Chips were over cooked and poppadums were damp. Very disappointing as checked reviews before hand and it sounded great

We've ordered from Llanelli Packed Meals for 10 years or more. We've never been let down before but two hours from the time of order is just unacceptable. The girl on the phone didn't care less. Obnoxious in fact. Such a shame because they've lost a loyal customer. Lotus House from now on.

Ordered over phone told be ready in 20mins to pick up ,arrived to pick food up and pay very pleasant lady who dealt with me food was ready on time. Good choice on menu at reasonable price and generous portion happy to recommend 👍

We were staying at premier Inn Llanelli West two weeks ago. The receptionist recommended we order a Chinese from Llanelli Packed Meals. The best Chinese food I have ever had! So tasty, wonderful customer service, love it so much we are desperate to come back to Llanelli to have this again.

Quality consistent, sometimes bit of a wait due to its popularity reasonable prices and great staff. Try the chilli and salt ribs. Well worth a go on their own.

The food was plentyful and was very nice.
