Little Wonder Cafe in Islington

Great traditional and modern selections. Very helpful and courteous staff. And of course the LOCATION: right across the street from Arsenal!!!

After visiting the Emirates wanted to get some lunch and this cafe is opposite where you exit the tour. They are very reasonably priced and everything is freshly prepared. Food is very good and the cafe is kept spotless.

Always visit this little gem when we are up at the Emirates stadium! Great service and friendly staff. Proper Arsenal cafe!

I had flat white coffee at this cozy cafe after Emirates Stadium visit. The staff is nice and atmosphere serene. I didn’t try food so can’t comment on prices. A cafe that can be tried if you are in the area.

This spot was in the central area of where we stayed for our 10 day visit. The food was great, but the customer service is what had me returning EVERY morning for my stay.

I had lunch at this place with my boyfriend after a visit at the Arsenal Stadium. I had a salmon and egg salad while he had a sandwich. Service was fast and kind and food was good. Good value for money.

Travelled from abroad to come to the Emirates stadium to watch Arsenal v Man Utd, 3-2 to the Arsenal ! Noticed this place, didn’t look like much from outside but upon entering found a lovely cozy cafe with friendly staff and the best bacon egg roll & capucinno !

We visited this place after we visited emirates stadium ( which is opposite ). The place is amazing, the staff are friendly. I had the Pukka pie (chicken n mushroom pie) - it was perfect!!! Highly recommend this place.

Arrived early for a game at the Emirates and called in for something to eat. Well worth the visit and staff very friendly and efficient. We both had the Ham, egg snd chips which was excellent. Will be back when we next visit the Emirates or are in the area.

Arrived a few hours before an arsenal game so the place was packed and a queue out the door. Stuck with it and was well rewarded! Waiting staff were very friendly despite being rushed off their feet. Went for the full English, very tasty, obviously not skimping on quality and a good size portion without being too large. Would highly recommend and will come in again no doubt!

Popped in for a coffee and stayed for Penne Bolognese. Very friendly and helpful service delivering good cafe food. Seems to be patronised by young Arsenal footballers from across the road. I’m not sure this would match their recommended diet plans 😂

Just had a lovely lunch following journey from Scotland. Great food and presentation and excellent service provided. Highly recommend for a really good experience in nice football surroundings.

For around 8 years I’ve been feeding the staff in my office the wholesomeness of Little Wonder Cafe. It brings us all joy and freshness in minutes. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating (a bonus for me because I’m a very fussy eater) there’s rarely anything too far stretch for this place. They are there to serve us, literally. Oh and not to mention the bright and modern decor, shows that they really have understood the customer. Thank you for everything guys.

This cafe is very spacious and clean. The food was served hot and within good time however, I think it was a bit overpriced for the small portion given. We were still a bit hungry after so would only recommend if you looking for something quick and small to eat.

Really nice café located opposite the Emirates Stadium. We had the full English breakfast, which was excellent, however all of the food being delivered to the adjacent tables also all looked very good! Service was efficient with friendly staff. Overall the place was very clean and tidy, including the toilets.

This is a lovely little cafe, in an excellent location. We only popped in for a coffee but the children decided to have some food. The food is cooked fresh and very reasonably priced. The coffee was nice too. The staff are pleasant and the menu had plenty of choice.

Having had a tour of the stadium we quickly found this place for a late lunch. I wasnt expecting much as it was so cheap. Staff were so welcoming. So much choice on the menu. Food tasted really great, fresh and quality and big portions...

Visited this lovely cafe last week. Amazing customer service and quality food. The price is also great! Would highly recommend this place. My wife is gluten free and she was able to eat a delicious jacket potato.

Habíamos estado en este hotel 3 años atrás cuando fuimos a un recorrido por el estadio de los Emiratos. La comida era muy buena y decidimos volver esta vez cuando visitamos el estadio. Queríamos comida vegetariana, así que pedimos pasta y hamburguesas. La porción de pasta era enorme. El sabor fue excelente. A un precio muy razonable. Realmente disfrutamos comer allí de nuevo.

