprendernos, no ocultar esta información. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, aunque un poco cansados. Gran aprobado a todo el personal que están los hoteles mayor valor.

Sat 29 Oct 2016 - group of 6.I've been here ONCE before, a few years back, when it was a bit intimidating as a non-Scot, as it was very much a 'locals' bar!This time, in a group of 6 (5 Scots, ME the lone Sassenac) on Halloween Night, with a live band playing, and the place rammed with peeps in really cool fancy dress, it was really good fun!!! Wide age group, from teens to 70s/80s/dead... cheap beer (compared to England!), and a club at the back, open till 3am... RESULT!!!I'll be back...

we had tried a few restaurants in balloch but it was a sunny day and they were all busy we found the lomond park and got a table food menu and drinks prices very good free bouncy castle for children inside and outside for eating staff very good we will return

the Lomond Park Hotel serves great food, its tasty, the portions are large and its a good price, the problem is the service. This is not the place to go if your pushed for time, nobody seems in a rush to server you, orders in general take 30-40 minutes to arrive and there are long delays between courses. Sort out the service an I would visit more often!

Came here on a rare sunny day with our son. We came here last year and the had a kids play area with bouncy castle and a few other things for kids to play on..sadly bouncy castle was out of order and all they had was one wee tiny slide;( and a wee table/chair..quite sad as this wee place could be great!

My self and my friends hadLunch in here recently. Food was ok but very affordable. The waitress was superb though very friendly young girl. Altho we were not told that the card machine wasn't working... Which meant we have to use the bank machine in the hotel which charges you to use... This was very annoying. Great location tho right near the water which was nice and with nice weather I'm sure this place gets very busy. Just wish the menu had more options .

Myself and the family love it here, the food is amazing,the prices are good, i really cant fault them!Small play area for smaller kids with some toys and things.Great place .Will be back plenty more !

Shared lunch with my daughter, played cards in the bar and relaxed with a coffee. Service was a little slow but not by much. Easy access around the bar and restaurant. Main toilets upstairs but there is a toilet downstairs. Staff friendly, polite. Look forward to returning.

Stayed here on a Group on deal and the food certainly didn't disappoint. Lovely meals served hot and very quickly. The ladies serving were very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Wholesome meals that would have me going back again.

reception staff excellent and rooms clean and reasonably well decorated, Plentiful parking and locals very friendly. At the price pad I dont see how anyone could complain. Re noise from disco et al, we read about it and avoided it. If you cant work that out then maybe people deserve what they get.

Just went into Raffles Lounge for a drink and was refused as they would rather keep the tables for customers who wanted a meal. I did enquire if all the tables were reserved and was informed no. Very poor customer service I shall not be back.

We went along here prior to the drive in movie which was in the same car park as the circus. We parked up at 2.30 and decided not to indulge in the movie food but instead go for a proper meal and a walk about. The food was very nice and hot and tasty. I have diner cards that get me 2 for 1 so as we both had the soup and the fish + chips, it was 50% off. £3.25 for the soup and £8.95 for the breaded fish therefore a saving of £12.20. I had two small bottles (187ml) of sauvignon blanc @ £3.75 each and hubby David had a pint of fresh orange and lemonade @ £2.50 so total bill was £22.20. Thanks a lot to Michael for looking after us a second time. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived though a few began filtering through door later. I suppose after the movie it would be quicker filled but we were happy to just head home as Storm Eva was well on it's way! Thanks a lot! Xx

I visited this resturant for a pre-Christmas meal with 4 friends, the table we were allocated would normally have been laid for 4 but as there was a large party in 5 of us were squashed on. My starter of Cajun Potato Skins were greasy. The menu offered Turkey, Roast Beef, or Ham for the main course, I chose the ham believeing it would come with the normal seasonal veg as nothing other was stated, it arrived as a mound of mash with spring onion and two slice of ham on top covered in mustard sauce, neither of these were on the menu and there was not another piece of veg on the place, to finish it of the food had been put on a cold plate and was tepid to say the least.The ice cream was lovely.

My husband and I came here for our lunch yesterday. it was very quiet, we were the first ones in, despite this we waited over half an hour before the neighbouring table's meals were brought to them, they had arrived a good 15 minutes after us, no one came to us to explain why we hadn't had our meals first, in the end I had to approach the waitress who said she'd go and find out - if she'd been on the ball she should have been finding that out already, apparently they had run out of linguine and the chef had to make some more, it would be another 5 - 10 minutes or my husband could have penne pasta, we queried that surely it would take as long to cook penne, but apparently they already had some cooked - so the pasta is obviously not cooked fresh to order. When we finally got our meals, the waitress was very apologetic. My gourmet burger was burnt on the outside and really pink on the inside, the burger bun was burnt and the onion rings were cold and greasy. The chips were nice but the burger was disgusting, when the waitress came back to see it our meal was OK, I said no mine was burnt, she apologised but didn't offer to change it. We got two drinks on the house for our inconvenience, but it wasn't enough to encourage us to return, we would have been better going to McDonalds.