Llegamos a este pequeño café porque teníamos hambre y esperábamos a que comenzara nuestro recorrido en el Emirates Stadium. Ubicado directamente al otro lado de la calle, era un lugar pequeño pero acogedor. Pedimos sándwiches para llevar. El pan era delicioso, los sándwiches eran deliciosos y uno venía con una ensalada que era perfecta. Nos sentamos en los bancos fuera de la entrada de la gira del estadio y simplemente disfrutamos. Total de 12 libras para 4 de nosotros, mucho en comparación con la comida más cercana a la ciudad. Definitivamente lo recomendaría, la próxima vez esperamos sentarnos en lugar de llevar.

Nous avons mangé à 3 pour 27 livres , pour Londres c’est plus que correct ! Le service est attentionné et souriant (pas toujours le cas à Londres non plus) merci à la serveuse brune de nous avoir ponctué se moment de quelques mots français c’était très agréable !! Le repas était bon , je vous recommande les patates « farcies » c’est une merveille !!

Located across the road from the Emirate Stadium, this restaurant is the perfect place for soaking up the atmosphere on a match day and grabbing an inexpensive bite to eat after you've spent all your money on tickets to The Arsenal and souvenirs in the Armoury. I visited before the Legends match and on 8th Sept 2018, had fish and chips and was more than happy. Given how busy they are on a match day and given the captive audience it could mean that they don't need to make any special effort but in fact the opposite is true. All the staff are great - friendly, helpful and more than happy to exceed expectations. There are actually two lines at the front door (it looks like one as they tend to merge) left to eat inside, right for take-away's (you can still sit outside if you want to) and the food is a combination of traditional matchday fare - deep fried food, baked potatoes, sandwiches, etc. and also items that are verging on the healthy - panini's, salads, and specials including a variety of proteins. In every case the food is fresh, hot, and filling. Just what you need before seeing the Mighty Gunners in action. Thank you Little Wonder Café for a great experience.

Reasonably priced breakfast. The coffee is also quite good. There was ample seating each time we went and very convenient to Holloway tube station. Staff is friendly, too.

We had a Legends Tour of the Emirates Stadium booked and as we arrived a little early we decided to have a sandwich and tea. Service very good, sandwich, baguette and teas were of excellent quality and nicely cooked. Excellent food at good sensible prices.

Teníamos algunos maravillosos cafés y comida ligera en la cafetería esta bastante bien. Los cafés eran muy buenos, YO SIEMPRE beber café porque siento siempre la realidad, el sabor puro y el sabor de un café negro, si es que lo llaman "black magic", y el que tenia era muy buena. La comida que tenía también era bastante agradable. En general fue una experiencia muy relajante y muy agradable, especialmente con la vista del maravilloso estadio Emirates, una pena que cuando estuvimos allí, no había casa de juegos para últimos momentos arsene wenger como director de arsenal.

Como local de la zona en la que está un poco por encima de la media cuchara grasienta, con una amplia selección en el menú. Yo tenía una fritos y las porciones eran abundantes. Mi única crítica constructiva sería las salchichas, necesitan ser de mejor calidad, más que las salchichas de un fish and chips, pero aparte de eso sería injusto para marcar este café. Además, cada vez que he visitado he encontrado el personal muy amable.

I had a meal before watching the Arsenal v Everton game on Saturday evening. It was very busy but we waited a few minutes in a queue to be seated then had our order taken almost immediately. Our drinks came within a few minutes and our food in about 10 minutes. The food was well cooked and good value for money. I had a jacket potato with cheese & beans which came with a salad & my son had a burger. When we left our seats were immediately taken by some more customers. I don't think I've ever come across such an efficient cafe, it was amazing!

As one knows there are many many eating houses in London. It's not often that you go back to the same place for breakfast twice in two days. Loved the simplicity of the meals and you get that home cooked style which I just enjoy. The chefs and managers make you feel as though you've known them for years. I highly recommend and if I find myself back in arsenal I will most certainly pop in for a bite. Many thanks guys.keep moving forward .

Called in last week as doing the Arsenal Stadium Tour and needed a hot drink and something to eat ordered the burger brunch and it was huge! Fantastic cup of coffee as well, not too expensive will definitely return when in North London again

We were lucky enough to be staying around the corner from the Little Wonder Cafe, so we came here for breakfast multiple times during our stay in London. Great prices, service, selection and the food is great too! Would highly recommend.