Went along after visiting the circus which was based at Lomond Shores. After an excellent show we manged to get out quickly and nipped around to Lomond Park Hotel restaurant for dinner. The place is pretty clean and comfortable and even though I was sitting in a booth backing onto the emergency door onto the beer garden, it wasn't too cold. The noise level was high but as they have a bouncy castle in the beer garden along with various play items for children to amuse themselves it wasn't surprising. The food was a wee bit odd. We both chose minestrone soup to start and it was very sweet then the prawn linguine arrived that I had ordered and the prawns were huge and perfectly cooked but the sauce was even sweeter than the soup and thinner than it too. I was offered to change for another dish but I thought I would eat what I could and get out of the noise of screaming children.Husband David chose the grilled cajun salmon with rice and it was amazing so I wish I had chosen the same! I had a bottle of sauvignon blanc (£12) and David had a large fresh orange + lemonade (£2.50). I have a hi-life diners card so had buy one get one free across all courses so food cost £3.25 for the two soups and £8.95 for the prawn linguine as the £8.25 for the salmon was discounted too. Bill totalled at £26.70 after discounts so not too bad at all. I took half of the wine away with me. I would have ordered just a glass but I think Michael informed me that they only do 187ml bottles at £3.75 each so I think 12 for a whole bottle was excellent value. I think that Toni + Michael are excellent but maybe it was a bad day for the chef being as the circus was in town and they were incredibly busy. Maybe go back and try at a quieter time. A lot of smokers out in the garden though and not great when there were so many children there! Xx

I love the food at this hotel, we stayed overnight so we had Lunch, dinner & breakfast & it was all delicious. I've been a few times now & can't fault it.

Was initially disappointed by the fact my starter took thirty mins to arrive and was burnt to hell. I don't understand the waiting time as it was our table of three and one table of two that was in at the time. The main course arrived and despite the promise of a spicy deluxe enchilada it was completely bland. The girl that served us looked and acted like her family pet had just died horribly that morning. All in all a throughly poor meal and service.

I like popping into the Lomond Park for a quick bite because it is generally fast and very cheap. You get what you pay for and the food is good for the money, it's nothing fancy! The new decor is a bit cold which is why I wouldn't book this restaurant for an occasion or event, the atmosphere tends to be a bit flat.

Noisy dirty and lots of unfriendly regulars, the staff seem to be too busy chatting with their mates to be bothered to take our order and when they did they were not very happy. I keep going back and the same thing happens I will stick to pubs over the other side of Balloch bridge

Arrived Saturday for 2 nights..... Had dinner 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for £25 excellent value. Staff efficient and friendly, accommodation on the other hand I wouldn't recommend.

It was a Mother's Day dinner which was top line at a great atmospheric restuarant with super food and great service which was friendly and professional. Well done.

This is our regular restaurant and I've never been disappointed. Birthdays and dates always end up here and I couldn't be happier!

We were a party of 9 (one family member couldn't attend due to illness and we were refunded their deposit. Thank you). The table was beautifully decorated. Our waiter and waitress were lovely and patient even though they were run off their feet. Starters ordered and consumed. Main courses arrived with a mix of steaks, Turkey dinners and salmon. Delicious. Deserts to die for. All promptly served and promptly cleared away once we had finished eating. The kids menu was lovely. This was our second year having Christmas Dinner here. We will be back next year. Also returning for lunches and meals out before then.A big thanks once again from the McGilchrist Family.

Really pleased to find a dog friendly pub in Balloch. We had a couple of very relaxed afternoons here. The first day we were greeted by a very friendly bar maid and local customers. We had a couple of pleasant drinks and a chat. The second visit we decided to try lunch, we were apprehensive because there was no sign of anyone eating in the dog friendly public bar. Our lunches were very reasonably priced and very tasty. Hubby had mixed grill and I had prawn linguine. We followed with a waffle dessert. Looking forward to returning in spring.

Cheap and cheerful, a bit noisy lots of children running around. .could not fault meal for the price, ideal for lunch time snack.

Have visited here numerous times and I am never disappointed, staff are always friendly, food is always first class and the prices are very good. There is a little childrens play area where the kids can go play if the are getting a bit restless and in fact my kids look forward to going here now for this very reason! A definite favourite of our family

Had good pub grub here at the raffles lounge . Food was £5.50 a main course. My partner is gluten free and they were happy to accommodate. All in all it was cheap, decent good

We went to the Lomond Park Hotel for an evening meal. The food was very nice and was really good value for money, and the service was very good too. However, the enjoyable evening was ruined by a door steward, the motive of whom I will never understand. After dinner, we stayed for a few drinks, enjoying the atmosphere. I went to the toilet at one point, during which someone started battering on the cubicle door in a relatively violent manner. Assuming it was a drunk customer, I ignored the persistent banging. However, on exiting, I was astonished to see that the person banging on the door was a door steward, who then proceeded to rant in a rather aggressive tone that I should have opened the door when he was battering it. Having dined in countless establishments throughout the world, it certainly was very unusual conduct by the staff, and certainly one that I have never experienced anywhere else. The motive of the door steward is still not known, but I would suggest that ranting at a valuable customer who has just spent a reasonable amount of money on a meal is poor customer service, and ruined what would otherwise have been a fantastic meal. I would recommend dining here, so long as you appreciate you may be ranted at by door staff for no reason!

Just back from a meal with my wife at Raffles restaurant at the Lomond Park Hotel. As Balloch residents we eat in all the local restaurants and we haven't been in the Raffles for a while. This is a decent family restaurant (it has a a kids play area) with £5.50 or £6.50 mains so a meal for two with a couple of glasses of wine and a shared starter was under £25. The food is good, the portion sizes fair and the service quick and pleasant. If you are considering 'refueling' rather than 'dining' in Balloch this is the place to go. If you want to 'dine' then try the Balloch House Hotel before the Tullie Inn as it offers better ambiance, better food and better (though still not great) service.

My husband and I have just arrived back from a very disappointing meal at Raffles lounge. After a long walk and drive we were so looking forward to Sunday roast with trimmings. We stopped at Lomond Park a Hotel in balloch and wished we had kept driving. The Yorkshire pudding snd potatoes were cremated, the gravy was tasteless and the beef very sinewy. My husband says the "peas weren't bad". On the upside our server was very efficient but rest of staff weren't interested in any form if customer service. First time I've never left a tip in restaurant, but not feeling guilty.
